Abstract: The current invention teaches a cargo management apparatus for use on a vehicle tongue where the apparatus has a bottom plate, a first riser member with a bottom end, a middle portion and a top end, and a second riser member with a bottom end, a middle portion and a top end, where the bottom end of the first riser member and the bottom end of the second riser member are secured to a top side of the bottom plate; a top member, where the top end of the first riser member and the top end of the second riser member are secured to a bottom side of the top plate, this base then further having an accessory mount securedly affixed on top of the base with the ability to secure a variety of cargo carrying accessories.
Abstract: A cargo management system for use in a vehicle cargo area includes at least one guide rail disposed on the load floor of the cargo area and include an elongate slot at least partially formed therein. At least one track incorporating a plurality of locking portions is disposed on the load floor proximate the at least one guide rail. A support member includes a housing and one or more extensions at least partially received within the elongate slot of the at least one guide rail. The support member is disposed adjacent to and movably positioned relative to the load floor. A locking mechanism is adjustably connected to the support member housing and includes a locking member having a projection that releasably engages one or more locking portions of the at least one track.
Abstract: A panel truck provides a material carrier made up of a fixed frame clamped the a rain gutter of the truck and a movable frame that is able to be drawn toward the fixed frame to clamp panels between the frames. The fixed frame is further secured to the truck by a clamp leg that may be drawn toward an interior panel of the truck so as to apply clamping action between the fixed frame against the exterior panel of the truck and the clamp leg against the interior panel. Therefore, the material carrier is easily mounted on the truck and easily removed therefrom without any modification to the truck.

Abstract: An organizer for securely retaining hand tools and other miscellaneous small items particularly in environments where space for working is limited and the tools must be organized and conveniently available. The organizer includes a container defining an interior in which is disposed a support plate having openings adapted for the insertion and support of various items such as hand tools and a bottom wall for supporting the lower ends of those items that extend through the support plate and are long enough to reach the bottom wall. For even longer items the bottom wall is provided with one or more openings of sufficient size to allow the item to extend through the bottom wall. The support panel may be hinged for pivoting to an open position to provide access to the interior for tool storage. Either the top wall or the front wall of the organizer are adapted to be opened and retracted for access to the interior and support plate of the organizer.
Abstract: An apparatus for carrying a workpiece adjacent an exterior surface of a vehicle, provides a stationary resting surface mounted on an exterior surface of the vehicle and one or more movable clamping bars positioned adjacent to the resting surface. A driving screw moves the clamping bar in a scissors type motion, alternately toward the resting surface, so as to clamp the workpiece, and away from the resting surface so as to release the workpiece, whereby the workpiece may be safely transported by the vehicle. The apparatus may be mounted onto a panel truck, normally adjacent to one or both side panels, or may be mounted on the sides of a pick-up type truck.

Abstract: A trunk space storage system for motor vehicles comprising a movable wall. This movable wall is located on the floor of the trunk space and acts as a new back wall of the trunk space. This movable wall slides along tracks on the floor of the trunk space to a position the user desires. The movable wall further comprises a wall extension to increase the wall height. This invention allows users to utilize as much of the trunk space as necessary without having the problem of having objects roll into the deep trunk space which can be difficult for many people to access.
Abstract: Apparatus for storing items within vehicle compartments that can be manipulated into an operative position and a closed position with a single hand are provided. Apparatus includes a base having a surface, a rear panel pivotally attached to the base, and a locking member configured to releasably secure the rear panel in an open position, wherein the locking member is configured to move independently relative to the rear panel and upwardly and downwardly relative to the base, and wherein the rear panel is allowed to pivot when the locking member is moved upwardly and wherein the rear panel is maintained in the open position when the locking member is moved downwardly.

Abstract: A bicycle carrier apparatus for carrying a bicycle in an upright orientation within a cargo area of a vehicle such as a minivan, sport utility vehicle or pickup truck. The apparatus includes a generally U-shaped or V-shaped, elongated lower rail which is fixedly secured to a floor of a cargo area of the vehicle. An upper U-shaped or V-shaped rail is slidably disposed on the lower rail. The lower rail includes a first pair of rollers and the upper rail includes an additional pair of rollers which cooperate to enable smooth sliding movement of the upper rail along the lower rail. A mechanism disposed on the upper rail is adapted to engage the front fork of a bicycle when the front wheel is removed and the remainder of the bicycle is placed on the apparatus. The rear wheel of the bicycle fits within the upper rail so that the bicycle can be held securely in an upright position once its front fork is secured to the upper rail.
