Abstract: A mountable bracket includes a first leg configured to be coupled to a mounting surface, and a first sub-leg coupled to the first leg. The first leg is extended along a first axis and is configured to project from the mounting surface at a first angle to define a first engagement surface. The first sub-leg projects from the first leg at a second angle to define a second engagement surface. The second engagement surface and at least a portion of the first engagement surface form a first mounting rail configured to mate with a first attachment structure having a first opening width. The first engagement surface and a third engagement surface of a second leg form a second mounting rail configured to mate with a second attachment structure having a second opening width. The second opening width is greater than the first opening width.

Abstract: A storage container securable to the exterior of a home, office or other building for enclosing one or more packages is disclosed herein. The container may be coupled to a door or window of the building without destruction of the exterior surface of the door or window. The storage container may be sized and shaped for various sized packages.

Abstract: A selectively securable container apparatus and method consists of a container with a lid where the container is sealed from opening when the lid is in a closed and locked position. A hook with a first size and an extension with a first end and a second end and a length, where the length has a second size and where the second size of the length is smaller than the first size of the hook, where the first end is connected with the container and the second end is connected with the hook and where the smaller second size of the length of the extension fits between a space between the bottom of a first object and the top of a second object but the first size of the hook is larger than the space.

Abstract: A package drop box includes a base, a cap, and a retention bracket. The base has an open top. The cap has an open bottom. In a first position, the cap is fitted over the base such that a bottom edge of the cap is proximate a bottom edge of the base. In the second position, the bottom edge of the cap is proximate a top edge of the base. The retention bracket is configured to secure to the base. The retention bracket is configured to extend up a back of the base from the surface supporting the package drop box, extend along the surface away from the back of the base, and extend vertically upward from the surface supporting the package drop box at a predetermined distance from the back of the base.

Abstract: A package-protecting delivery receptacle is attached to a front of the door by a sheet metal belt structure that slidably extends laterally on two sides of the receptacle and around two sides of the door, and in which a clamping mechanism that includes a rotatable clamping knob with a rubber or soft plastic contact surface secures the belt structure to a rear surface of two horizontally-opposed sides of the door. The clamping mechanism is removably attached to the belt structure by a slot and tab, or by a tongue and slider securing arrangement. The belt structure may be made up of two bracket sections that are independently extendable from the two lateral sides of the receptacle.

Abstract: This invention involves a novel method, device, system and apparatus to receive, return or exchange parcels securely. The invention involves a novel security apparatus and one or more parcel receptacles. The novel security apparatus can be securely connected to an object such as a door knob or door handle or door knockers or door or any object to which my security apparatus can be securely connected. The parcel receptacles can be of many types. The locking mechanism in the security apparatus and on the parcel receptacle can be of technological in nature using the latest advancements in wireless technology, or alternatively, involve simple physical lock and key mechanisms. The apparatus allows access to parcels to authenticated users only, and involve many safety features including an audible alarm and other tamper-proof mechanisms to ensure safety of parcels.

Abstract: A cup holder for single cups, includes housing means of the cup in the cup holder with grip on the edge or in proximity to the upper edge of the cup and supporting means of the cup holder for supporting the so housed cup; a plane or upper surface of covering of the cup, when it is housed in the cup holder with such an extension as to cover entirely the cup and rigidly connected to the housing means of the cup. The cup holder has the supporting means placed on the side opposite the side of introduction of the cup in the housing means; the housing means includes a housing guide for the grip on an upper edge of a cup which is inserted in it; and the supporting means includes a short shank and a slider inserted in rectilinear or arched storage elements, arranged in a horizontal or even vertical direction.

Abstract: A newspaper holding receptacle is arranged to be disposed on the floor at or alongside the outside lower margin of a closed door of an apartment. The receptacle has a laterally disposed bracket so arranged that it can be attached to, and detached from, the lower end of the door readily while the door is open, but cannot be detached while the door is closed. The receptacle has a restricted entry opening through which a newspaper can be inserted easily while the receptacle is attached to the closed door, but cannot be withdrawn readily. The restriction of the entry passage is effected by an element which also functions for detachably connecting the bracket and receptacle in assembled relation.
