Abstract: A bracket mountable on a door hinge for supporting a gun holder behind an open door. The bracket includes a docking station and an adapter. The docking station mounts to the hinge. The adapter attaches to any gun holder, such as a holster. The gun is stowed in the gun holder on the docking station until needed. When needed, the gun is withdrawn from the mounted holster. Or, the holstered gun with the adapter attached can be lifted out of the docking station to carry or relocate it. Alternately, the gun holder may be a magnet with or without a magnetically transparent holster. The magnet stays attached to the adapter, which is left in the docking station. The gun—holstered or unholstered—adheres magnetically to the bracketed magnet. When needed, the gun is pulled off the magnet and returned to a carry position.

Abstract: A stitch counting device for assisting users with counting the number of stitches made during stitchwork. The stitch counting device includes a casing, a first prong, a second prong, a display, a microcontroller, one or more fasteners, a fulcrum having a spring, a battery, and an interface input port. Methods for using the stitch counting device are also described.

Abstract: A golf counter includes a disk-like body member, which has a center opening, a series of symbols marked on the top wall and equiangularly spaced around the center opening, and a plurality of positioning holes corresponding to the symbols, a magnet secured to the bottom side of the disk-like body member, and a rotating faceplate, which is rotatably secured to the disk-like body member by the magnetic attraction force of the magnet and has a through viewing hole for showing one of the symbols of the disk-like body member, and two raised portions protruding from the bottom side and selectively engaging the positioning holes of disk-like body member to let the through viewing hole show one of the symbols.

Abstract: A moisture resistant rustproof smart hanger system provides a set of plastic spindles or thumb wheels permanently attached to a hanger. The spindles are designed to record, for a particular garment, the last cleaned date, the number of times worn, and the last worn date. A user sets the “Last Cleaned” date when a garment or apparel is first placed on the smart hanger; the “Times Worn” indicator is set to 01. The user updates the dates on the “Times Worn” and “Last Worn” record indicators each time the garment or apparel is worn. Each of the thumb wheels is locked by friction or a spring loaded bar that engages teeth on the thumb wheels to prevent accidental rotation.

Abstract: A score display assembly for pool tables having a front wall and a rear wall that are detachably secured together to form a housing. There are 15 vertically oriented discs rotatably mounted in the housing and their upper perimeter extends through their respective slots in the top of the housing. Each disc has a window in the front wall for identifying indicia on the front surface of the respective discs. A plurality of suction cups are secured to the rear wall of the score display assembly for detachably securing it to the side wall of a pool table immediately above a ball return chamber.

Abstract: Food consumption monitor comprising a simple mechanical calculator integrated into a diet guidebook. The calculator includes a manually operable rotary dial with a scale pointer on it, a base for the dial, a means for rotatably mounting the dial to the base, a finger stop attached to the base near the dial, and a set of numerals which are printed in consecutive order on the base near the dial and which are equidistant from the dial's rotary axis. The dial has a set of finger holes or dimples which are equidistant from the dial's rotary axis. The dial's scale pointer is a visually distinctive feature on the dial, such as an annular rim around one of the holes, which rotates with the dial in close proximity to the set of numerals. The base includes a molded plastic casing which partially encloses the dial. This casing includes an axle, a stationary hub, and a support arm for rigidly coupling the hub to a wall of the casing, wherein these three components are the means for rotatably mounting the dial.

Abstract: An improved counting device is provided which may be attached to the back of the hand and operated by that same hand without interfering with the use of that hand. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a counting device is attached to the back surface of the index and middle finger of one hand in a position so that the advancing means of the counter may be activated with minimal movement of the thumb of the same hand.

Abstract: An automotive vehicle service reminder display device comprised basically of: a shallow box or case having a principal rectangular face wall, side walls and end walls within which are mounted rows of indicia wheels organized between divider walls; and a case closure plate for maintaining the indicia wheels in operative alignment. The principal face wall of the device includes a number of viewing ports through which indicia information and data imprinted on the periphery of the wheels may be read. The indicia wheels are individually rotatable through the viewing ports by finger tip pressure and movement thereof to set appropriate data and information under service item nomenclature printed on the outside of the face wall adjacent each viewing port.

Abstract: A portable score keeping device for use in strenuous games such as tennis, racket ball, Ping-Pong, etc., suitable for attachment to the wrist or the waist of the player, is constructed so that successive points and games as they are scored may be fed into the device and totals shown through windows visible to the player. A novel ratchet and pawl arrangement facilitates the feeding in of data to the device and prevents errors which might be caused by improper registering or accidental movement of the mechanism during play.
