The box container further includes a cover component that is capable of engagement with the main component or the first and second side support components, such that the main component and the cover component present a fully enclosed space within the box container. The box container is erected from a knockdown configuration by folding the first and second side sections until the side sections are generally perpendicular with the base section; connecting the first and second side support components with the first and second side sections respectively; and connecting the cover component with the main component or the first and second side support components.

Abstract: A corner piece is provided for forming packaging elements. The corner piece includes an inner member and an outer member having respective apexes. A connecting member connects the inner and outer members and substantially aligns their apexes, while spacing the inner and outer members apart from one another. A securing element is provided in the outer member for securing an exterior edge protector along the outer member. The securing element includes substantially U-shaped retaining walls engageable with the exterior edge protector. In some embodiments, the spacing between the inner and outer members defines retaining cavities for securing adjacent sidewalls of a storage container.

Abstract: A shipping carton displays two rows of packaged products stacked upon one another with package indicia facing a front opening. The carton (100) includes a top opening through which the packaged products are loaded in a vertical orientation. The top opening is closable by two opposing flaps (112) that adjoin along a top center line (114), and sealable with an adhesive strip (120) that extends along the top and onto opposing front and back surfaces of the container. The carton also includes a removable panel (160) defined by a line of weakness (162) spanning across the front surface and an adjacent side surface. The removable panel defines two protrusions (170) on opposing sides of the opening on the front surface. A portion of the adhesive strip (120) closing the top opening extends onto one of the protrusions (170).

Abstract: A storage and transport container, in an unassembled state, is composed of a single-piece container blank having a bottom, foldable side and end walls and four corner flaps foldable inwardly at the side walls or the end walls. Respective turnover rims are integrally formed on the side walls and the end walls so that when the turnover rims are folded over, a stacking profile having a hook rim can be attached over the same. Four corner pieces are provided, wherein each corner piece has a base body having an upper stacking rim. Two insertion profiles are integrally formed on the base body, each having an angled profile section at the front end. The angled profile section positively fits in a respective profile recess of the side walls and the end walls. The stacking profiles extend over the insertion profiles flush against the stacking rim.

The container includes a planar blank having a centrally-located bottom panel with four side portions, four side panels each foldably attached to a respective one side portion and movable to a position perpendicular to the bottom panel fasteners are carried by each side panel for attaching the side panels together to define an interior space. The file assembly includes files each locatable adjacent to the side panel and removably attachable thereto. The file assembly includes a plurality of file dividers located between the first and second files and are connected via accordion pleats. The first and second files include outwardly extending tabs with passageways therethrough and are attached to the container by being sandwiched between the respective end and side panel at each of the four corners of the assembled container.

The top rail has a vertical lip which facilitates stacking multiple tote boxes.

Abstract: This invention is a small animal feeder that physically restricts access to food by medium to large size animals. It is comprised of a 12 inch cube of cardboard with an extra elongated front forming a vertical 3½ inch silt. A plastic feeder tray filled with food is inserted inside. It is the size and shape of the front opening that functions as both the barrier to medium to large size animals while allowing unlimited access to small animals. Currently used or patented pet feeders do not discriminate between medium to large size animals and smaller animals where access to dispensed food is concerned.

Abstract: A collapsible container is formed by folding a twolayer blank having a unitary flexible layer and a separated rigid layer into a shape determined by the number of side panels of the blank. The container is held in the assembled position by fastened corresponding pairs of fasteners on adjacent side panels. The flexible and rigid layers are joined together by lamination and/or stitching. The containers are reversible, so that either the rigid or flexible layer may be exposed on the outside of the assembled container.

The carton structure includes a rectangular paperboard that can be folded to C-shape, a front wall and a rear wall positioned perpendicular to the C-shaped paperboard thus all construct a main body of the carton, and an arched lid. The invention is characterized in that a top wall is extended forwardly from the up side of the rear wall and two lateral arced walls are attached on two lateral sides of the top wall. One side of the two lateral arced walls is linear while the other side is arched with tooth-form pieces for being secured to the inner side of the top wall by screws and screw nuts thus an arched lid is formed.

Abstract: A reusable assembled box and a method of transport thereof are provided, in that the box has a base with greater strength, and is capable of disassembled into compact pieces facilitating sending back thereof, thus reducing a transport cost and enabling reuse of the box in higher frequency. The box comprises a first member, a second member, and coupling members. The first member is in a substantially rectangular shape, comprises a base and a pair of opposing side walls folded up from the base. The second member is in a substantially rectangular shape and comprises a base, overlain on the base of the first member, in a shape substantially identical to that of the first member, and a pair of side walls adjacent to the walls of the first member. The coupling members detachably couples upper end corners of adjacent side walls of the first and second members assembled into a box by overlaying the bases of the first and second members.
