Abstract: A lead anchor comprising a longitudinally extending anchor body and a retainer. The longitudinally extending anchor body having a lumen positioned to receive a spinal cord lead therethrough and having a retainer pocket intersecting the lumen. The retainer is positioned in the retainer pocket. The retainer comprises a first grip member having at least one first aperture, a second grip member having at least one second aperture, and at least one U-shaped resilient portion connecting the first and second grip members.
Abstract: A connecting assembly for connecting boards includes a rod member and a buckle member. The rod member includes a head portion, a rod body and a tip portion which are integrally formed and connected in sequence. By using an engaging hole to engage with an annular engaging groove, the connection of the boards is more firm due to a circumferential joint. Besides, the buckle member is provided with a cross-shaped groove, which makes it easier for the user to adjust the direction when in use. The structure design is reasonable and more convenient for use.

Abstract: The coupler includes a male coupler formed with an annular groove, and a female coupler into which the male coupler is detachably inserted. The female coupler includes a first body part downwardly open, a second body part upwardly open, being rotatably connected with the first body part, and defining a hollow space together with the first body part, and a guide housed in the space, and supporting the male coupler inserted into the female coupler. The guide is composed of a material having elasticity, and exerts an elastic force on the first body part and the second body part such that they are closed to each other.
Abstract: A screwless quick connection system for connecting a lead connector to a generator of an active implantable medical device is shown and described. The connector head includes a housing receiving a plug of a lead connector. A mechanism for locking the plug into the housing is provided by a U-folded leaf spring. Each branch of the U is provided with a respective hole sized so that the plug passes through the holes on both branches when it is inserted into the housing. The blade is deformable between a free state, in the absence of plug, and a deformed state, with the plug inserted therein. In the free state, both holes are misaligned, while in the deformed state they are aligned. In this way, an edge of both holes exerts by reaction a radial stress force against the smooth outer surface of the plug inserted therein.
Abstract: A rotatable interlocking pin system to secure a plurality of fabrics together. The system includes a decorative first member, a second decorative member, and a coupling pin for rotatably joining the first and second members together to secure the plurality of fabrics. The first end is rotatably and captively received by the first member's shaft hole, while the second end pierces through the fabrics and is frictionally received by the second member's shaft hole. The members and the coupling pin are free to rotate, thus preventing the fabric from being torn, distorted, or severely damaged by the pin system. The first and second members may be constructed of a variety of decorative or simulative appearances creating coordinating or contrasting members.
Abstract: A base disk has a top face with a coaxial coupling pin with a pointed tip, spacer portions and notches. A coupling housing has a lower surface with an aperture. The housing has a releasable coupling mechanism. Male and females ends of the coupling mechanism are situated opposite each other and around the aperture. The male and female ends have biasing means and each has a pair of inward flanges with apertures and an outward tab. A supplemental member couples to the upper surface of the coupling housing.
Abstract: A post and connector assembly for an earring of the pierced-ear type utilizes a conventional straight post and a connector that includes a resilient surface that is biased into a groove in the post to establish a positive locking position, but which surface is manually deflectable to release the lock to facilitate both connection and removal of the post.
