Abstract: A packaging system includes an inner box and an outer box. The inner box is adapted to receive items to be transported and has a base, a side wall and a lid. The outer box is adapted to house the inner box and has a base, a side wall and a lid. The base and the lid of the outer box are adapted to form a flat pack that houses a folded-down form of the inner box and of the side wall of the outer box for transport within the flat pack. The folded-down form of the inner box can be removed from the flat pack and assembled to form the inner box. The folded down form of the side wall of the outer box can be removed from the flat pack and assembled together with the base and the lid of the outer box to form the outer box.

Abstract: A tray feeding box includes a box body; a cover, arranged at a first end of the box body; and a bottom board, arranged at a second end of the box body away from the cover. The cover includes at least one first cover arranged at the first end of the box body. The at least one first cover is defined with a first opening. The box body is defined with a take-out gap communicated with the first opening.

Abstract: A container comprises a connecting means, which forms an integral part of the container or is detachably attached to the container. In an unpacked state of the container, at least a portion of the connecting means is detached from the container and at least partially spans at least a part of a circumference of the container. In the unpacked state of the container, the connecting means provides a handle suitable for being supported by a carrier. A system comprising a respective container and a method for providing a container with a handle are described.

Abstract: A return shipping system can include an outer container and a collapsible shock absorbing frame which can include a resilient sheet attached thereto for providing retention or suspension packaging of an article to be shipped within the outer container. The outer container can have a collapsed state suitable for shipping with the collapsible shock absorbing frame nested therein, the collapsible shock absorbing frame also in a collapsed state. The outer container can have an erect or expanded state suitable for shipping with the collapsible shock absorbing frame nested therein, the collapsible shock absorbing frame being in a locked or deployed state and configured to retain an article for shipping within the outer container.

The wall panels have lower extension portions (11, 12) that are folded upwardly to provide a double thickness and these lower extension portions have an upper edge (12a) or apertures (37) that engage with short protrusions (33) formed on an inner wall (32) of the channel to retain the panels. The end wall panels have upper first and second extensions portions (14a, 16) that are respectively folded inwardly and upwardly to provide a support edge (16a) to support hangers for hang files. The support edge can be strengthened with a channel section (19). The box can have a lid (50) has a ridge (53) to compliment channel (36) on the base portion to allow stacking.
