The adhesive tape includes a base layer, a first particle-containing adhesive layer, and a first particle-free adhesive layer. The first particle-containing adhesive layer is disposed on first side of the base layer in a thickness direction and comprises an adhesive to which particles are added. The first particle-free adhesive layer is disposed in contact with the first side of the particle-containing adhesive layer in the thickness direction and comprises an adhesive to which no glittering pigment is added.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for dispensing a roll of sheet material in severable portions therefrom. The apparatus comprises a housing having a rim portion longitudinally offset from a base portion by a sidewall portion extending therebetween. The base and sidewall portions define a compartment for holding the roll of sheet material, and the sidewall portion includes a longitudinally extended dispensing slot formed therethrough communicating with the compartment. The sidewall portion forms about the dispensing slot at least one tapered edge. A lid is detachably coupled to the rim portion of the housing to enclose the compartment, and includes a bottom surface portion. A pivot structure is formed on at least one of the base and bottom surface portions to pivotally engage an axial end of the roll of sheet material for angular displacement thereon.

Abstract: A dispensing mechanism that deploys a roll of web material having slit cuts and expands it into a web with a cellular structure. This is accomplished by mounting the roll of unexpanded web material on an axle that is positioned at a first angle to a guide wheel assembly. That first angle is not perpendicular to the direction of deployment. The material moves through the guide wheel assembly longitudinally in such a way that tension is applied at a second angle to the direction of deployment. This diagonal tension causes the web material to expand and form cells. Single axle as well as multi-axle systems are disclosed. In this way, a plurality of rolls of web material may be deployed and expanded as a single unit.

Abstract: A dispenser to deploy and expand cut web material uniformly to form a three dimensional lattice. The unexpanded web material is substantially longer than it is wide. The web material is die cut and has essentially parallel longitudinal strands on opposite transverse sides. The dispenser tracks the threaded web material over three rollers, and uses an adjustable braking mechanism that creates diagonal web tension to pull the paper from the roll. After the web material is threaded through the mechanism, simply pulling the web material on the opposite side from the rollers deploys and expands it simultaneously. The unit can accommodate a plurality of rolls of web material mounted to deploy and expand either individually or simultaneously. The web material itself may have more than one layer. An exemplary embodiment of the dispenser is a motorized version, where a motorized guide wheel assembly pulls the web material, thereby eliminating the necessity of manual deployment.

The indicia of stored value may be printed or painted on, or otherwise permanently coupled to, the holder itself, or may be included in a stored value or gift card that is attached to the holder. The headset holder and the stored value card may be constructed from a single sheet of plastic; in such embodiments, separation of the stored value card from the headset holder may be supported by a scoreline in the plastic material. Abstract: A roll form toilet wipes dispenser including a housing defining an interior cavity, one open side, and an opening about a front of the housing, a side panel removably received within the open side of the housing and carrying a mandrel thereon, and an openable front cover connected to the housing adjacent the opening on the front of the housing, the front cover and the front opening cooperatively defining a discharge slot for withdrawing the wipes, the front cover having a protrusion extending therefrom in a direction of the housing and protruding through the discharge slot for engaging the wipes to assist in separating the sheets.

Abstract: The inventive concept involves the dispensing of a wound sheet material package, such as paper towels or toilet tissues. The dispenser is constructed of a base plate supporting an upstanding circular pole thereon. The pole has an upper and lower support ring placed thereon so dimensioned to match an inner diameter of the core of the wound package. The upper ring is friction-fitted on the pole to be able to be moved to different locations. The upper ring also supports a cover plate having a central hole to be placed over the pole. A cap on top of the pole prevents the cover plate from being dislodged. If used outdoors, the dispenser may have a chain draped over the wound package which chain is suspended from the cover plate.

Each spindle can hold a threaded spool and has a cross sectional configuration for gripping the center hole of the spool. The spindle ends can also hold a bobbin in tandem with a thread spool.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for unwinding a flexible support wire for vines, comprising a dispenser having a rack (12) provided with means for fastening to a carrier cable, a winding reel (14) for said support wire, mounted on the rack (12) rotatably about an axis of rotation, and rotational retention means for the winding reel (14), which are capable of assuming a retention state in which the rotation of the winding reel (14) is blocked and a release state in which the winding reel (14) is able to rotate freely. The device includes remote control means for guiding the changeover of the retaining means from the retention state to the release state and conversely.

Abstract: The automatic sensing and outputting device of the present invention includes a base, a shell, a cover and a roller unit. The base has a longitudinal rod extending from an upper side thereof which the shell parallels. The cover pivoted at one ends on the shell and is swayable. The roller unit is rotatably disposed in the shell and is driven by a rotating means. Thereby, the cover and the roller unit are adapted to clamp a sheet-like object therebetween and to output the sheet-like object when the roller unit rotates.

Abstract: An apparatus for the storing and management of a plurality of wire rope slings is presented, such slings being those typically comprised of a length of wire rope having at least one end loop. The apparatus has a base frame upon which is rotatably mounted a sling storage bin. The storage bin has a plurality of arm members that extend from the storage bin for engaging and holding an end loop of a selected wire rope sling. Rotation of the storage bin causes the selected wire rope sling to be coiled around said projecting arms within the storage bin. The apparatus may be provided with pad eyes and forklift tine guides to facilitate its transportation.

