Abstract: The invention is a assembly comprising of a flexible holding bracket and a tray. The bracket fit down between the window and rest on top of the door panel. The flexible backward s bracket fit's the inside part of the door panel for stability. At the end of the holding bracket is a tab for the tray with a slot in it to slide onto. The tray can be made with various types of reservoir combinations for holding different condiment packs.

Abstract: A storage box and a supporting bracket assembly are provided for use in the bed of a pickup style truck. The storage box has a base with a bottom and a plurality of side walls. The bracket assembly includes a box engaging portion, a hook portion and an adjustable support leg. The box and bracket have an installed position wherein the hook portion engages the upper rail of a bed of a pickup style bed, the outer end of the adjustable support leg engages a wall extending downwardly from the upper rail of the bed and the storage box is supported on the bracket assembly adjacent the wall of the bed.

Abstract: The instrument stand, which supports an instrument on a wire rack or similar surface, includes a body, a biasing element and a hook member. The stand is capable of connecting to an instrument, and the biasing element, preferably formed by at least two legs, is also connected to the body, wherein when contacting a surface the legs bias the body in a direction opposite the surface. The hook member connects to one of either a leg or the body, such that the hook member is capable of engaging the surface to thereby oppose the bias by the legs.

Abstract: A side utility rack and rack kit for trucks having a pipe carrying rack or similar bed-mounted racks employs an assortment of brackets useful with conventional pipe cut in desired lengths in construction. The side utility rack is hung by means of hook brackets from a tubular member of the pipe rack and rests against the truck bed wall at a lower end inner bracket having a rubber bumper to avoid damage to the truck bed. The rack forms forward and rear cages separated by a lengthwise pipe member. The cages accept large, flat objects such as drywall panels or plywood supporting them for safe transportation. The cages may be adjusted in spacing to fit a particular truck and rack and for carrying particular lengths of flat cargo. The rack may be differently configured to fit differing racks associated with pickup or utility trucks.

Abstract: A method for mounting an animal container on the rear utility rack of an all terrain vehicle. The container has securement positions adapted to attach the container to the rear utility rack of an all terrain vehicle. There is a hinged door with a securement latch in the front wall of the container.

Abstract: A locking assembly for securing a ladder to the roofrack of a vehicle. The locking assembly comprises a mounting bracket, a movable shaft slidably disposed in a channel defined in the mounting bracket, and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a handle, a sheave attached to an end of the handle, and a bias spring connected between the mounting bracket and the handle, the spring biasing the handle so that the sheave extends through an elongated opening in the channel to engage the moveable shaft in order to prevent further sliding movement through the channel. The locking assembly can be adjusted to accommodate any size of ladder.

Abstract: A load carrying vehicle accessory includes rear, medial, and front carrier units each, having a laterally extending chassis-mounted socket member that telescopically receives a sleeve having a pair of posts thereon, the posts having adjustable spacing from a side extemity of the vehicle. The socket members can be clamped under the vehicle chassis and/or incorporated in vehicle bumpers. An optional configuration has front and/or rear mounted a base to which the socket member is pivotally mounted as an arm, the posts being foldable in-line with the arm, the arm also folding inwardly from the side of the vehicle.

Abstract: An adjustable bike transport rack is adapted to permit mounting to truck beds of various sizes and includes a cross member with a pair of spaced-apart connectors for securing the cross member to a truck bed. At least one stabilizer arm projects from the cross member for supporting a bike that is positioned in the truck bed during transport. The connectors define a distance therebetween, and the connectors are adjustable relative to one another, such that the distance between the connectors can be varied to permit mounting of the cross member on truck beds of various sizes.

Abstract: A Portable Exterior Vehicle Longload Carrier designed to assist in the safe and efficient transport of long loads. Two identical load carrying members are securely mounted by hanging a certain distance apart on a side of a vehicle allowing the long load to be transported along the vehicle's length. The load carrying members can be adjusted to mount securely to almost any vehicle and include padding on all surfaces coming into contact with the vehicle thereby preventing any vehicle damage. The load carrying members further include points to attach rope, wire, hook-end elastic bands or similar products to secure the load in place for safe transport.

