Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system for navigating an instrument relative to a configurable theater system. The configurable theater instrument can be any instrument positioned in a theater that is configured to have more than one position. A localizer can generate an electromagnetic field that is sensed by a tracking device to determine a location of the tracking device with the sensed electromagnetic field.
Abstract: A clasp having: a body defining at least one passageway extending from an inlet at a first end of the body to an outlet at a second, opposite end of the body, the second end of the body adapted to secure an elongate member to the body of the clasp, said body comprising a bottom wall, one or more walls extending upward from said bottom wall, the interior of the one or more walls serving to define the passageway, an engagement portion pivotally mounted across the body and adapted to engage the elongate member when located in said at least one passageway, an actuation portion in communication with the engagement portion and biased into an engaged condition, wherein actuation of said actuation portion causes the engagement portion to disengage from the elongate member against the biasing force.
Abstract: A clip includes a resilient tongue at one end thereof, a resilient engaging portion at another end thereof, an engaging portion formed on the resilient tongue for engagement with a support member of an attachment article, and a stop member provided on the support member to suppress flexing by the resilient engaging portion when the engaging portion of the resilient tongue is in engagement with the support member. The engaging portion is in contact with the stop member when the engaging portion of the resilient tongue is in engagement with the support member. Flexing of the resilient engaging portion is enabled by releasing the engagement of the engaging portion of the resilient tongue and moving the clip.
Abstract: A flexibly adjustable mounting clip assembly and method for providing the assembly for a pager includes a swivel assembly (104) for raising and rotating the mounting clip (102) approximately 180.degree. to provide a reversibly positioned clip. The clip allows for positioning in an introverted position, i.e., facing the bent section toward the pager and for positioning in an extroverted position, i.e., facing away from the pager. In addition, a transparent portion may be positioned below the clip assembly for allowing observation of the information display of the pager.
