Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a beverage serving tray capable of coupling multiple beverage serving trays to increase overall beverage capacity of the resulting coupled beverage serving tray. The beverage serving tray is capable of stacking with other beverage serving trays in an efficient and space saving fashion or may be stored preloaded with beverage vessels for quick and efficient preparation prior to serving. The beverage serving tray comprises a main body having a top member and bottom member, and at least one joining member joining the bottom surface to the top member. The top member includes beverage openings to accept beverages, as well as to couple additional beverage serving trays to increase beverage capacity. Multiple beverage serving trays may be coupled together by inserting beverages through aligned beverage openings of adjacent beverage serving trays in order to form a modular beverage serving tray with an increased overall carrying capacity.

Abstract: A blank for constructing a crush-tolerant container includes a first side panel, a bottom panel, a second side panel, and a top panel coupled together in series. At least one cutout and at least one bridge portion are defined along a first fold line between the top panel and the first side panel. The at least one bridge portion and the at least one cutout are configured to maintain the top panel in a plane spaced above a top edge of the first side panel when the container is formed and the top panel is not under a stacking load, and to allow the top panel to move downwardly such that at least a portion of the top panel is substantially co-planar with the top edge of the first side panel when the container is formed and the top panel is under the stacking load.

Abstract: A blank for making a one-piece container. The blank includes a central first section, a pair of second sections connected to the first section along a respective first longitudinal score line, and a pair of third sections, each third section connected to a second section along a respective second longitudinal score line. The second sections define side walls and end walls of the container, and the third sections define bottom flaps of the container. The first section includes a pair of top lateral flaps located on either side of a longitudinal slit that divides the blank in half. A pair of top end flaps span across opposing longitudinal ends of the top lateral flaps. Each top end flap comprises a triangular section defining a bow-tie lock connecting two halves of the blank on either side of the longitudinal slit.

Abstract: A foldable box that includes a bottom panel, four sides panels and connectors with each connectors having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion of the connector is foldably connected to a side panel and the second connector is adhered to another side panel, these panels being adjacent to each other. The above connector placement allows a user to transform a box from an unfolded first position to a folded second position in one easy step. The box is then secured in this position by means of a holding member, such as, an adhesive, Velcro or a folding member.

Abstract: A packing box and method of forming a packing box provides a bottom plate, a pair of first side plates which upon final assembly are bent with respect to the bottom plate so as to face each other, a pair of second side plates which upon final assembly are bent with respect to the bottom plate so as to facing each other, and a pair of flaps at both sides of each of the first side plates which upon final assembly are bent with respect to the first side plate. Each of the flaps includes a first flap portion and a second flap portion, and before final assembly, the first flap portion is connected to a first side plate and the second flap portion is connected to the first flap portion, bent with respect to the first flap portion and affixed to one of the second side plates.

Abstract: A reusable foldable box is disclosed that has a first flat configuration and a second three dimensional configuration. The box consists of a first set and a set of panels that are assembled to form the foldable box. The first set of panels includes at least six panels that are foldably coupled in a predefined sequence. The first set includes a top panel, bottom panel, a pair of side panels, a lip panel and a securing panel. The first set of panels forms a single piece construction to which the side panels of the second set of panels are coupled with triangular inward connectors.
