Abstract: A customizable stand for storing and displaying musical instruments, such as guitars, is disclosed. The customizable stand includes a rectangular frame having four vertical posts and a plurality of horizontal supports with at least one shelf extending transversely within the frame and supported by the four vertical posts. The customizable stand may also include a music box and a plurality of wheels attached to the frame.

Abstract: Provided for are devices having a crown with an opening defining an access to a cavity of the crown for the insertion of nail polish containers or crafting scrap materials, such as waste produced in vinyl weeding. Advantageously, the devices are anchorable for directional release and attachment to a surface. The crown may be hingedly positionable with respect to a vented suction base anchorable to a surface. Further provided for are methods of use of devices in the application of nail polish or in crafting, such as in vinyl weeding.

Abstract: A barbecue cooking apparatus is an apparatus used to cook food items by utilizing different barbecue smoking methods. The apparatus includes a barrel, a lid, a frame, a shelved cooking system, a venting system, a winch mechanism, a lip, and a firebox gasket. The barrel provides a thermal enclosure for cooking the food items. The lid serves to close the barrel and to support the shelved cooking system. The lip and the firebox gasket seal the lid on the barrel when closed. The shelved cooking system holds both the food items within the barrel during the cooking process and the fuel source utilized to generate the heat energy to cook the food items. The frame holds the winch mechanism offset from the barrel. The winch mechanism facilitates the retrieval of the shelved cooking system from the barrel as well as the reintroduction of the shelved cooking system into the barrel.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a frame structure supporting stand with swing joint elements and a bottle with necks for pouring out the contents and tubes for overflow of the contents. The bottle is attached to a frame consisting of vertical rods mounted between two support platforms within which the bottle is placed. The bottle is attached to the frame through the support platforms. The frame is positioned on the holder axes with the possibility of rotation about the holder due to the swing joint. Additional external elements are provided on the support platforms, and they allow opening/closing of the bottle neck. The holder has a mounting stand. The swing joints of the holder and the frame are configured to fix the frame with the bottle in the desired position relative to the axis of the holder.

Abstract: The invention relates to a tilting mechanism for a tilting metallurgical vessel, in particular a converter, around a horizontal axis, comprising a rotatable shaft and at least one tilting drive mechanism for rotating the vessel about the axis, the at least one tilting drive mechanism has a fixed part and a moving part, wherein the moving part of the at least one tilting drive mechanism is directly connected to one end of the rotatable shaft.

Abstract: A handle may be provided with a neck supporting part that mates with the neck of the bottle, a bottom supporting part that receives the bottom of a bottle and supports the bottom of the bottle, and a gripping part that connects the bottom supporting part and the neck supporting part. The neck supporting part may have a first engagement part and a second engagement part with which the neck may engage and disengage. The gripping part extends in a substantially vertical direction along the body of the bottle when the neck is engaged with the first engagement part and extends in a substantially slanted direction relative to the substantially vertical direction so as to draw apart from the bottle when the neck is engaged with the second engagement part.

Abstract: A cantilever-style wine server for mounting to a table has a unitary frame composed of shaped metal bars, such as shaped rods with circular cross-sections. The frame includes a holder that serves as a receptacle for a wine bucket, insulator, and/or a bottle, and a mount/handle that serves as both a cantilever mount to the side of a table and as a handle to transport the server. The holder and mount/handle are unified as a single frame, such as by multiple welds. The frame has a flat base, enabling the server (even when fully loaded) to be set down on a flat surface. A removable cover may center a wine bottle in the holder.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of rotating a metallic structure for construction in an X axis. The method of present invention allows rotating structures such as rebar or metallic structures like containers to create habitable structures such that each of the walls of the container or the rebar structure, are all at some point facing the floor. That is, each of the walls have a downwardly facing direction at some point of the rotation. The structures disclosed are mated to a bar with an arm, the bar being fastened to the container from an upper end of a first corner of the container to a lower end of a second corner opposite to the first corner.

Abstract: A symmetrical, balanced receptacle for storing, displaying or transporting goods, materials, people, plants or animals is suspended from a double-axis gimbal mounted on a framework. The receptacle is attached to the gimbal by adjustable bearings and a locking mechanism holds the receptacle in various positions, tilted forward or back, and swiveled to one side or the other. When the receptacle is unlocked, gravity holds it level, which is especially useful when the device is used to hold or transport cargo on sloping ground, turbulent water or shifting air currents. The framework may be stationary or attached to a wheeled vehicle, water craft, aircraft or other means of transport.

Abstract: A holder for wine and other beverage bottles is provided which is appropriate for placement on a table top and is so designed as to be resistant to tipping over. The wine holder is comprised of a support base which rests on, and can be affixed to, a table top; a continuous elongated oval shaped vertical support frame which contains a cylindrical wine and coolant receptacle between the arms of the frame and wherein the receptacle can be rotated away from the vertical to access the wine bottle.

Abstract: A moving yoke comprises a first yoke member, a second yoke member, swivellable relative to the first yoke member about a first axis, and a third yoke member having an arcuate portion. The second yoke member has an arcuate support portion, and the arcuate portion of the third yoke member is supported by the arcuate portion of the second yoke member to enable slidable movement relative thereto along an arcuate path.

Abstract: A funnel with support assembly for pouring paint from a can, having a funnel and a funnel support having a holster and a stand upon which the holster is supported. The funnel may be supported upon the funnel support. The funnel has a large opening located in proximity to the funnel top, a small opening located in proximity to the funnel bottom, and a cap for sealing its small opening. In use, the holster and stand are positioned above a paint tray. The user seals the small opening of the funnel with the cap and attaches the large opening of the funnel to the top of an open can of paint. The can of paint and the attached funnel are then inverted and positioned within the holster. The user begins the flow of paint by removing the cap from the funnel.

