The centrifugal force, generated as a result of the rotation of the driven spindle is not effective to cause the straight rods, which are constructed of stainless steel, to lengthen and since the curved blades are connected to the straight rods, the centrifugal force is not effective to lengthen the curved blades. In an embodiment of the invention a perforated disc is secured to the bottom surface of the spindle and to the free ends of the straight rods.
