  • Patent number: 11877697
Abstract: A heating control device for controlling a food processor is disclosed. During a heating process of the food processor, a temperature in a cup of the food processor is obtained at a predefined time interval. Whenever the obtained temperature in the cup reaches a current preset temperature threshold, the food processor starts a stirring operation for a first preset time period and stops after that, until the obtained temperature in the cup is greater than an upper limit of the preset temperature threshold. The preset temperature threshold is adjusted and defined as the current preset temperature threshold every time before the food processor starts the stirring operation. The heating control device for controlling the food processor solves a problem of a low accuracy in heating control that is caused by an unbalanced temperature in the cup of the food processor during the heating process.

Abstract: An aspect of the invention provides a wet medium stirring, crushing, and dispersing machine achieving a high crushing and dispersing effect and high processing efficiency even in a low stirring member stirrer tip speed at which a processed material is not damaged, without particularly increasing the cost. In the wet medium stirring, crushing, and dispersing machine in which beads and slurry are caused to flow to crush and disperse the processed material in the slurry by rotation of a stirring member mounted in a crushing vessel, a small through-hole is made in order to rapidly narrow a flow passage of an in-flow fluent material to generate an orifice contracted flow, and the orifice contracted flow disturbs vectors of the flowing beads to effectively increase a speed difference ?V between the beads, thereby securing and improving the desired crushing and dispersing effect and the processing efficiency even in the low stirrer tip speed operation.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for manufacturing a product of integrated cellulose and fibrous materials. The method includes blending cellulose particles and polymeric fibres into a cellulose and polymeric fibre blend. The blend is heated to a temperature at which the polymeric fibres begin to melt and to bond with the cellulose particles, so as to form a product of integrated cellulose and fibrous materials. An apparatus for the method includes a first conveying means, a second conveying means, a blending means and a heating means. The apparatus further include a primary shredder and a secondary shredder for shredding the cellulose material, typically recycled newsprint, prior to mixing with the polymeric fibrous material. A shredder is also described.

Abstract: A material to be treated containing solid particles in a liquid is stirred together with milling media, and irradiated with ultrasonic waves during stirring to finely mill the solid particles to nanometer size and disperse the solid particles in the liquid. The ultrasonic waves create cavitation in the liquid and upon decay of the cavitation, shock waves are produced that cause the solid particles to vigorously collide with one another and with the milling media and these collisions, together with the shearing forces created by collision of the milling media, can produce on a commercial scale nano particles having an average particle size of at most 100 nm.

Abstract: The invention relates to a coarse dirt collector (7) for removing coarse material from a pulper (1). The coarse dirt collector (7) comprises a support arm (8) with a collecting basket (9). The collecting basket (9) consists of a frame (11) on which tines (Z) are fixed by means of a grid. The coarse dirt collector can be pivoted into and out of the pulper, to which end it moves about an axis of rotation (A) positioned at an angle to the plane that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (P) of the pulper. Said angle is between 20° and 40°. The advantage of said device is that the coarse dirt collector (7) has to carry out only one movement between its collecting and unloading position and unloading can take place automatically without need for a special scraping device. Because of the position of the tines (Z) there is no risk of undesirable loss of coarse material prior to unloading.
