Abstract: A power adjuster for adjusting an upper track relative to a lower track of a seat track assembly. An elongated lead screw extends axially between opposite fore and aft ends and is fixedly secured to the lower track. A driven assembly is selectively coupled to the lead screw for axial travel along the lead screw between the fore and aft ends. A drive assembly is fixedly coupled to the upper track and operatively coupled to the driven assembly for selectively rotating the driven assembly in opposite first and second directions for axial travel along the lead screw in a power operation mode. A release mechanism is coupled to the upper track and operable between a locked condition.

Abstract: A reel mounting assembly can include a base and a reel support. The base can be configured to mount to a surface. The reel support can be configured to support a reel hanging from the reel support. The base and reel support each have engagement elements configured to pivotably engage one another, such that the base and the reel support can pivot with respect to each other about at least two approximately orthogonal axes extending through the engagement elements. The reel mounting assembly can be provided in combination with a reel. The reel mounting assembly can provide self-leveling features for a reel.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for hanging a load from awnings, ceilings or wall brackets, for example a planter or other item to be suspended but selectively lowered. The load is suspended from a cord that is constantly urged to a wound up position on a spool held above the load. The load can be lowered by overcoming the winding force. Optionally, the load can be fixed over a range of lowered positions. In one example, a wedge clamps the cord in any of a range of extended lengths to set different heights of the load. Optionally, the spool can be enclosed. The planter easily and in a controlled manner can be lowered against the winding force with relatively little manual pulling force on the planter. But also, the planter can easily and in a controlled manner by assisted when raised by relatively little manual lifting force.

Abstract: A strapping head assembly has a central axle, a braking tube, a lower securing plate, a braking pad, an adjusting base, a biasing member, an adjusting nut, a strap-holding collar and an upper holding base. The braking tube is mounted rotatably around the central axle. The lower securing plate is mounted on the bottom of the braking tube. The braking pad is attached to the top of the braking tube. The adjusting base is adjustably mounted on the central axle and abuts with the braking pad. The biasing member is mounted around the central axle and abuts against the adjusting base. The adjusting nut is screwed with the central axle and abuts with the biasing member. The strap-holding collar is mounted around the central axle. The upper holding base is mounted around the central axle and has an abutting flange mounted over the strap-holding collar.

Abstract: A wire spooler/distributor for dispensing electrical wire during the installation of electrical wiring at a construction site. The wire distributor of the present invention is lightweight and portable and easy to transport from one location to another. The wire spooler distributes electrical wire from a suspended location at the construction site. The wire spooler/distributor has a rotating central shaft with a plurality of retractable spokes defining a conical frame about which a coil of wire may be spooled.

Abstract: The packing and stowing system of roll of automotive electric conductors is characterized by three independent sections that when adjusted, they form a back up cover that prevents the deformation of the cable during its winding and when it is being stowed. The sections are integrated by a cylindrical body that is opened when it is introduced in a bobbin, as guide and subjection element of the wound roll; and a post set on a base as support for the piling up of the packed rolls and the hoop of the platform.
