Abstract: An apparatus is provided to secure a primary body to a shoe. Exemplary implementations may include an apparatus with one or more connectors to be engaged with one or more other connectors. The connectors of the apparatus may be engaged with the primary body eyelets and the shoelace eyelets in order to secure the primary body to the exterior side of the shoe.

Abstract: A cinching connector to attach a functional sheet product to a line comprises a waist member, a buckle, and a cord. The cord engages the buckle to create an adjustable loop. One side of the functional sheet product is draped over the waist member and the adjustable loop placed over the other side of the functional sheet product and over the waist member. The adjustable loop is moved from an expanded circumference to a cinched circumference by tension applied to the cord, cinching the adjustable loop and the functional sheet product to a waist of the waist member. Tension on the line holds the adjustable loop in the cinched circumference and maintains the attachment of the waist member to the functional sheet product.

Abstract: A bag accessorizing system that enables a user to attach and remove personal items to a bag. The items thus attached can quickly be located during transport and removed for use. The accessories are attached by an attachment device that uses a slot and locking strap along with a ring that is attached to the bag. Some accessories can serve in multiple roles such as a belt acting as a bag strap.

Abstract: A skate includes a boot having a toe portion with a toe portion connector on at least one of its inner and outer surfaces. A tongue is mountable within the boot of the skate. The tongue at its lower end has a pressing member with cooperating first and second segments. The tongue has a tongue connector on at least one of the first and second segments. At least one of the first and second segments is foldable to engage the first segment with the inner surface of the toe portion and the second segment with the outer surface of the toe portion, and to engage the tongue connector with the toe portion connector to removably connect the tongue to the toe portion.

Abstract: Individuals with special needs often struggle to put on swim caps as they may lack dexterity, strength, or coordination to pull the cap over their ears. An improved swim cap to aid such wearers includes a swim cap body to encapsulate an upper head area and ears of a wearer, a first ring near a right ear area of the cap, and a second ring near a left ear area the body. A reinforcing band is attached on an interior of the swim cap body, wherein ends of the band connect to the first ring and the second ring. The rings allow for easy gripping of the swim cap to easily pull the cap over the wearer's head and ears.

Abstract: A shoe fastening system designed to engage the eyelet holes of a shoe, comprising, an anchor, wherein the anchor has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end has means to detachably engage with an eyelet of a shoe and the second end has a connection means, an attachment member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is designed to securely fit within the connection means of the anchor and the second has a closed loop, a strap, wherein the strap is sized to fit through the closed loop of the attachment member and is a predetermined length and width, and a locking mechanism fitted to receive the strap and engage the strap to keep the strap at a specific length.

The thread-guiding structure includes: a base having a recess, the inner wall of the recess having a first restriction structure; a guiding member, including a guiding groove arcuately extending and a second restriction structure, received in the recess and positionably restricted with blocking of the first and second restriction structures, the guiding groove and the inner wall defining a thread-penetrating passage therebetween. Each of the two board portions has at least one base. Each of the at least one rope body is disposed through the thread-penetrating passage and arranged in two of the guiding grooves, wherein an axial movement of the at least one rope body operates to drive the two board portions close to or away from each other.

Abstract: An article of footwear has an upper with tensioning components. The upper includes a fastening system with a tensioning device. The tensioning device may be utilized with a plurality of cables. The tensioning device is removably attached to the upper by a clasp element to facilitate entry of a foot into the article of footwear, or exit of a foot from the article of footwear. The tensioning device can allow the lengths of the cables to readily change in order to accommodate different foot shapes.

The clip body can be accommodated between a first through-hole of a protruding portion of a first object to be fixed and a second object to be fixed. The displacement portions are provided on both end portions of the clip body along a virtual line. The engagement portions are provided at leading end side of the displacement portions so as to engage with the protruding portion when the clip body is pulled out from the first through-hole. Abstract: The invention as presently conceived discloses an apparatus to aid in holding shoe eyelets in place during the shoe manufacturing process. The apparatus has a large comb shape with a plurality of rod shaped teeth corresponding to the number of shoe eyelet pairs. In operation, each tooth that is threaded through a shoe eyelet pair comprises “eyes” on each end similar to those found on sewing needles. A pair of metal or plastic rods, equipped with locking features, is then threaded through the eyes to secure the apparatus with the shoe eyelet in place. There are various sizes of the apparatus to accommodate different sized shoes and number of shoe eyelet pairs. The use of this apparatus saves time in the manufacturing process while improving work quality and increasing operator safety.
