Sequential Winding Patents (Class 242/440)
  • Patent number: 9620284
Abstract: An assembling method of a coil and an elastic plate of a voice coil motor assembly includes step 1: winding a coil around a support body of a coil support of a sleeve having an upper flange and a lower flange, and the support body disposed between the upper flange and the lower flange, an outer edge of the upper flange having at least two opposing protrusions; step 2: installing two opposing lower elastic plates on an upper surface of the support through an automation apparatus, two opposing lower elastic plates being respectively stacked above the two opposing protrusions; step 3: placing the support stacked with the lower elastic plates in a welding apparatus, contact positions of the two lower elastic plates and the two protrusions being an area of contact positions of the lower elastic plates; and step 4: soldering tin on the solder paste or fixing by laser welding.

  • Patent number: 5983617
Abstract: A machine for incorporating filament(s) into a fiber optic cable, e.g. a fly-off type strander (20). Strander (20) includes a frame (22) and a carriage (30) rotatably mounted to the frame. Carriage (30) includes filament packages (50) respectively mounted on fixed arbors (38) in protective barrels (33). For the prevention of snagging of the filaments on the packages, each barrel includes a respective filament guard (35) adjacent to or against which respective packages (50) are disposed. Each package (50) includes a respective filament tensioner (40) mounted to carriage (30) for tensioning a respective filament (52). As tensioners (40) are generally parallel to the axis of rotation of carriage (30), loosening or tightening of tensioner (40) during rotation of carriage (30) is avoided, whereby filaments (52) are firmly wrapped about a cable component at a controlled tension and an optimal speed.

  • Patent number: 5634261
Abstract: The fixing process according to the invention of a winding to one or more electronic circuits permits elimination of an important manufacturing step of the processes according to the prior art, whether the positioning, then the gluing or the precise fixing of the winding or of the core to be wound on the electronic circuit or circuits. By a suitable arrangement of the electronic circuit or circuits and of the possible core, independently of one another, on a holding tool according to the invention, a semi-finished product is obtained, also according to the invention, made up of said circuit or circuits and said winding, the mechanical connection between them being ensured solely by the copper wires producing, moreover, the electrical connecting between the two elements. The finished component according to the invention will be obtained by disposing the preceding semi-finished product on a support ensuring a permanent mechanical connection between the two elements.
