Gas Pressure Pump Patents (Class 239/158)
  • Patent number: 9974228
Abstract: The present invention describes an air-powered device that propels seed from a storage container and distributes seeds from a horizontal tube into a series of vertical tubes, and shoots the seeds from those vertical tubes into the ground. The device can be carried by a human user or mounted on a cart having wheels or skis, and towed through a field while being used to plant seed. The different methods of carrying and operating the device enable farmers to utilize the device in different types of terrain and during different condition. The device can be manufactured from common, affordable materials, such as PVC, and offers rural farmers a portable solution for planting their crops that is efficient and low-cost.

  • Patent number: 7124521
Abstract: An apparatus for resurfacing an ice surface includes a dolly including a body, a handle and a plurality of wheels attached thereto. The apparatus includes a device for operably receiving fluid from a reservoir and distributing fluid substantially evenly onto an ice surface. The device includes a valve connecting the reservoir to an elongate pipe that has a plurality of substantially evenly spaced perforations for allowing fluid to pass therethrough. An elongate support member extends along the length of the pipe and is secured thereto. An applicator is preferably connected to the support member for receiving fluid and for assisting to evenly apply fluid onto an ice surface. The opposed end portions of the pipe and support member are movable between up and down positions for adjusting the amount of water dispensed onto an ice surface.

  • Patent number: 7063276
Abstract: A system for uniformly dispensing agricultural chemicals in soil comprises a holding reservoir for the liquid agrichemicals, at least one multi-port uniform dispersing manifold or splitter, and a number of dispensing delivery tubes for dispensing the chemicals proximate openings or slits in the soil during various functions such as planting. The liquid agricultural chemicals, within the system, flow, under pressure, from the reservoir to the exit orifice of each delivery conduit. The multi-port, uniform liquid dispersing manifold passively equally and uniformly, divides the incoming fluid stream to provide separate, but substantially equal, divided fluid streams exiting the manifold to individual delivery conduits.
