Abstract: A stroller caddy is provided. The stroller caddy includes a smaller removable secondary caddy that is nested within a larger primary caddy. Each of the primary and secondary caddy includes straps for independently connecting each caddy to the handlebars of an infant stroller. When nested, the secondary caddy is connected to the primary caddy near the top opening of the primary caddy. A top panel of the secondary caddy provides beverage and cell phone receptacles. A top flap is provided to cover the top opening. The primary caddy serves as a diaper bag that can be carried like a backpack. The front panel of the primary caddy unzips on both sides to provide access from the front to a cabinet-like main compartment having one or more adjustable shelves. The front panel unfolds again to provide a sanitary and private baby-changing surface.

A lid is pivotally attached to the perimeter wall and is positionable in a closed position closing the opening or in an open position exposing the opening. A panel is flexible and has a first side, a second side and a perimeter edge. The perimeter edge includes a top edge, a bottom edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. The upper edge extends through the opening such that the bottom edge is positioned outside of the console and extends downwardly from the perimeter wall. At least one hook is attached to the flexible panel and extends downwardly from the bottom edge. A coupler releasably attaches the second side of the panel to an interior surface of the console.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a cargo restraint device that is configured to keep said cargo from slipping or falling off a vehicle's seat while maintaining accessibility to said cargo, and allowing for the full use of the vehicle seat for passengers without the need to remove the cargo restraint device.

Abstract: A tool bar for securing under a hood of a car during repair and maintenance is disclosed. A rigid member spanning a substantial portion of the hood is flexibly secured to hooks. The hooks engage edges of the hood and may include a compliant covering. The hooks may secure to the rigid member by means of straps and the straps may be tensioned by means of tensioners secured to one of the hooks and the rigid member. A stabilizer secures to the rigid member and has an end that may be clipped or otherwise fastened to a portion of the hood to resist rotation of the rigid member. One or more tool retaining members secured to the rigid member, such as a socket rack, magnetic bar, hook groove, or the like.

Abstract: A hanging or suspended receptacle for an automobile interior, the receptacle being in the form of a bag or pouch joined to an elongated hanging strap member, with the receptacle being retained in a suspended position by a weighted anchor member that rests on the upper surface of the automobile dashboard or other substantially horizontal surface. A high-friction, non-slip layer or backing member is provided on the rear of the weighted anchor, and also preferably on at least a portion of the rear of the strap member.

Abstract: The Elastic Suspension Apparatus for Beverages is an elasticized drink holder for use in vehicles. The apparatus expands in width as well as depth to accommodate many sizes of drink containers including 44 oz. and 64 oz. The elasticity of the Elastic Suspension Apparatus for Beverages also allows the drink container to move with the motion of the vehicle, reducing spills and toppling. The ESAB has an uppermost suspense/mounting portion that would be mounted in the upper portion of the vehicle, a lowermost anchor/mounting portion that would be mounted in the lower portion of the vehicle, a main body portion to hold a drink container, and an object with a vacant center that can be adjusted to help stabilize a drink container within the main body portion.

The trash collector includes: a body having a space for containing trash and an opening portion; a fixing clip which is detachably installed on an inner side surface of the body; and a roll of vinyl bags which are hung on the hanging portions of the fixing clip and are successively supplied downwards in the body. Here, shield wings are formed on the inner side surface of the body and are inserted into the roll of vinyl bags to thus prevent trash from being exposed. A plurality of leaf springs extend along the opening portion, to enable the space of the body to be maintained at an opened state and with an elastic force, if flexural strengths of the leaf springs exceed threshold points of the leaf springs.

Yet further included is at least one load assist strip, where a first end of the strip is mounted to the bulkhead, wherein the strip extends rearward to a second end of the strip that is mounted to the end stop.

The electronic flight bag mounting member is movable from a deployed position in which a display of the electronic flight bag faces a cockpit seat configured in the cockpit to a storage position in which the electronic flight bag faces away from the cockpit seat.

Abstract: The present invention is a tool pouch for mounting on a rear wall of a cab of a truck-like vehicle. The tool pouch has a backing which is preferably nylon or canvas. The front portion of the backing preferably has a plurality of pockets of different sizes and shapes, loops, hooks, T-hooks, clips for holding and storing a number of different tools and accessories in a neat, organized fashion. The tool pouch is attached to the rear wall of the cab by a number of attaching means such as by a groove attachment and mounting hook assembly, a hook and loop fastener attachment, or via a pair of snap fittings. In one embodiment, the tool pouch has support rods for additional support. The backing optionally includes an open space for disposing the pouch over a transmission drive hump.

