Multiple Windings Patents (Class 242/378)
  • Patent number: 12251011
Abstract: A brush system having a storable hose and multiple brushes which can be interchangeably attached to the hose depending on the desired spray characteristics. A hose spool is disposed for rotation in the hose housing, and a spray hose is stored on the hose spool. A brush coupling assembly terminates at a distal end of the spray hose. Various brushes of different design are interchangeably attachable to the brush coupling assembly. A flow control valve is connected to the spray hose through a supply hose. The flow control valve is connected to a source of pressurized water through a source hose. Accordingly, pressurized water may be supplied to the brush through the source hose, flow control valve, supply hose, spray hose and brush coupling assembly, respectively. A water spray is discharged from the brush onto an item to be cleaned.

Abstract: An innovative and advantageous ratcheting system having a housing, a corresponding ratcheting member, and a primary ratcheting member. Wherein the members provide dependent interlocking behavior between the corresponding ratcheting member and the primary ratcheting member whereby the dependent interlocking behavior takes place on the adjoining surfaces orthogonal to the axis in which the ratcheting mechanism is rotatably mounted. Such interlocking behavior is dependent upon the direction of relative torque between the corresponding ratcheting member and the primary ratcheting member thereby allowing relative rotary motion in the first predetermined direction while preventing relative rotary motion in the second predetermined rotary direction. Further, the interlocking behavior between the corresponding ratcheting member and primary ratcheting member can be disabled whereby relative rotary motion between the ratcheting members can be achieved in the second predetermined rotary direction.

At least one coupling disposed on the drum extends into the opening for catching a portion of a flexible conduit positioned within the opening. When the latch is in the unlatched position the drum rotates in the first direction to cycle the coupling through the opening. A coupling catches a flexible conduit positioned within the opening to wind the flexible conduit onto the drum.

Abstract: Retractor systems for securing child safety seats in vehicles are described herein. In one embodiment, a child safety seat includes a web operably coupled to a spool of a web retractor movably positioned under the safety seat. The web can include a first end portion that carries a first anchor connector and a second end portion that carries a second anchor connector. Rotation of the spool in a first direction retracts the first and second end portions of the web toward the retractor. Rotation of the spool in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, allows the first and second end portions to be drawn away from the retractor.

Abstract: A method for mounting coil onto stator for rotary electric machine. The method includes forming coil pieces by winding wire with flat cross section into single row lamination state including wire layers aligned along perpendicular line to flat surfaces of wire. The coil is formed for first portion to be inserted in slot and second portion not inserted in slot appear alternately along the coil. The method displaces wire layers at the first portion changing the single row lamination state to connectively laminated state where wire layers at portion to be inserted in slot each adjacent pair of the wire layers partially overlap with respect to direction perpendicular to flat wire surfaces. The method includes inserting wires of first portion into slot, passing each wire layer through slot opening successively from the top wire layer of lamination and displacing each wire layer at first portion from each other.

Abstract: A wire winding box for reducing radial friction, especially a wire winding box for reducing radial friction of a communication wire, is disclosed. A fixing piece is installed in the through hole in the wire winding ring of wire winding disk. The fixing piece serves to clamp and fix the communication wire passing through the through hole so that the communication wire in the wire winding ring can not be pulled. When one end of the communication wire is pulled from the wire winding box, the section of the communication wire in the wire winding ring can not be pulled out. Therefore, as the communication wire is wound back to the wire winding box, the frictions between different sections of the communication wire and between the communication wire and the wire winding ring will not occur. Therefore, the communication wire and the whole wire winding box have a longer lifetime.

Abstract: A wire winding box for short distance use is provided that includes a case with single receiving tank or two receiving tanks having a rotary disk rotatably installed therein which is driven by a spiral spring. A communication wire passes through a pivotal shaft for engaging with the rotary disk, then is bent through a proper angle, then is pulled to a ring of the rotary disk, and then is pulled out through the line outlet or is wound. As the rotary disk rotates, the wire will be wound around the ring and around the pivotal shaft to be pulled out or rewound rapidly. Additionally, a swingable piece and a ratchet wheel are partially overlapped and are pivotally installed in the receiving tank adjacent the rotary disk.
