Abstract: In accordance with at least one exemplary embodiment, a pushpin retaining device is disclosed. An exemplary pushpin retaining device can include a resilient, elongated pin that can have a first end portion for puncturing and a second end portion. A grip foot can be operatively associated with the second end portion of the pin. Alternatively, a cut edge can be on the second end portion of the pin. A method of retaining objects without object puncture can include providing a pushpin retaining device. The method can also include puncturing a support surface with an end of the pin of the pushpin device and pressing a portion of an object against the support surface with the grip foot or cut edge, respectively.

Abstract: A combination-type curtain hook is disclosed. A combination-type curtain hook having a stitching strap and a moving hook, characterized in that the stitching strap includes a stitching piece having one side being mounted with a plurality of protruded blocks being spaced apart to form a sliding rail, and the other side of the stitching piece is stitched to the folded flap of a curtain, and the moving hook including a pair of protruded arms at one side thereof is engageable with the protruded block and the protruded arms are positioned at the gap formed between each neighboring protruded blocks, thereby the sliding hook slides up and down along the protruded blocks, achieving the positioning and height adjustment of the curtain.

Abstract: An anti-friction device for the sliding of cloth rings of curtains, pelmets and similar which includes a shaped element out of wood, metal, plastic or other material, corresponding to the curving of the lateral surface of a support. The anti-friction device is provided with an applicator such as a hook and loop fastener combination for the application of the shaped element into the internal upper portion of each cloth ring, so as to be arranged between the ring and the support, thus helping the reciprocal sliding.

Abstract: A hanging assembly for displaying a sheet item of fabric art includes an elongated frame adapted for mounting on an appropriate upright support structure. An elongated flexible interface strip is adapted for attachment to the sheet item by appropriate non-invasive attaching media. A securing member secures the flexible interface strip to the frame.
