Flow Line Or Nozzle Attached Or Carried Handgrip Or Handle Patents (Class 239/525)
  • Patent number: 11052437
Abstract: A nozzle for water jet equipment and a method of use thereof. The nozzle has a body including a base with a shaft extending outwardly therefrom. The shaft is inserted through a bore of a sleeve that rotatable about the shaft. The base and shaft define a bore therein. At least one opening is defined in the shaft and one or more grooves are milled into the shaft's exterior surface. Each opening places the body's bore in fluid communication with one of the grooves and the sleeve's bore. Water flowing through the body's bore will flow through each opening, into the associated groove and into a space between the shaft and sleeve. The grooves create turbulence in water in this space and thereby reduce leakage from the nozzle. The shaft terminates in a conical section usable as a battering ram to break up blockages in pipes during cleaning operations.

Thereby, the resilient element indirectly acts on the seal element to produce self-sealing effect and is removed from the water pipe randomly, and soap liquid in the shower soap cartridge will not leak. Accordingly, different shower soap cartridges are capable of being removed or replaced.

Abstract: A sidespray for use with a water faucet unit includes a trigger valve and a volume control valve. The trigger valve is configured to define a full-ON water flow condition and a full-OFF water flow condition for the sidespray. A diverter actuator is coupled to the trigger valve to select between the full-ON water flow condition and the full-OFF water flow condition for the sidespray. The volume control valve is configured to define a volume-variable water passageway to limit a water flow volume through the sidespray when the trigger valve has set the sidespray to the full-ON water flow condition. A volume control actuator is coupled to the volume control valve to selectively adjust the water flow volume through the sidespray.

  • Patent number: 8777131
Abstract: A springless valve that is used for a liquid sprayer has a body that has an upstream bore that has three parts with increasingly larger cross-sections. A pin portion of a slide/pin combination moves between an open position and a closed position. In the open position, liquid in the first part of the upstream bore flows into inlets in the third part of the upstream bore, through a central passage, to an outlet to a downstream bore. A linearly-moving slide portion on the slide/pin combination fits within a recess in the body, and has resilient arms that engage front and rear radial faces on a narrowed waist on the pin. The arms extend over opposed sides of the narrowed waist, have tangs that lock onto a lower side of that waist, and rigidly connect the slide portion to the pin portion, enabling a user to move the slide/pin combination axially between the open and closed positions.

  • Patent number: 8708254
Abstract: A fluid sprayer includes a rigid fluid conduit with a conduit side wall extending along a conduit axis between open first and second conduit ends. The conduit side wall defines a fluid passage extending between the open first and second ends. A spray nozzle with a fluid-expulsion bore is connected to the second conduit end such that it can pivot about a nozzle-pivot axis that extends orthogonally to the conduit axis and such that fluid introduced into the first conduit end is expelled through the fluid-expulsion bore. A nozzle actuator is attached to the conduit for bi-directional rotation about an actuator-rotation axis having a component of spatial extension perpendicular to the conduit axis. The nozzle actuator and nozzle are mechanically linked so that rotation of the actuator causes the nozzle to pivot with respect to the conduit axis. A spray-angle selector rotates in tandem with the nozzle actuator and includes an angle-selection surface.

  • Patent number: 8678238
Abstract: A self-contained, hand-held spray dispensing device includes an internal source of pressurized fluid that exerts a motive force on a pair of liquid ejecting elements to cause each to eject a liquid into a discharge line. The liquids remain separated until each exits its discharge port. A pressurized fluid is directed over the outlet ends of the discharge line beginning before a flow interrupter in the discharge line is opened to permit flow therethrough and ceasing after liquid flow is terminated. The pressurized fluid flow over the outlet of the discharge line aerosolizes liquids emanating from the outlet ends. The liquid ejecting element is connected to a force transmitting yoke. The yoke responds to pressurized fluid from the source to generate the motive force on the ejecting element.

The main body includes an intake channel, a turning channel and an outlet channel connected sequentially. On end of the outlet channel near the turning channel is arranged with an outlet and mounted with a waterproof gasket. The switch including a rotating shaft and a waterproof spacer is set on the rotating shaft. There is a certain distance between the turning channel and the rotating shaft mounted therein. The waterproof spacer is floatable in and moving synchronously with the rotating shaft. While adjusting the rotating shaft, the waterproof spacer is driven to close or open the outlet of the waterproof gasket. When the outlet is closed, a pushing force is produced toward the outlet because water pressure in the turning channel presses the waterproof spacer. A watertight effect is achieved.
