The pumping device is provided with at least one inlet valve, as well as at least one outlet valve associated with the applicator and a stroke-movable pumping body. The casing part, applicator and all parts of the pumping device are provided coaxially to a pumping axis with plug connection sections. The casing part, applicator and the parts of the pumping device can be functionally assembled along the pumping axis to form the dosing device.
