Abstract: A method for mounting coil onto stator for rotary electric machine. The method includes forming coil pieces by winding wire with flat cross section into single row lamination state including wire layers aligned along perpendicular line to flat surfaces of wire. The coil is formed for first portion to be inserted in slot and second portion not inserted in slot appear alternately along the coil. The method displaces wire layers at the first portion changing the single row lamination state to connectively laminated state where wire layers at portion to be inserted in slot each adjacent pair of the wire layers partially overlap with respect to direction perpendicular to flat wire surfaces. The method includes inserting wires of first portion into slot, passing each wire layer through slot opening successively from the top wire layer of lamination and displacing each wire layer at first portion from each other.
Abstract: A compact tape cassette or cartridge storage and accessing system includes a longitudinally extending frame with two endless link chains, one on each side of the frame; and cassette carriers are mounted in two layers by linkages to the chains, with one layer moving forward and the other to the rear. At the ends, a cam follower on each cassette carrier, and a control groove, and associate guide and latch members, tilt the cassette carriers to smoothly shift them from one layer to the other. With 8 mm tape cassettes, the height of the system is within 1¾ inches, for compatibility with standard electrical equipment racks.
Abstract: A mechanism for retaining one tape deck (12), of a double cassette tape player (14), into a temporal inoperative position, which comprises a trigger arm (40) rotatable about a first pivot (41) on a chassis (15) of the tape deck; a first spring (42) for biasing the trigger arm to rotate in a predetermined direction; a pause lever (50) slideable on the chassis of the tape deck; a second spring (54) for urging the pause lever to move in a predetermined direction; and actuating structure or a push lever (38) that is made operative in response to rotation of the motor to urge the trigger arm to rotate in an opposite direction against the first spring. The pause lever is allowed to be slid in the predetermined direction by the second spring when the trigger arm is caused by the push lever to rotate in the opposite direction.
