Abstract: A bar and weight discs assembly with disc holding elements intended for sports reveals a set with a bar and at least one disc for weight exercises or weightlifting, where said set is obtained by coupling the discs to the bar without the need to use other coupling means such as bar clamps or safety collars, the set can be used both for an exercise bar of the conventional type of 28 mm in diameter or for an Olympic bar of 50 mm in diameter, as well as the discs that are inserted in the bar (1) which can be of different weights.

Abstract: The invention relates to fasteners comprising a flexible planar backing provided with a fastening element on its upper side and/or on its lower side, wherein the fastener consists of at least one generally Y-shaped one-piece section defined by two opposing arms, which are separated from each other by a recess, and by a third arm joined to the two opposing arms and extending away from said recess, wherein the shape and size of said third arm correspond to the shape and size of said recess.

Abstract: A portable arm support has a hanger mount that is configured to be attached to a structure, such as an automotive door panel. A support member attaches to the hanger mount in a manner so that the support member is rotatable over a range of rotation. The support member can have a convex, curved support surface upon which a user may rest their arm. The support member may rotatably self-adjust upon placement of the user's arm on the support surface. The support member can be connected to the hanger mount via a connector, which connector is attached to a lower part of the support member, but not an upper part of the support member, so as not to resist deflection of the upper part of the support member.

Abstract: There is provided a lockable buckle including a male member, a female member and a key member. A front surface portion of the female member is formed with a key member insertion hole communicating with an accommodation space. When the key member inserted into the accommodation space through the key member insertion hole is operated, the key member elastically deform engaging portions of the male member to release engagement between the engaging portions and engaged portion of the female member.

Abstract: A buckle release tool includes a housing element having a convex back surface ergonomically sized to conform to a human hand and a tool element. The housing element includes a rounded perimeter surface having several shallow slots. A tool element dome is provided on the front surface. The tool element dome includes a soft plastic tip surface. A seat belt cutter and a window hammer are housed in an embodiment of buckle release tool. A separate, storage element for the buckle release tool is provided.

Abstract: A quick release interconnect and locking device having a base plate with a post A circular and planar D-shaped disc is disposed on an end of the post. The apparatus has a female element with a contoured channel. A keeper plate with a vertical slot is placed over the contoured channel. A medial portion of the contoured channel includes an upper locking face terminating at a lower end in radius, such that when the D-disc is aligned parallel with the upper locking face, the D-disc may be translated downwardly until it encounters a locking portion, where it may again be rotated to bring the sliding face into alignment with a locking face and may then be translated downwardly to a semi-circular portion at the bottom of the contoured channel, where it may be rotated to lock it in the lower locking portion.

Abstract: A quick-release hanging device includes a base and a detachable part. This base includes a first through hole and a second through hole. The first through hole has a first regular polygonal shape. The second through hole has a substantially round shape. The detachable part includes a movable portion, a hanger and a locking portion. The locking portion has a second regular polygonal shape that is relative smaller than and corresponding to the first regular polygonal shape. The locking portion is rotatable within the second through hole. It is easy to manufacture with low cost. The connected structure is quite solid. Moreover, its application scope is wide.

Abstract: An adjustable fastener includes a male part and a female part, both of which are preferably made of soft pliable, sewable plastic. The female fastener part preferably has two or more spaced apart openings. Each having a broad portion and a narrow portion. The male fastener part has a base with an upstanding riser with a flange at the end of the riser. The female fastener part is made of a single thin wall which is sewn to the fabric of the garment. The base of the male part is also made of a single thin wall which is sewn to the fabric of the garment. The single wall construction of the female fastener part makes it more flexible, less easily seen, and not felt so much by the wearer. The female fastener part is provided with a bend between the openings so that it lies flat against the back when the male and female parts are coupled to the tightest position. The center of the riser of the male part is offset from the center of the flange.

Abstract: A modular system for assembling a storage unit is provided which includes a plurality of panels and different connectors. The system allows for subdividing spaces which may feature walls, floors, ceilings, etc. at varying angles or in areas having irregular contours. Additionally, the connectors are simple recesses and protrusions which allow for easy assembly and disassembly of the storage unit.

Abstract: A buckle structure includes a foldable main body, two first movable connectors for fastening a first shoulder strap, and two second movable connectors for fastening a second shoulder strap. The main body is provided at one end with two first retaining holes, and at the other end with two second retaining holes. The first movable connectors are provided with a connection shaft having a retaining slot. The second movable connectors are provided with a connection shaft having a retaining projection. The first movable connectors are movably retained in the first retaining holes of the main body while the second movable connectors are movably retained in the second retaining holes of the main body. The retaining projection of the connection shaft of the second movable connectors is removably retained in the retaining slot of the connection shaft of the first movable connectors at the time when the main body is folded.

Abstract: An adjustable fastener includes a male part and a female part, both of which are made of soft pliable, sewable plastic. The female fastener part has three spaced apart openings. Each opening has a broad portion and a narrow portion. The male fastener part has a base with an upstanding riser with a flange at the end of the riser. The flange is dimensioned to fit into the broad portion of each opening in the female fastener part and the riser is dimensioned to fit snugly into the narrow portion of each opening in the female fastener part. The narrow portion of each opening in the female fastener part is rectilinear in shape and the riser is also rectilinear in section. Thus, when the riser is in the narrow portion of an opening in the female fastener part, rotation of the male fastener part relative to the female fastener part is prevented. The back side of the male fastener part is provided with parallel grooves which enhance gripping when releasing the fastener.
