The walls comprise a base (11), two partially triangular side walls (12A,12B) rising therefrom and a front and rear wall (13,14) which are connected to the base, extend between the side walls and are mutually connected between the top corners (17) of said triangular side walls (12A, 12B) in a closing strip (15C). The front and/or rear wall is provided with a weakening line (18 A, 18B), such that the closing strip (15C) can be pressed in toward the base in order to deform the front and/or rear wall along the weakening line for of forming an upper wall (15A,15B) extending between the top corners.

Abstract: The present invention includes a blank and container formed of cellulose-based materials configured to form a triangular shaped container. The container includes a triangular shaped bottom panel, side walls and a rear wall that define a first triangular volume. The top panel and second side panels generally form a second triangular volume that is slightly larger than the first triangular volume. The second triangular volume is configured to fold over the first triangular volume such that the top panel and second side panels fully enclose the bottom panel and the first side panels. The container is locked by a friction fit between juxtaposed tabs inserted into a slot located between the ends of the intersecting first side panels.

  • Patent number: 7395621
Abstract: The invention is a promotional structure, such as a greeting card, which is collapsible to fit into a flat envelope for mailing, and which unfolds into the shape of a recognizable type of building, such as a house. Some of the panels are flexibly joined to one another while others (or portions of others) carry reusable fasteners, such as ribbons corresponding to complementary holes on adjacent panels. When the structure is unfolded and the fasteners join the corresponding panels, the panels define the building's shape and its promotional theme. The design provides a structure well suited for distributing promotional material in a medium that is different than traditional greeting cards or brochures, and the structure may be fabricated either from a plurality of panels secured to each other or from the die-cutting and scoring of a single sheet of material.

Abstract: A food serving apparatus having a flat food-supporting member consisting of a material sized to prevent served food from contacting unsanitary surfaces, and having sufficient rigidity, to support one or more food items. The food-supporting member has at least one food-retaining portion integrally formed adjacent thereto which extends upward, or can be positioned upward by a user, relative to the food-supporting member, in a manner which increases rigidity of the member. The food-supporting member has at least one bendable cross-section tangent to at least one user-breakable joint of a food-retaining portion to allow separation of the separable joint(s).