Abstract: A two-roll dispenser is disclosed for a plurality of rolls of products, in one embodiment a plurality of toilet paper rolls. The operation of resetting the device to accept replacement rolls of product is achieved by opening the casing. The seer mechanism is also disclosed in one form maintaining a secondary roll of product in a reserve position until a primary roll of product is substantially consumed. The seer mechanism is also disclosed in another form maintaining a casing door in a reserve position until a primary roll of product is substantially consumed. In one form, rolls of product having a partial or split core are utilized to achieve the objects of this disclosure.

Abstract: A device having a liftable strap supply reel includes a housing, a liftable mechanism and a pushing force generator. The liftable mechanism is pivoted on the housing and it has a first arm that is disposed with a rotatable strap supply reel. The liftable mechanism contains a home position, a critical position, and a lift-up position. When this lifting mechanism is positioned at the lift-up position, the pushing member generates a force to create a torque so that the strap supply reel stays at a height near a waist of a human. So, the strap supply reel can be lifted up to a height approximately near a waist of a human. It can be operated by one hand. In addition, it is convenient to repair or replace the strap.

Abstract: A yarn package manipulator permits an operator to mechanically grasp and manipulate packages or spools of stranded materials, such as yarn for loading and replenishing such materials in a manufacturing process. The package manipulator is suspended from a lifting device such as a cable hoist and has a control handle coupled to its frame for the operator to maneuver the device and carried materials. Selectively extensible fingers are pivotally attached to a pivot arm extending from the manipulator frame. The fingers are operable to grip the package by its core and pivots about a horizontal axis so that the spool of stranded material may be oriented for loading onto a creel or other station in a manufacturing process.

Abstract: Improvements to paper web material dispensers, particularly two roll tissue dispensers. A dispenser according to the invention is able to prevent access to a second or reserve roll of tissue until a first or dispensing roll is entirely or substantially depleted. As a result, the tissue of the first roll must be used up, or substantially used up, before tissue from the second roll can be used, thereby avoiding tissue waste. The dispenser of the invention can be used with reduced core tissue rolls, where each roll has first and second core sections that are spaced apart from each other to form a gap between facing ends thereof so that the total length of the core sections is less than the width of the tissue wound onto the core sections. The dispenser of the invention thus encourages the use of reduced core tissue rolls, which results in a reduction of waste resulting from used tissue cores.

Abstract: The invention relates to a dispenser of rolls placed side by side, each held in rotation about a horizontal spindle (1), comprising a casing (10) surrounding the rolls, a cover (14) that complements the casing, at least one opening (2) in the lower part of the dispenser, and a sliding access panel (3) intended to partially close off the said opening so as to allow access to one of the rolls known as the roll in use, and at the same time, prevent access to the other roll known as the spare roll contained in the dispenser. According to the invention, the dispenser further comprises a mechanism intended to immobilize the access panel (3) under the spare roll and release it automatically and only when the roll in use is empty.

Abstract: The invention relates to a combination hygienic device for holding sanitary wipes or toiletries and for dispensing a roll of toilet tissue paper. The device consists of a sanitary tray having a void region for receiving a sleeve member so dimensioned and proportioned to permit insertion of the sleeve into the void region. A cover is pivotally mounted to the sanitary tray for permitting access to a cavity contained in the sleeve member where the sanitary wipes or toiletries may be stored. A holder member is removably mounted to the bottom-wall of the sanitary tray for holding a roll of toilet tissue paper in telescopic and rotational relationship with the holder member to permit the dispensing of the toilet tissue paper.

The support arm is secured at one end to a toilet tank or rigid structure using a mounting attachment. The flexible segment is positioned on the support arm sufficiently near to the mounting attachment so the support arm will not constitute an elongated rigid obstruction in a bathroom. At the opposite end of the support arm is a toilet roll holder that can support a toilet roll and dispense toilet paper in a wide variety of orientations. The toilet roll can be supported by the support arm in a wide variety of positions in three dimensions.

To this extent, one or more dispensing arrangements may incorporate an open roll holder, a hanging roll holder, and/or a web tear plate, each of which is unique to this invention. Further, various configurations allow for the storage of one or more of these products. Various embodiments of the invention also provide user conveniences such as a mini-table, wheel caster leg assemblies, and lifting knobs.

A line of weakness is disposed in the sidewall such that a portion of the sidewall can be removed to form an aperture for dispensing the sheet material.

Abstract: An apparatus for lifting and supporting a roll of wire fencing during installation of a wire fence. The apparatus is attachable to a standard three-point hitch mounted on a vehicle such as a tractor. The apparatus comprises a base which is pivotally connected to the hitch and a post that extends outwardly from the base and is insertable into an axial bore in the roll of fencing. The apparatus further includes a platform mounted at right angles to the post. The three-point hitch is activated to move the apparatus between a first position, where the post is oriented vertically, and a second position where the post is oriented horizontally. The apparatus is maintained in the first position when not in use. When the hitch is activated, the apparatus is moved into the second position, the vehicle is driven toward the roll of fencing to insert the post into the bore of the roll. The hitch is again activated to rotate the apparatus back into the first position.

