The sheet when rolled including an upper region having two opposing flaps, each flap delineated from a remaining portion of the sheet by a path along which the sheet is scored, so that the flaps, when folded along their respective paths, define a single elevated drinking portion having a spout formed between an extension of the base region and at least one of the two flaps.

Abstract: This invention generally relates to a cone for chips. Unlike other cardboard cones for chips, the model presented here includes, at the base of the cone, a small opening as well as a series of small holes in the middle of the four faces. These various openings let the air circulate, thereby preventing the formation of steam produced by the heat of the chips, keep the chips really crispy and mean that the cone stays rigid throughout its use. In another production mode, the cone has a compartment located at the inner tip of the cone and integrated into it, which can be folded to hold sauce.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a paper cup, and more particularly, to a foldable paper cup in which a volume of a container is variable, and a method of manufacturing a side paper of the foldable paper cup. The method of manufacturing the side paper of the foldable paper cup includes: a first step of forming a cutting part for dividing a portion of a continuous side paper source paper into upper and lower portions of the side paper; a second step of providing a release part to which the side paper source paper and a film do not adhere on a portion of the upper portion of the side paper so as to laminate the film and the side paper source paper; a third step of cutting a film on one end of the release part and separating the side paper from the side paper source paper in a fan shape; and a fourth step of rolling up the side paper around a forming mechanism to form a container sidewall having a cone shape.

Abstract: A method for securing a bottom piece to a paper-made container forms first and second glue layers in one injection molding process. The method includes a mold set has a first concavity located corresponding to the open top of the paper-made container and communicating with a pouring path of an entrance via a first passage in the mold. A second concavity is defined in the mold and communicates with a second passage which communicates with the pouring path via a hole defined through the bottom piece. The two glue layers are formed within one molding process while the bottom piece is connected to the paper-made container.
