Abstract: This invention relates to anti-spill disposable and reusable drink-through lids for hot and cold disposable and reusable beverage cups. The present invention is directed to drink-through lids which may be placed over and attached to disposable and reusable beverage cups and which provides a drink-through opening near the perimeter of the lid's top surface for easy drinking. The drink-though lid can accommodate a consumer's lips or a beverage disposable or reusable straw. When used with a straw, the lid and straw combination creates a spill-proof seal.

Abstract: A beverage cooling apparatus includes a straw, a cooling unit, and a coolant material. A cooling receptacle of the cooling unit is filled with the coolant material, which is preferably a food-based organic coolant. The straw is positioned within the cooling receptacle such that a flow-restricting portion of the straw is surrounded by the coolant material. The thermal communication between the flow-restricting portion and the coolant material reduces the overall temperature of the beverage that is being consumed. An attachment panel of the cooling unit is used to establish a connection with varying beverage containers.

The port may be shaped like a hammer or other shapes, and may, in some embodiments have a removable cover placed thereover. The sucking unit is configured to enable a person to suck up the beverage contained in the interior space through the channel and the opening after removal of the cover.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a paper cup with straw. The paper cup comprises a sectioned-ring-shaped paper sheet for making a cup body and a round paper sheet for making a cup bottom. The sectioned-ring-shaped paper sheet and the round paper sheet are affixed to form the paper cup. An edge of a top arch of the sectioned-ring-shaped paper sheet is provided with at least one protruding rectangular paper sheet that is integrally formed with the sectioned-ring-shaped paper sheet. An edge of a bottom arch of the sectioned-ring-shaped paper sheet is provided with at least one notch corresponding to the protruding rectangular paper sheet. The protruding rectangular paper sheet is rolled via a cylindrical mold to form an upper portion of a straw. A lower portion of the straw is connected to a receiving room of the paper cup via the notch.

The outer wall is substantially produced from paper, cardboard or the like. The object of the invention is to improve said double-walled cup (1) in such a manner that it can be more rapidly and simply produced and assembled and to reduce the structural stability of the double-walled cup while maintaining its corresponding thermal insulating properties. For this purpose, the inner cup providing the inner wall is inserted into the outer cup (3) providing the outer wall and is secured therein or thereto in an especially detachable manner. The inner cup (2) is produced from an at least fluid-tight plastic material.

Abstract: A system for aiding in drinking from a drink container is provided. The system includes a spring-style, flexible straw located inside a drink container such that when the container is closed the straw is compressed. A lever located on the exterior top portion of the container can be used to produce a circular orifice in the top of the container. When the container is opened via the circular orifice, the straw automatically extends through the orifice in the top of the container, thereby allowing a person to use the straw to drink the liquid in the container. Whereas the lower portion of the straw is spirally shaped like a spring mechanism, the upper portion of the straw is straight and an accordion mechanism is located at a base of the upper portion to allow the consumer to bend the straw when sipping from the straw.

In accordance with the present invention, the leakage prevention straw has an open-ended, hollow tube; an open-ended, hollow receiver sealably mounted on the tube; a valve assembly sealably engaging the receiver; and a resilient locking adapter disposed on the tube and lockingly engaging the valve assembly to secure the valve assembly in liquid seal engagement with the receiver. The valve assembly has a hollow, open-ended, resilient enclosure and a check valve disposed within the enclosure. Although the check valve is biased in a closed position, the check valve opens upon manual manipulation of the enclosure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a disposable container of liquid food products or a cap thereof, having two independent round straw holes to be inserted by two ends of one bent drinking tube, the diameters of the said straw holes tightly match the diameters of said drinking tube at its two ends, so that the drinking tube can be inserted and pulled repeatedly. When temporarily halting drinking, the consumer can insert the two ends of the bent drinking tube into the two straw holes for closing the container, therefore preventing contamination of ends of the drinking tube, and leaking of the liquid. When subsequently drinking the liquid inside, the consumer just need to pull out one end of the drinking tube and keeping the other end of the drinking tube remaining inserted in one straw hole. The other straw hole serves the purpose of allowing air into the container for easy access of the liquid. The drinking tube used in the present invention is both for the purpose of drinking and closing the container.

A method of forming and filling a flexible pouch with an integral straw includes the steps of forming each of the panels and joining two panels by sealing together their side edges and lower edge to form the pouch. The method also includes the steps of opening the pouch and inserting the straw into the pouch by positioning the straw at an angle between an upper corner of the pouch and an opposite lower corner.

A cut-out is selectively formed at an inner tube portion of the tube in a region where the inner tube portion bends.