Abstract: A bin includes a wall structure, a first lid, a second lid, and a frame that supports the wall structure. The first lid and the second lid removably secure to the wall structure. The frame permits movement of the wall structure between a first storage position whereby the second lid forms a bottom of the bin and a second storage position whereby the first lid forms a bottom of the bin.

Abstract: A pouring device for facilitating pouring of material in a cook pot into a container. The pouring device includes a base portion being designed for resting on a support surface. The base portion is designed for receiving a container. A pair of support portions are positioned on the base portion. An axle portion is coupled between the support portions whereby the support portions support the axle portion above the base portion. The support portions are removable from the base portion to allow for easier clean up of the base portion. A pouring assembly is rotatably coupled the axle portion. The pouring assembly is designed for receiving a cook pot whereby the pouring assembly is for pouring material from the cook pot into the container positioned on the base member when the pouring assembly is rotated with respect to the base portion.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting a liquid container allows a user to easily pivot the container and pour liquid outwardly therefrom. The apparatus includes a base, a cradle pivotally supported on the base, and a stop member to limit return movement of the cradle on the base. The base includes two upstanding side braces interconnected by a web. The cradle includes a floor suspended and spaced upwardly away from the base web, and further includes two spaced apart cradle side portions extending upwardly from opposite side edges of the cradle floor. The cradle may also include a bridge interconnecting the tops of the side portions thereof, and where used, the bridge may include a bow formed integrally therein to receive a neck of a liquid container. The support apparatus may be adapted to receive a standard gallon jug, or alternatively, may be adapted to receive a two-liter beverage bottle.

In use, a water bottle is situated within the swing assembly so the water may be easily dispensed therefrom. Further provided is a rigid retainer including a loop wire having a linear portion with a first end coupled to the swing assembly. The loop wire further has a second end with a circular loop portion formed thereon.

Abstract: A cart for transporting and supporting electronic equipment such as musical instrument amplifiers includes a wheeled open frame which defines an amplifier-receiving space therein. The frame rotatably supports an amplifier support chassis so that the support chassis is pivotable about a pivot axis for varying the angular orientation of a piece of equipment supported on the support chassis. The support chassis includes inner and outer members telescopingly interconnected for adjusting the depth of the support chassis. A fulcrum bar rotatably supported by the frame is affixed to the support chassis for providing the pivotal capability to the support chassis. A locking mechanism is provided for fixing the support chassis in a selected orientation, and a restraint is attached to the frame for encircling and restraining a piece of equipment supported in the cart.

Abstract: A holder for a propane gas torch or the like and an item to be heated by the torch comprises a generally horseshoe-shaped base presenting first and second legs having first and second free ends in a normal contiguous relationship therebetween. The base is of a resilient material allowing for the free ends of the base to be spaced apart to place the item to be heated therebetween. Upon return of the free ends of the legs to the normal relationship the item is clamped by the base. A cradle assembly is mounted to the base in swingable and longitudinal movement relative thereto. Upon placement of the propane gas torch within the cradle, cradle movement is transferred to the propane gas torch. The cylinder further allows for a rotation of the torch about is own central longitudinal axis. The cradle enables the user to position the torch discharge head onto a desired portion of the item to be heated. In turn, the hands of the user are freed for other purposes.

Abstract: A particulate cargo container support apparatus having plural pairs of side-by-side laterally spaced upright post members rotatably supporting shaft members extending therebetween. Hook members are positioned on the rotatable shaft member so as to be movable out of the path of a container on a raised truck bed when the truck is positioned under the support apparatus. A control device in the form of a manually operable handle is connected to an end of the shaft member for effecting the rotation of the shaft member and hook members into and out of the path of the container on the truck bed. The hook members engage the container on the truck bed when the truck bed is lowered. When the truck bed is fully lowered, a vertical, separation between the container and the truck bed is effected. The container is then fully supported on the support apparatus and the truck is free for other uses.

A handle extends from the bucket holder, and by manipulating the handle, the bucket can be moved from an upright holding position to a tilted pouring position.

Abstract: An adjustable support stand is particularly adapted for securely positioning an electronic module, or modules, over a wide range of heights and tilt angles to facilitate the exercise of control thereover by an operator. The support stand includes a base and an open mounting rack of standard width within which the electronic module may be securely mounted. A manually controlled locking mechanism permits the tilt angle of the mounting rack and electronic module to be adjusted over a wide angular continuum. In one embodiment, a boom is mounted to an upper portion of the support stand for supporting a microphone as well as the mounting rack. In another embodiment, the mounting rack is coupled to an in-line rack support frame and is free to pivot vertically therein. The in-line rack support frame is mounted to an upper portion of the base and is free to rotate thereon in providing multi-axis displacement of the electronic module.

The cradle includes a resilient pad (34) on which the bottom of the bottle rests during use and an adjustable clamp (42-60) which can be set to accommodate bottles having upwardly extending necks of various heights and diameters.

Abstract: In an exemplary embodiment, a U-shaped bracket forms pivot pins by means of the bent-out end areas of the bracket arms, which pivot pins are insertable (and held by the resilience of the bracket) in recesses of the car container sidewalls. The U-shaped bracket has its respective arms engaging in lateral slots of the container insert. The removable container insert may be lowered into engagement with the U-shaped bracket after assembly of the bracket with the car container, with the dimensioning such that the container insert prevents disengagement of the retaining pins. Outwardly inclined parts of the bracket arms may engage in close fitting elongated slots of the container insert so that the container insert pivots as a unit with the supporting bracket.
