Abstract: The present invention is directed to a container comprises a bottom wall, opposite sidewalls, and opposite end walls all of which foldably joined to one another to form an interior space to receive products therein. A respective first and second top wall panels is foldably joined to respective longitudinal edges of the opposite sidewalls. A first pair of end sealing flaps each of which is foldably joined to respective lateral edge of the first top wall panel. A second pair of end sealing flaps each of which is foldably joined to respective lateral edge of the second top wall panel and wherein the first and second top wall panels is capable of being partially overlapped to cover the interior space without each of the respective end sealing flaps being substantially overlapped with one another when the container is enclosed with the product.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cardboard tray made of three parts, to an assembly of blanks, and to a device and method for producing such a tray. The tray comprises a first part defining a bottom connected by first fold lines to two first opposite sidewalls and two second parts defining second opposite sidewalls, each comprising at least one longitudinal first flap connected to said second wall by a second fold line and glued on the bottom, and two sets of transverse flaps, each comprising at least one transverse flap glued to a first corresponding opposite side wall, respectively.

Abstract: The box (17, 21, 31, 41, 51) is created on the basis of a multi-element lined box part (1), to which two separate and likewise lined sidewalls (13, 14) are glued. The multi-element box part (1) comprises a bottom (10), as well as the two other sidewalls (11, 12). The two separate third and fourth sidewalls (13, 14) are glued on by means of straps (4.1, 4.2) flush with or slightly set back to the edges of the multi-element box part (1), wherein the multi-element box part (1) is quasi folded around the third and fourth sidewalls (13, 14). This results in a rigid box (17, 21, 31, 41, 51) that in its simplest form consists of an upwardly open case.

Abstract: A foldable packing box of the present invention comprises a base board, a pair of side boards, and a pair of fixing boards. The base board includes a first end board, a bottom board connected to the first end board, and a second end board connected to the bottom board opposite to the first end board. The pair of side boards are respectively fixed to the opposite two sides of the bottom board. The fixing boards are respectively fixed to the sides of the first end board and the second end board apart from the bottom board. The base board, the side boards, and the fixing boards are foldable to locate at a same plane. While assembling the packing box, the side boards are fixed to the base board by the fixing boards. The foldable packing box of the present invention can locate in a plane to save the occupied space thereof during storage and transportation, so as to facilitate to reduce the storage and transportation cost.

Abstract: A pre-packed shipper display containing products arranged for display for purchase by consumers, and bearing display indicia including shopper-targeted indicia directed to shoppers and/or product-specific indicia relating to the products. All panels of the pre-packed shipper display are formed from a monolithic blank and remain integrally coupled together such that the monolithic blank may be folded to form the pre-packed shipper display without separating panels and without the need for glue. The pre-packed shipper display may include a graphics box formed integrally from the monolithic blank. Structural support panels may also be formed integrally from the monolithic blank to be folded within the graphics box to provide structural support and rigidity to the pre-packed shipper display and/or to provide support to the products therein.

Abstract: A carton is provided that may be used for multiple packages of various products, such as food snack items, and includes a tear-away feature that allows ready access to and display of the products. The carton in its open/display configuration still has sufficient strength to allow other cartons to be stacked on top of each other. The carton may be formed from a blank of paperboard or corrugated board.

Abstract: A partitioned container includes an outer case member erectable from a substantially flat condition to an expanded condition, and at least one partition formed from a unitary blank separate from the outer case member and configured to couple to at least one interior surface of the outer case member in the flat condition, the unitary blank including at least one divider panel and a plurality of cross members configured to automatically divide an interior of the outer case member into a plurality of cells when the outer case member is erected to the expanded condition. A partition blank for forming the partition member and a method of manufacturing a partitioned container are also provided.

Abstract: A three-piece container comprises top and bottom walls, apposite end walls, opposite side walls, and reinforced corners. First and second end pieces are configured to form first and second container end walls. The end pieces are each folded to define an inner end wall panel and an overlying outer end wall panel. First partial side wall panels extend perpendicularly from opposite sides of the outer wall panel. Second partial side wall panels are joined to the inner end wall panel by a diagonal web that forms a reinforcing corner post in each corner of the container. A wrapper is configured to be joined to the first and second end pieces and is folded to define the top wall, the bottom wall, and the opposite side walls. The wrapper overlies the partial side wall panels to define a triple wall side wall construction.

