Abstract: A grinder specially adapted for grinding herbs has a sheet with unique groove and hole patterns forming a grinding area. Although it is a manual grinder, the grinder does not require the use of cutting blades, making it much safer to use. The grinder is particularly suitable for grinding softer herbs.
Abstract: A device for producing snow, with a rasp onto which a piece of ice can be pressed by means of a plunger, wherein the rasp and the piece of ice can be brought toward one another in a relative movement (?v or ??), and wherein the device has a holding element, for example a guide cylinder, into which a container that is open toward the rasp and contains the piece of ice can be inserted, and wherein a base plate on which the container can be supported is arranged between holding element and rasp. The invention further relates to an electric machine and a hand-held device for producing snow based on the same principle.

Abstract: An herb grinder intended to be driven by the thumb in one hand to shave an herb with a plurality of blades. The grinder is a rectangular body comprised of a thumb piece, upper cover, pressurized plate, sliding body, central chamber, and bottom chamber. The top thumb piece is serrated for improved grip. The upper cover allows for the insertion of the herbs, spices, or other foodstuffs. The pressurized plate performs a tamping operation of the food product into the sliding body forcing a downward bias against the blades. The sliding body travels along linear indentations of the central chamber during operation to allow the blades to shear the food, which is evacuated from the central chamber into the bottom chamber.
Abstract: A debris reducer for reducing debris within a fluid flow line having a lower screen that is secured within the flow line, the lower screen having a lower screen cage with a lower cutting portion. A debris reducer element is retained within the flow line and is moveably disposed with respect to the lower screen. The debris reducer element has an upper screen cage with an upper cutting portion. The upper and lower screen cages overlap and move the upper and lower cutting portions with respect to each other to reduce debris within fluid flowing through the flow line.
