Abstract: A rail seat for rails having a lower patten provided on both sides with upper support surfaces, with a ribbed plate which is connected to a support by fastenings and with push-down elements for retaining the rail. The rail seat including an elastic intermediate plate arranged between the ribbed plate and the support, wherein the intermediate plate presses the ribbed plate, in a load-free condition, against an upper abutment. The ribbed plate is pressed down in a direction of the support with compression of the elastic intermediate plate. The rail seat further includes a spring element arranged between the support and the ribbed plate, wherein the spring element is connected in parallel to produce a spring action of the elastic intermediate plate.

Abstract: Device for fixing a rail onto a slab of concrete comprising a metal chair fixed onto a metal base with interposition of a resilient sole, by means of clamps which are tightened by rotation on an inclined plane and which come to fix simultaneously the rail onto the metal chair and the metal chair onto the base. Preferably the clamps press against pillars formed on the base.
Abstract: Apparatus for fastening rails on ties of a railroad comprising four rail screws for flushly mounting an abutment face of a bedplate against the upper surface of the tie and a pre-stressed, elastically deformable bedplate having a convex curved abutment face for frictionally engaging the upper surface of the tie and for applying a spring force against the rail screws when the rail screws are used to brace the curved abutment face flush against the tie.

Abstract: Disclosed is a rail fastening device particularly suitable for fastening a long rail to a wooden tie, comprising: a flat bellows-shaped intermediate member having tie-mounting parts provided at constant distances; a spike member for securing each of the tie-mounting parts to a tie; a bolt for securing a rail to the intermediate member; and a plate spring clip adapted to strongly hold the base portion of the rail supported by the bolt.
Abstract: A concrete slab structure for supporting railway track is itself resiliently supported on a base structure by a spring system comprising tubes secured against longitudinal movement in holes extending through the slab from its top surface to its bottom surface, springs each arranged in a respective one of the tubes and an adjustable spring abutment at the upper end of each of the tubes for pre-loading the springs against the base structure.