Abstract: An attache case type accessory is provided for motor vehicles or the like having at least two seats arranged one behind the other, the front seat 2 having a head-rest 10 or the like. The accessory is adapted to be removably mounted to the back of the front seat 2 so as to form a functional platform for a passenger sitting on the back seat. The attache case accessory includes a casing 20, a rigid frame 22 and a stabilizing means 24. The attache case type accessory is rotatably mounted about a shaft 30 so that it can be, in a non-use position, in a substantially vertical plane, and; in use position, in a substantially horizontal plane. The upper portion of the rigid frame 22 is suspended by a suspending and height adjustment means to the vertical supports of the head-rest 10 of the front seat 2. The stabilizing means comprises a pair of arms 24 that engage the back 4 of the seat so as to adjust and maintain the accessory in its substantially horizontal and vertical planes respectively.

Abstract: A universal mounting apparatus to hold personal devices such as cellular telephones, walkie talkies, etc., by attaching onto a vehicle grill vent in the vehicle dashboard. This apparatus is not configured to any particular year or model of automobile or other vehicle, but is adaptable in several different ways so as to provide different attachment configurations. It is attachable without tools to most automobiles by use of two cable tie-like straps. One end of each strap hooks around a rib in the vent grill and the other end extends through a member which is held against a bracket, the feet of which bear against the dashboard immediately surrounding the vent grill. This allows the apparatus to conform to different sizes and shapes of vent grills while maintaining a firm connection.

The container-holding device is provided with a retaining ring and a plurality of flexible support members extending downwardly therefrom. A base member is attached to the flexible support members at flexible support member ends opposite the retaining ring.

Abstract: A hanging storage box for truck beds comprises a main housing having a hollow interior, a lid, a floor, a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls, the lid including a top surface and four side edges extending therefrom, the lid being coupled to the rear wall by a plurality of hinges, the lid being couplable to the front wall by a securing device, each side wall including a handle; and a plurality of hanger members each being formed with a short side member and a long side member, the long side member including a plurality of adjustment apertures therethrough, each hanger member being coupled to the rear wall of the main housing, the adjustment apertures allowing a user to mount the hanger members at a variety of different heights, in an operative orientation a user suspending the main compartment from a wall of a truck bed.

The hanger has a generally triangular open loop body and is adapted to be mounted on a window or an exit handle of an automobile. The garment hanger preferably has a plurality of dividers for supporting one or more garment hangers between adjacent dividers.

Abstract: A device for attaching a smaller container to a larger container which comprises of a base, two vertical hooks at appropriate angle to the base to hold and attach the smaller container to the side of the larger container, two adjustable hooks to hold the smaller container in place, and two legs to support the weight of the smaller container and the device, keep it in place on the side of the larger container and help to keep the smaller container away from the larger container when it detaches from the bracket.

Abstract: A side bracket for netting has a top, a bottom, two opposed sides, a plurality of net loops extending along the netting top, bottom and sides, and an elastic cord threaded through at least one of the top and bottom net loops. The bracket comprises a base having two opposed ends and located adjacent at least one of the netting sides. A net loop receiving member is disposed between the two ends. A housing is provided for the elastic cord. The bracket further comprises a mechanism for attaching the cord housing to the base, and a mechanism for attaching the netting to a desired surface. A process for assembling the netting to the bracket comprises the step of placing a row of side net loops over a corresponding number of net loop receiving members.

Abstract: A vehicle article carrier apparatus adapted for use with a cargo bed of a vehicle such as a pick-up truck. The apparatus generally comprises a pair of cross rails each having a length sufficient to span the width of the cargo bed and to be supported on upper surfaces of the sidewalls of the cargo bed. A securing mechanism includes a threaded bolt and a threaded nut which clampingly secures a bracket to an inner lip portion of the sidewall and an undersurface of the cross rail to thus secure the cross rail to the sidewalls of the cargo bed. When an optional lock member is locked in place via a key, a threaded nut housed therein cannot be loosened when the lock member is in a locked position, and therefore the cross rail cannot be moved from the cargo bed.