Abstract: The present invention provides ease of installation of toilet paper rolls on a vertical spindle sitting on a plate that prevents the unrolling of the paper. The floor free standing unit has a provision to store spare rolls on the pole, the spindle supports a decorative plate for decoration. A second unit is a wall mounted unit with a flex arm that could move the plate and spindle from right to left. A third is a wall mounted fixed unit. All three units are built with the same basic elements, plate and spindle. Each units' spindle supports a decorative plate.

Abstract: Wrapping apparatus comprises a dispenser, for dispensing stretched wrap film, which includes a first frame assembly, and a second frame assembly pivotally mounted upon the first frame assembly between a first closed position and second open position. A film roll spindle is mounted upon the second frame assembly along with a plurality of guide rollers, while upstream and downstream prestretch rollers are mounted upon the first frame assembly. When the second frame assembly is disposed at the second open position, the film roll spindle and guide rollers project outwardly in a tilted orientation such that the exchange of film rolls, and the threading of the film between the guide rollers and the prestretch rollers, is facilitated.

Abstract: A sequentially stripping-off type adhesive tape set comprising a sequentially stripping-off type adhesive tape in the form of a reel, a holding member and a seat; the adhesive tape has thereon many layers of adhesive tape pieces cut in strips wound on a hollow axle cylinder. When in cutting the layers of the adhesive tape, they are broken away at one side, and are left with short uncut connecting rims at the other side. When the sequentially stripping-off type adhesive tape is placed on the holding member, it needs only that the adhesive tape is rotated for a circle, the tearing areas on one side of the adhesive tape pieces can be brought out, then the user can tear the adhesive tape pieces in either of two ways until the whole roll of adhesive tape is all used.

In addition, two reel end connectors with a comparatively large diameter can be respectively covered over the two columnar projections and then fixed on the inner and the outer disc for fitting a strap reel.

The dispenser also has a hub configured to receive at least one roll of sheet material. The hub has a first end and a second end. The first end is positioned to extend through at least a portion of one hub position. The hub has a flange which is positioned radially around at least a portion of the hub near the second end. The flange has a perimeter which is larger than the perimeter of the hub positions, and is supported against the outer surface of the housing. The hub is configured to be positioned to hold one of a jumbo roll, a mid-sized roll, and a stub roll.

Abstract: A storage device for coiled articles, such as electrical cords and hoses, includes a tubular plug adapted to be imbedded in a wall cavity. A spool is provided which is adapted to hold coiled articles. The spool is telescopically received within the tubular plug. The spool is movable between an extended position extending from the tubular plug and a retracted position retracted within the tubular plug. At least one spool guide couples the spool and the tubular plug and provides cantilever support to the spool when the spool is in the extended position. A locking engagement is provided for locking the spool in the retracted position. This storage device provides improves aerodynamics and aesthetics. It is particularly suited for the recreational vehicle market, where there are width restrictions prescribed by law.

Abstract: This is a freestanding countertop paper towel holder. The circular flat base is ringed with free spinning non-skid wheels, aligned tangentially to the base's round edge. When the next paper towel is pulled, the entire unit turns in place without sliding sideways. The tapered spindle holds the cardboard core of the paper towels securely so everything turns at once.

Abstract: A wire spool spinner which holds and dispenses only a single spool of wire typically enables 80% of the wire on a residential building to be dispensed without moving multiple rolls of wire. The wire spool spinner comprises: a base fabricated from two similarly shaped tube portions; and, a spool spindle positioned on and above the base, said spool spindle secured by one and only one end thereof to the base in a generally horizontal position. When a spool of wire is slipped over and onto the unattached end of the spindle then the spool will turn, unrolling the wire, when an end of the wire is pulled. In a preferred embodiment of the invention the spindle slopes so that its unattached end is nominally above its attached end portion. When a spool of wire positioned on the spindle the spool tends to slide down the spindle toward its attached end portion, thereby staying positioned on the spool spinner.

Abstract: A device for aiding rewinding a fishing reel by an individual includes a suction cup base having a convex bottom and top portion having a central hub, a screw threadably connected to the hub at a first end and having a second end extending therefrom, and an elongated pole member threadably connected to the second end of the screw which extends outwardly from the hub and is of a diameter to be received through the hub of a spool of line. A spool retainer is provided which is frictionally slidably connected to the pole member to retain a spool of line between the hub and retainer.

Abstract: A bathroom tissue dispenser and holder has arms positioned between and interconnected to the arms of a conventional wall mounted tissue holder. A roller is pivotally connected one arm of the tissue dispenser and holder and pivots away the mounting wall to replace the roll of tissue. When refilled, the roller pivots towards back the wall. A leg suspended from the arms supports two feet above the bathroom floor. Each foot has an upright member for holding a spare roll of bathroom tissue.
