Abstract: A transformable purse system that includes a base, multiple purse covers, multiple handle options, and alternatively multiple decorative clip options. The covers wrap around the purse base such that the ends of the base are left exposed and the end of the cover forms a lid. The decorative clips may be attached at the point where the lid fastens to the purse. The covers may be attached with hook-and-loop fasteners such that they are easily interchangeable without removing the contents of the purse. The straps may similarly be attached using hook-and-loop fasteners and rest in grooves in the base ends, and may be further secured in place using rods at the top of the base ends.

Abstract: A tie collar having an upper wall for supporting a rail, an upper receptacle for receiving a cross tie, and a lower enlarged ground engaging portion is provided with an improved double wall feature for connecting the ends of the upper wall to the lower portion, and pedestal supports for supporting the primary and secondary ties in the construction of a railway crossing.

Abstract: A railway sleeper component and a sleeper made from two such components joined by a gauge bar. The sleeper components being characterized by a top and a base joined by hollow columns with webs between the columns. Each component including means whereby a rail may be mounted on the top of the column together with an end of the gauge bar. The columns are hollow and are open at the base and at or near the top to permit grout to be admitted at the top to flow through the base and into the rail bed ballast to bind the components to the road bed.

Abstract: A track supporting railway tie collar includes an upper receptacle for slidably and loosely receiving an end portion of a cross tie and a lower enlarged portion supported in the ballast beneath the track structure. The collar serves to transfer the weight of the train directly to the ground, rather than through the tie, thereby greatly prolonging the life of the tie and minimizing track maintenance.
