Abstract: Exemplary embodiments will provide an apparatus for restraining a portion of a distal portion of a neck-worn clothing accessory, such as a neck tie, scarf, or other such clothing accessory, by connecting a rear, or underneath, portion of the clothing accessory to an underlying garment. Exemplary embodiments could restrain a portion of the distal portion of such a neck-worn clothing accessory without piercing or creasing any part of the exposed front surface of the neck-worn clothing accessory. An exemplary embodiment will include an underneath-portion engaging element, a connective element, and an exemplary garment-engaging element.
Abstract: A method, system, and kit for securing an undergarment strap to an outer garment with a decorative article. The decorative article includes an ornament and first and second stud members extending generally in first and second directions from the ornament and terminating in first and second stud ends. The method includes moving the decorative article in first and second directions to penetrate the surface of the outer garment with the first and second stud members, and continuing to move the decorative article generally in the first and second directions to penetrate the surface of the undergarment strap with the first and second stud members, thereby securing the undergarment strap to the outer garment by the decorative article. The kit includes a container including at least one article of jewelry including first and second stud members, an elongated base member including first and second apertures, and a plurality of protective covers.
Abstract: A decorative attaching apparatus for shirt collar and sleeve cuffs includes an ornamental head, an attachment bar, and a locking encasement. The ornamental head is connected to the attachment bar, and the attachment bar engages with the locking encasement. The ornamental head is the only component which is visible to outside and the attachment bar and the locking encasement is hidden within the shirt collar or sleeve cuffs.
Abstract: An ornamental device apparatus and method is disclosed for providing the utilization of a single set of ornamental devices to adorn a variety of fashion items by removably attaching the ornamental devices with a clip or pin assembly. The present invention further contemplates the combination of multiple ornamental devices into a single composite ornamental device.
