Tension springs carried by the capturing members and interrelated with the support structure biases the capturing members to the releasing position. A locking member including a shaft with a pair of pins capable of being rotated via the shaft in and out of a pair of recesses in the jaw members from releasing mode either respectively locks the jaw members into the capturing mode or unlocks from the jaw members in the releasing mode. A relatively small adjustable triggering force activated by the cable moving an activating pin triggers ejecting movement of the female capturing members.
