Abstract: A menstrual product dispenser including a rear face, intended for attaching the dispenser to a vertical support, two side faces and a front face. The dispenser also includes: at least one storage compartment suitable for receiving at least one container comprising a plurality of the menstrual products, referred to as the product refill, each refill comprising a plurality of menstrual products of the same type, a base, which is rigidly connected to the rear face and the side faces, for retaining the at least one product refill in the dispenser, and at least one compartment for distributing at least one of the menstrual products. The at least one distribution compartment is rigidly connected to the base of the dispenser. The dispenser is suitable for distributing one menstrual product of each type in the distribution compartment.

The lid provides a drink outlet that allows liquid to fill a drink well base, from which a consumer may sip a beverage similar to using a cup or mug. The base is sized and shaped to sealingly engage the opening of the beverage container. A hollow raised lip portion is provided, and it has an exterior portion extending upwardly from the base. An outer lip portion is provided, with interior portion sloping downwardly and inwardly. A drink well base may have a sloped floor extending upwardly from a peripheral side along the lower end portions. At least one drink outlet is provided.

The lid comprises a ring-shaped brim mount adapted to mate with the brim of a cup and a central closure surrounded by the ring-shaped brim mount, wherein the central closure includes channel means for conducting any overflow liquid leaking inadvertently out of a cup coupled to the drink cup lid through the liquid-discharge outlet into the raised-liquid collection region formed in the elevated basin downwardly along a first predetermined path on an exterior surface of the elevated basin into the ring-shaped low-elevation liquid-retention channel.

Abstract: A drink-through plastic lid is injection molded in one piece to define a rim structure which snaps onto the rim of a cup and an asymmetric crown having a drink-through opening formed at the high point of an outer deck. An integral hinged flap with a C-shaped seal lip on the inside surface can lock by means of said lip into the drink-through opening when in one condition. The flexible outer edges of the flap latch into a lock-back recess which interrupts an intermediate inner deck formed between the outer crown deck and the floor of a well in the interior area of the lid.

The beverage container assembly comprises a cup and a lid and the drinking opening is formed in an upper wall of the raised portion of the lid. The cover assembly comprises a substantially planar cover member and a substrate. The cover member comprises first and second layers and defines a cover portion, a surrounding cover portion, and a perimeter edge. The first layer is a structural layer having flexural characteristics that allow the cover member to be transported by engaging opposing portions of the perimeter edge of the cover member without substantially deforming the cover member. The second layer defines an adhesive surface adapted to detachably attach the cover member to the substrate and the lid.

Abstract: The improved low cost Spill-Resistant Cup for storing and dispensing liquids resists spilling when shaken or vibrated suddenly. The improved cup has a scoop-like-baffle and a push tab that separates the body of the cup with the mouthpiece of the cover. An opening is created when the push tab is pressed and the push tab springs back to close the opening when the pressure is released. When the improved cup is tilted and the tab pushed down for pouring, such that the liquid level inside the storage chamber of the cup chamber is higher than the liquid level at the opening, no liquid pours out of the cup. The liquid starts to flow out of the mouth opening after the cup is tilted beyond a start-to-pour angle. The start-to-pour angle is reached when the cup is tilted permitting the outside air to pass through the opening of the scoop-like-baffle and into the storage chamber.

Abstract: The “HOT DRINK CUP LID WITH COOLING AIR-FLOW” is an article of manufacture with a uniquely designed form arranged so that the hot liquid is cooled by an air-flow drawn over the liquid as it is sipped. The unique design, placement of the drinking hole and cooling air-flow hole create a structure whereby hot liquid can be cooled and sipped in a manner that reduces the temperature of the hot liquid as it transfers from the cup to the user. This cooling action is activated by the suction caused by the action of the user sipping at the drinking hole and concurrently drawing air from outside of the cup down through the air-flow hole and up through the drinking hole along with the hot liquid. Thus the hot liquid is cooled as the air is drawn up in conjunction with the hot liquid through the drinking hole.

Abstract: A cover piece and method for covering an opening of a drinking container, such as in the lid of a coffee cup. The cover piece has sufficient flexural stiffness so that it can be grasped conveniently and properly positioned over the opening, and yet is sufficiently flexible so that it can properly perform its opening operation. It comprises a cover section having a greater lateral length dimension, and a tab extending outwardly from the cover portion when the cover piece is in the covering position.

Abstract: A disposable beverage container lid that includes a top wall with a drinking opening formed therein, an annular sidewall downwardly depending from the periphery of the top wall for engaging with the rim of a beverage container, a regulator valve formed directly underneath the drinking opening, and wave-breaker and periphery inhibitor recesses formed in the top wall, to allow the user to drink from the cup without removing the lid while greatly minimizing accidental splashing of the liquid from the cup. The regulator valve includes side and bottom walls with apertures formed therein. The wave-breaker recess has a sidewall portion that reflects waves of liquid from the regulator valve, and another sidewall portion that defines a channel with the annular sidewall in which the regulator valve is disposed. The inhibitor recesses extend down into the channel to prevent waves of liquid traveling therethrough.

Abstract: A drink-thru lid for a drinking cup including an annular mounting portion for sealingly engaging the drinking cup, wherein the annular mounting portion includes a downwardly extending annular skirt. The lid further includes a tear-back section extending from the annular skirt to a hinge portion located in a medial portion of the lid. The tear-back section includes a raised protrusion extending outwardly from an upper surface of the lid. A recess is further formed in a medial portion of the lid on the opposite side of the hinge portion from the raised protrusion, wherein the tear-back section may be torn away from the lid on its sides and pivoted about the hinge portion until the raised protrusion is received within the recess for holding said pivotal flap open. The raised protrusion and the recess are shaped such that the raised protrusion is frictionally engaged by the end walls of the recess.
