Abstract: A garment, namely, a vest, may be worn by a barber or hair stylist for easily identifying, accessing, and storing multiple hair cutting tools, implements, and accessories. The vest has a plurality of retaining members, a means for adjusting the fit of the vest about the shoulders, chest, and waist, and an attachment assembly for removably attaching and coupling the vest to a backpack. The vest provides the barber with flexibility and mobility when giving someone else a haircut or a trim, or when engaging in other activities.

Abstract: An bag with a top, a bottom and sides, wherein at least one side is convertible to a washable diaper changing surface. The diaper changing surface includes a flap that is movable from a closed state to an open state providing a portion of the diaper changing surface, and in the closed state sequesters soiled surfaces and items to prevent contamination of the remainder of the bag. The bag includes a number of pockets, sleeves and other cavities having visual indicators responsive to pocket contents, that indicate at a glance whether the pocket contains an item, or is empty.

Abstract: An apparatus for securing a fishing rod proximate to the arm of a user comprises a strap sized to extend around an arm of a user, a block extending from the strap and a finger extending substantially tangentially from the strap proximate to the block, the finger having a free distal end overlying the block wherein the protrusion and the block form a void sized to retain a fishing rod therein substantially parallel to the arm of the user.

Abstract: The invention is directed toward an embroidery and aid assembly that is made up of a plate having an aperture therein. A magnifying glass is mounted over the aperture and maintained over the base plate at a slight spacing so that an embroidery pattern can slipped under the magnifying glass and over the base plate. The bottom of the magnifying glass has a sight line thereon so that a reader can clearly see the stitch progression and clearly identify a particular line on the pattern in the process of stitching. The bottom plate has various ways of retaining embroidery implements thereon, thus making it an assembly, while the magnifying glass is an aid to the embroidery process. A bag is designed to contain the above noted embroidery assembly, thus making it kit. The bag has on one edge thereof a hook to hang the bag at a point of sale. Another edge of the bag has a zipper thereon, while the opposite edge of the zipper edge has a pocket fold thereon to enable the bag to expand to a larger size.

Abstract: A caddy for needle punch needles, a needle threader and spools of threads including a base, a backwall secured to one end of the bases and rising upwardly therefrom, a plurality of receptacles in the backwall for receiving needle punch tools, such as needles and the like, a plurality of vertically arranged rods secured to the base for receiving spools of thread, and a needle threader receptacle secured to the backwall, said receptacle so formed that when the needle threader is inserted thereinto, the body of the needle threader is caused to bend slightly along its length to create a biasing force between the receptacle and the needle threader thereby preventing free relative movement between the needle threader and the receptacle.

Abstract: A latch hook frame comprising a harp, a plurality of pegs, left and right tray supports and a tray, left and right legs and a main brace. The harp is characterized by a rectangular frame including a left member, a right member, three lateral members connected to the left member and to the right member, and a flat surface attached to the underside of the middle and front laterals. The plurality of pegs attach to the back lateral member of the harp and projecting therefrom, for holding the canvas. The left and right tray supports attach to the left and right members of the harp. The tray is connected pivotally to the left and right tray supports. The left and right legs are connected pivotally to the left and right members of the harp. The main brace connects to the left and right legs, and the left foot connects to left leg and the right foot connects to the right leg.

Abstract: A sewing accessory storage device includes a stationary base plate and rotatably mounted upper and lower storage trays secured in spaced relation on vertical hollow cylindrical columns. The lower storage tray has a plurality of radial dividers which provide separate storage compartments for miscellaneous items. The upper storage tray has a plurality of vertical spindles for storing bobbins and spools of thread. Scissor storage pockets are provided in the vertical column. A pin cushion having an arcuate convex curvature is secured at a top end of the vertical column.

Abstract: A knitting needle holder apparatus having flattened holder members mounted at the ends of a flexible base strap, and knitting needles having spherical balls formed on their blunt ends fitting tightly into sockets formed in the knitting needle holders so that, when the user is sitting upon the strap, the knitting needles will be supported in the correct knitting position. Adjustment strips of interlocking plastic hooks and loops are provided for adjusting the distance between the needle holders to accommodate different lengths of needles.

Abstract: Disclosed is a needle organizer having a generally longitudinally extending pin cushion with indicia along its length. These indicia allow a user to place needles in the cushion in accordance with pre-selected criteria, such as different shades of thread attached to the needles. The organizer has a frame attached to the cushion for carrying the indicia, and, in one embodiment, provides a stand-up base for the cushion. The indicia may be in the form of a ruler, a strip on which a user can write, or a window for receiving a pre-written strip.

Abstract: The specification discloses a Craft Board which has many different uses in the handicraft field.The board provides hook means to attach various different handicraft works to the Craft Board, therefore eliminating the use of bulky holding frames or the sticking of pins into various objects and the like, to secure the handicraft being worked on to the board.Also disclosed are means to hold and store the various materials which can be used during the craft work.