Abstract: Disclosed are blanks for divider shelves for erecting into load-bearing divider shelves for use in cartons. In one embodiment, a divider blank for erecting into a load-bearing divider shelf having a length and width is disclosed. The divider blank comprises two center supports that are foldably attached by a fold line extending in a lengthwise direction. Each center support has two ends in which each end is foldably attached to an end support. Each end support has a top and bottom and is attached to an angular slot flap by a fold line extending between the top and bottom of the end support. Each angular slot flap has a locking slot in the mid-section between the top and bottom of the flap. The divider shelves erected from the blanks and the carton with the divider shelves installed are also disclosed.

Abstract: A container has opposed pairs of parallel walls. There are closure members attached to the upper side of one pair of walls which extend downwardly into the container. Handle members attached to the closure members. The handle members are contiguous in the formed container and have aligned hand holes. The upper sides of the handle members are below or at the top of the container. Closure panels are attached to the upper sides of the other pair of walls. The closure panels are attached to the first pair of walls and are over the closure and handle members. The closure panels form an opening to grasp the hand holes.

Abstract: Shipping containers that are convertible to display containers are disclosed. The containers comprise wrap around outer shells of the general type known as “Bliss” wraps, in combination with interior vertical support structures. The invention presents improved two- and three-piece container constructions, having improved side-to-end panel connections for improved tray strength upon conversion to a display configuration, as well as a variety of interior divider/support options. By advantageous adhesive application together with specialized opening structures such as tear strips, lines of weakness and/or hand holes, various different conversion configurations are provided.

Abstract: A file folder includes a front sheet and a rear sheet made of a rigid material which are connected to each other by a flexible back. At least one of the sheets has an inwardly directed flap. Connecting pieces connected to side edges of the flap keep the flap spaced from the respective sheet to which the flap is attached, with the connecting pieces attached to the respective sheet and the flap by mechanical connections, for example mortise and tenon joints. Locking elements prevent the mortise and tenon joints from losening.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a carton with an arched lid. The carton structure includes a rectangular paperboard that can be folded to C-shape, a front wall and a rear wall positioned perpendicular to the C-shaped paperboard thus all construct a main body of the carton, and an arched lid. The invention is characterized in that a top wall is extended forwardly from the up side of the rear wall and two lateral arced walls are attached on two lateral sides of the top wall. One side of the two lateral arced walls is linear while the other side is arched with tooth-form pieces for being secured to the inner side of the top wall by screws and screw nuts thus an arched lid is formed.

Abstract: A box made from sheet materials such as corrugated cardboard two sides, two ends connected to the sides at foldable corners and each with a central fold line and a bottom connected to the sides at foldable corners but not connected to the ends. A center partition running from one end of the box to the other is hingedly connected to the ends and is not connected to the bottom. The bottom has a central fold, enabling it to fold away from the partition when the ends are folded about the side corners in the same direction, the ends folding in the middle relative to the partition, to collapse the box. The partition is made from two panels which are attached back-to-back to one another and each panel has end flaps at each end which make up the ends of the box. The end flaps have their ends attached to flaps of the side walls of the box. In one embodiment, a center closing lid is provided.

Abstract: A collapsible container includes a substantially rectangular plastic base, a first plastic wall coupled by a first hinge to a first edge of the base, and a second plastic wall coupled by a second hinge to a second edge of the base opposite the first edge of the base. A first corrugated element is folded to form a first corrugated floor portion and a first corrugated wall portion, wherein the first corrugated floor portion is attached to the base so that the first corrugated wall portion is positioned between and adjacent to the first and second plastic walls. The first corrugated wall portion mates with a first lip of the first plastic wall and a first lip of the second plastic wall.

Abstract: An end opening bulk material container having a polygonal-shaped sleeve defined by a double sidewall and a plurality of sidewalls. The double sidewall is defined by a first sidewall overlapping a last sidewall. The sleeve has a depth dimension greater than its width dimension. A first end of the sleeve is closed by a first end wall and a second end of the sleeve is closed by a second end wall.
