With Timer-released Means For Preventing Work Feed-out Patents (Class 225/8)
  • Patent number: 11897227
Abstract: A conversion apparatus is provided herein. The conversion apparatus includes a cutting member having an edge configured for cutting the dunnage material. The conversion apparatus also includes a biasing member that is located adjacent to the cutting member such that the dunnage material passes between the biasing member and the cutting member. The biasing member operably contacts the dunnage material thereby biasing the dunnage material against the cutting member. The position of the biasing member relative to the cutting member is such that in response to the dunnage material being retracted back into the conversion apparatus the cutting member begins to sever the dunnage material, but in response to the dunnage material traveling in the dispensing direction the cutting member does not begin to sever the dunnage material due to the relative position.

  • Patent number: 11769363
Abstract: A feminine hygiene product dispenser for dispensing feminine hygiene products. The dispenser includes a rack to hold the feminine hygiene products. A weight is adapted to fit within the rack, wherein the weight is supported by a last feminine hygiene product to be dispensed from the rack, the weight including an indicator. A housing includes a door, wherein the door has a window through which the indicator appears in the absence the plurality of feminine hygiene products. A product dispensing module includes a suction cup, a delivery tray, and a trigger operatively connected to the suction cup and to the delivery tray, wherein actuation of the trigger moves the suction cup to a holding position and positions the delivery tray to a product delivery position. The trigger slides freely when the suction cup is in the holding position to prevent the delivery tray from dispensing one of the feminine hygiene products.

  • Patent number: 10682022
Abstract: The present invention concerns a dispenser for dispensing precut wiping material, in the form of a reel that can be unwound as a strip. The dispenser comprises a housing, a cover and a module. The module comprises two side walls, a guide device, a flap and a plate. A space for guiding and clamping the strip is delimited between the flap and the plate. The module comprises a system providing relative clearance between the flap and the plate, varying the configuration of said space. The clearance system comprises four transverse rods formed projecting from the side edges of the flap, with two spaced-apart rods per side edge, and four housings provided in the side walls, with two housings per side wall. Each housing receives one of the rods and comprises a longitudinal part and a vertical part. A clearance is thus defined longitudinally and vertically between each rod and the corresponding housing.

  • Patent number: 5452832
Abstract: An automatic dispenser for paper towels shaped in strips of an appropriate length severable from a continuous feed roll, outputs a portion of paper of an appropriate length cutting it with a stationary blade. The blade is located in a less accessible area of the apparatus for user safety reasons. Dispensing is usually controlled by a photoelectric cell or proximity detector, which actuates an ON-OFF switch for supplying power to a motor during a time period predetermined by a timer, thereby causing rotation of a dragging roller adapted to cause a certain extent of unrolling of the feed roll. In case of saturation of the photoelectric cell caused by improperly keeping it intercepted, an electronic switch disables the photo cell and enables an emergency push-button while also lighting a signal lamp to advise of a change in the operating condition, which requires a push of an emergency button.
