Abstract: Embodiments of a reusable stackable shipping box are provided herein. The reusable stackable shipping box may be reused and cleaned without causing harm to the integrity of the box. In addition, the box is slightly tapered in shape such that the box may be stacked upon and within other boxes for ease in shipping and organization.

Abstract: A method for packaging solar mounting attachments by forming a package box having a first end and a second end, sealing the first end of the package box, placing attachment brackets into compartments defined by dividers in the package box, placing a container of fasteners onto at least one of the attachment brackets, and placing flashings onto at least one other attachment bracket. The flashings, the container of fasteners, and attachment brackets may be removed from the package box from the second end in the order of flashings, the container of fasteners, and attachment brackets.

Abstract: A foldable splash guard is made from a disposable material, for example, cardboard, or from a flushable material, for example, corn starch. The splash guard can be carried in a flattened or folded configuration, providing for convenience of transporting multiple splash guards so that they are readily available for use. The splash guard is unfolded for use, and placed above a toilet seat or above a bedpan so that urine passing above the seat is redirected back into the toilet bowl, or into a bag for measuring or testing. After use, the splash guard may be discarded. Some examples may include a window with a color changing covering to indicate that urination has occurred, a bag for collecting, measuring, and/or testing urine, or a QR code that can be scanned to facilitate generating rapid, accurate urination records.

Abstract: A thermal insulating liner for a container has a bottom panel, a pair of opposed end panels, a first side panel and an opposed second side panel. A first flap is hinged to the first side panel at a first hinge line and a second flap is hinged to the said second side panel at a second hinge line. The first flap and second flap are sized so that they are moveable between an open position whereat the first flap is spaced from said second flap and a folded position whereat a side margin of the first flap which extends along a side edge of the first flap opposite the first hinge line overlaps with a side margin of the second flap which extends along a side edge of the second flap opposite the second hinge line. Each flap comprises an outer sheet and an inner sheet spaced by a core with an innermost layer of the inner sheet comprising a metal foil layer. Each flap has a first thickness outside its side margin and a second, reduced, thickness, within its side margin.

Abstract: A food tray including front and rear sidewalls each having left and right side edges. A left sidewall extends between respective left edges of the front and rear sidewalls. A right sidewall extends between respective right edges of the front and rear sidewall. A bottom panel extends between bottom edges of the front, rear, left and right sidewalls. The sidewalls define a container space for a food item. A left lid extends from a top edge of the left sidewall. A right lid extends from a top edge of the right sidewall. The left and right lids are configured to fold and cover the container space. The left lid includes a flap that extends from an edge of the left lid that is opposite the top edge of the left sidewall. The flap is configured to be folded into the container space to divide the container space into two compartments.

Abstract: A foldable storage case comprises a one-piece, waterproof container. The container comprises a body, a bottom, and a cover, where the body, the bottom, and the cover form an interior space therebetween. The body comprises a plurality of body panels, the bottom comprises a plurality of bottom panels, and the cover comprises a plurality of cover panels. A plurality of removable fasteners is used to fasten together the body panels and the bottom panels. Further, each cover panel includes a projection adapted to be received by a receiving area of at least one of the body panels. When the cover is folded such that two or more projections are disposed adjacent each other within the receiving area, the projections and the receiving area interfere with each other, detachably securing the cover panels in place.

Abstract: A paper box structure is formed of a paper material, and comprises a bottom plate and two side plates connected to both sides of the bottom plate. Each side plate comprises a top plate connected to one side of the side plate opposite to the bottom plate; and the other two sides of the side plate is connected with a main body fold plates respectively. Each main body fold plate comprises a frame plate having a central opening, a buffer plate; and at least one adjustable fold plate formed along both sides of the central opening. The frame plate is folded to form a U-shaped buffer space together with the top plate, the side plate and the bottom plate. The buffer plate is connected to one side of the frame plate near the side plate, and folded to form a step-like structure.

Abstract: An exemplary box includes four sidewalls, four covers, two inner flaps, and two out flaps. The sidewalls are continuously connected together end by end and enclose a chamber therein. The covers extend from top edges of the sidewalls respectively for covering the chamber. The flaps extend from bottom edges of the sidewalls respectively. The inner flaps form two engaging flanges respectively extending from free edges thereof into the chamber and define engaging grooves therein. The outer flaps form engaging flanges respectively extending from free edges thereof into the chamber and define engaging cutouts in the engaging flanges respectively. The engaging flanges of the outer flaps are inserted into the engaging grooves of the inner flaps and snap the engaging flanges of the inner flaps in the engaging cutouts. The engaging flanges of the inner and outer flaps thereby divide the chamber into several compartments.

Abstract: A paper box structure formed of a paper material includes a bottom plate, a front plate, a rear plate, two side plates, a partition plate and a cover plate. The front plate is connected to one side of the bottom plate to form a front wall. The rear plate is connected to one side of the bottom plate opposite to the front plate to form a buffer space as a rear wall. Two side plates are connected to another two opposite sides of the bottom plate to form buffer spaces as side walls. A frame body is formed from the front plate, rear plate and side plates. The partition plate is disposed within the frame body to divide the frame body into upper and lower portions. The cover plate covers the buffer space formed by the bottom plate and the rear plate, and then the top of the frame body.

Abstract: Configurations for a packing container formed from a single, preformed, rigid unit of generally U-shaped cross-section are disclosed. One configuration utilizes three end closures to enclose an object with an elevated end. Another configuration employs three end closures to enclose an object with an elevated mid-section. A third configuration uses two end closures to enclose an object with random elevations. With three end closures, a fourth configuration encloses two or more dissimilar objects in separate compartments. The fourth configuration is especially useful for items that should be prevented from touching or intermingling during shipping. A fifth configuration combines elements of the other four configurations, allowing a user to ship objects with elevated ends, elevated mid-sections, or random elevations in separate compartments. A sixth configuration encloses one or more objects with two end closures that are about equal in length to one another. A device for forming the container is also disclosed.

Abstract: A packaging carton is disclosed, suitable for packaging an electronic product, such as a peripheral product, a mobile phone, or a spare part. The packing carton is formed by folding a paper material and is one piece, and is fabricated by linking two clip slots. Furthermore, the packaging carton comprises two hollow buffer structures beside two sides of a storage chamber and two upper holding pieces adjacent to both sides of the storage chamber to protect an object packaged in the packaging carton.

Abstract: A portable accessory box is disclosed. The portable accessory box comprises: a bottom plate; two side rectangular bodies fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom plate; and a lower side plate fixedly connected to the lower side of the bottom plate. The portable accessory box can further comprise an upper side plate fixedly connected to the upper side of the bottom plate. The bottom plate includes a hand-held hole for carrying and two fixed pieces used to fix the side rectangular bodies. In addition, each of the side rectangular bodies comprises an embedded slot, and the lower side plate and the upper side plate both include an inner side piece. When the lower side plate and the upper side plate are folded inwardly, the inner side pieces can be embedded into the embedded slots of the side rectangular bodies to divide each of the side rectangular bodies into two rectangular sub-bodies and form a lower rectangular body and an upper rectangular body between the side rectangular bodies.
