Abstract: A pin fastener includes a cylindrical body into which a pin is inserted, a coil spring wound on the outer periphery of the cylindrical body, and an outer cylindrical body surrounding the outer periphery of the cylindrical body and coil spring. A cut is provided in the cylindrical body, and a linear fastening portion of the coil spring is fitted into the cut, thereby forming a pin fastening narrowed portion between the fastening portion and a wall portion of the cylindrical body opposed thereto.