Abstract: A tether that addresses the above and other deficiencies in the art, that is efficient to manufacture, and attractive in use. More specifically, the invention is directed to a tether including a ring, a first strap connected to the ring at a first point, a second strap coupled to one of the first strap and ring, and a releasable connector. The releasable connector is operable to releasably couple the first strap to the ring at a second point such that the first strap forms a variable sized opening for receiving an object or container. The invention is also directed to a tethered container assembly including the aforementioned tether and a container.

Abstract: A snowboard rack for snowmobiles to aid snowmobile operators in safely carrying and transporting snowboards, as attached to a snowmobile machine for recreation or other purposes. A frame attachment member is secured to an underside, typically the belly pan, of a front portion of a snowmobile, upon which a rack frame is removably attached. The rack frame includes at least two uprights, with a cradle formed into an upper portion of each upright, for secure placement of a snowboard. The snowboard is secured to the rack frame with a tie-down strap at each cradle.

Abstract: A cargo net assembly which may be installed and removed from between a pair of seats within an automotive vehicle. The net assembly includes a substantially rectangular interwoven mesh net. A retainer is mounted to each corner of the net for supporting the net within the vehicle. A mounting frame is secured to an interior of the vehicle and includes an aperture with an insertion section and a restraint section for receiving the retainer. The net assembly is characterized by a pair of locking tabs disposed on the mounting frame for retaining the retainer in the restraint section. The retainer also includes a clamping portion for anchoring the retainer to the corners of the net and fastening portion extending from the clamping portion for mounting the retainer to the vehicle. The clamping portion includes two interconnected sections with the corner of the net sandwiched between the sections.

The assembly includes a bag member fastened to an elongated planar flexible anchoring member having a length sufficient for encircling the partition and producing an overlapping section. A first fastening assembly secures the anchoring member overlapping section together. A second fastening assembly further secures the overlapping section together. A third fastening assembly secures the anchoring member to the partition. A fourth fastening assembly between the bag member open top end and the anchoring member holds the bag member top end closed. The tote bag assembly is used to secure articles in a school bus to prevent injury should a vehicle accident occur.

The closure device has an arcuate shape and a convex side. The closure device is fastened to the upper portion of the outer panel with the convex side facing the inner panel such that the closure device urges the upper portion against the inner panel. This force by the closure device helps define the closed position as the “normal” or “relaxed” position of the storage assembly. The force of the closure device can be overcome by a user of the storage assembly to move the outer panel into an open position, which would allow insertion or removal of objects from the storage pocket.

A securing mechanism attaches the back panel to the planar surface of the pedestal. The back panel is generally horizontally oriented, with a width substantially greater than its height. The storage arrangement can be provided in the context of a recreational vehicle having a cushioned support component elevated on a pedestal having at least one exposed, vertically oriented, planar surface. In such an environment, the back panel will have a height less than the height of the planar surface of the pedestal. The back panel and storage compartments can be made from a flexible material, preferably a textile material such as canvas. The securing mechanism can be provided as a plurality of apertures passing through the back panel. Abstract: A storage bag for a pickup truck provides a convenient way for people to use the bed of their pickup truck to store possessions. The storage bag is in the shape of the truck bed. The bag is preferably lightweight and waterproof. The bag is constructed from one piece of nylon to help eliminate seams, which aids in weatherproofing. A zipper extends around the top surface of the bag to aid in the opening, closing, and packing of the bag. There is also a zippered flap on the end so that cargo can be stored or retrieved by opening the hinged gate of the truck bed. The bag optionally has waterproof pockets for smaller items. Grommets are provided on an upper surface of the bag for securing the bag to the truck with rope, bungee cords, or the like. The storage bag stands alone and retains its shape without the aid of the truck. When the storage bag is empty, it is easily collapsed and folded for storage.

When the clips are opened and secured over the rail of the boat, the canvas is stretched forming a curved bowl-shaped surface that can hold fishing gear. Once the basket is removed from the boat, the clip closes, folding up the canvas basket for storage.

The driver of the vehicle can reach the storage pocket without leaving the driver seat.
