Abstract: An improved binder clip embodies a hole-punched feature annex to the clip body is derived to provide a set of wings that meet at the center normal to the pivotal plane. Incisions to each side of the clip bodies, counter folds to take shape, provides for nominal holes to be cut into the center of each wings. A supplementary feature to the grip handle is reshaped to develop the center contour. The grip handles suspends to the hinges of the clip body, at position against the two folded edges of the clip contains center contour feature to propose clearance for any protrusions from the hole-punched annex wings of the clip to pass through. The innovative clip features are developed to assist in storing, organizing, and transporting of documents with stationary devices and posting applications e.g. inside a three-ring binder folder, any ring document holder applications, or hanging temporary documents on a bulletin board, hanging documents on a wall, etc.

Abstract: A webbing mounting assembly is configured to secure an article to a webbing of a structure. The assembly may include a securing platform configured to securely retain the article, and a base connected to the securing platform. The base may include at least a first axis and a second axis that differs from the first axis, at least a first set of webbing retainers aligned with the first axis, and at least a second set of webbing retainers aligned with the second axis. The first set of webbing retainers and the second set of webbing retainers are configured to secure the article to the webbing in different orientations.

Abstract: A garment clip comprising a body having an opening on a first side thereof and a clamp member having teeth thereon adjacent a first side thereof. The clamp member is receivable in the opening and slidable relative to the body from a first position in which a second opposite side of the clamp member is contained within the body and the first side thereof extends from the opening to a second position in which the clamp member is contained within the body. A connecting member is provided secured relative to the body when the clamp member is in the second position thereof. A portion of material received between the teeth of the clamp member when the clamp member is in the first position is engaged by the teeth when the clamp member slides to the second position and the connecting member is engageable with a further garment clip.

Abstract: A clamping assembly for a watercraft lifting system comprises a load transferring member, a load receiving member, and a clamping member. The load receiving member has an outer tapered surface. The clamping member has opposing flanges extending from a base portion, an outer surface of at least one opposing flange attachable to the load transferring member. An inner surface defined by the flanges and base portion being complementarily tapered to closely nest with the outer tapered surface of the load receiving member.

Abstract: According to embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a device for prevention of card displacement. The device includes a holding element at least partially formed of electrically conductive material; a board including an electric circuit, an alarm element and a power source that is operatively associated with the electric circuit and the alarm element. The holding element is coupled to the board such that at least some of the electrically conducting material of the holding element is pressed by default against the board, such that adjustment of a card between the holding element and the board opens the electric circuit and wherein removal of the card therefrom closes the electric circuit and thereby activates the alarm element.

Abstract: Embodiments of a clamp for compressing a flexible tube are disclosed herein. In one such embodiment, the clamp includes a first member, a second member moveably coupled to the first member to move into and out of a clamping position to apply a compressive force to the tube, a locking member to hold the first and second members in the clamping position, a third member moveably retained between a pair of sidewalls of one of the first member and the second member, and a fourth member moveably coupled to one of the first member and the second member and engageable with the third member to apply an additional compressive force to the tube.

The first clamping piece includes an insertion part to be inserted into a thorough hole of a fixed member. The insertion part includes a pair of strip member, each including a smaller width portion, a larger width portion and a stepped portion provided therebetween. In a course of the insertion part being inserted into the through hole, the larger width portions of the strip members pass the through hole while the strip members are flexed in the direction approaching to each other, and subsequently when the smaller width portions are inserted into the through hole, the strip members are allowed to be deformed in a direction separating from each other to return to an original state, whereby the stepped portions are locked to a region to be locked in the fixed member.

Abstract: A display and mounting clip, particularly adapted to mount flatware to a display board, has a shank supporting a closed loop through which the displayed item is inserted. Opposed support arms, coupled to the shank, support the item within the loop. The shank is adapted to extend through the mounting board. Flexible locking means extend from the shank and can be placed into a splayed orientation below the mounting board to retain the clip in position.

Abstract: A hanger for suspending multiple articles, such as automotive floor mats, is injection-molded in one piece from a suitable polymer. The hanger has at least four stationary article gripping members and four mobile article gripping members which are fastenable to respective ones of the stationary gripping members. Article-supporting fingers of the stationary gripping members extend horizontally away from the hanger body, two in one direction and two in another. The stationary gripping members are arranged in pairs, with one member in a pair extending in one direction, and the other member of the pair extending in an opposite direction. In one embodiment, a shared structural plate makes up a portion of the “C” channel for each gripping member in the pair.

Abstract: A bouyant hanger unit comprises an elongated body molded of plastic to provide a clip on the bottom end thereof for holding a dental film chip in the plane of the hanger unit. The hanger unit has a circular projection on one face thereof axially aligned with a circular recess on the opposite face thereof. Such a construction enables a plurality of hanger units to be assembled face-to-face while permitting any of the hanger units to be pivoted away from the remaining hanger units in the assembly for the purpose of examining the dental film chip clipped on the bottom thereof. When the individual hanger units or an assembly of the hanger units with dental film chips clipped on the bottom thereof are placed in a solution they float in an upright position with the upper end thereof extending above the surface of the solution.

Abstract: A plastic pipe clip is adapted for attachment to a threaded weld stud and has means for receiving one or more pipes. Each pipe can be easily mounted in the clip without risk of damage due to the yielding of a resilient arm which, after receiving the pipe and embracing it, is locked against opening should the pipe be accidentally pulled away.
