Abstract: This present invention relates a beverage container carrier comprising a cylindrical vessel receiver for receiving a beverage container, one or more of a tension tab, and one or more of a tension fin. When a beverage container is inserted into the cylindrical vessel receiver it contacts the tension fin. The tension fin and tension tab flex outward creating space within the cylindrical vessel receiver for the beverage container and applying retaining pressure to the beverage container holding it securely within the cylindrical vessel receiver. In exemplary embodiments, the beverage container carrier further comprises a handle slot proximate to the open-top rim for receiving the beverage container handle, and an attachment panel having concealed magnet retention slots. One or more magnets are secured in each of the magnet retention slots and orientated such that the magnets secure the beverage container carrier to ferrous metal objects.

Abstract: A hand-held member includes: a hand-held part main body; and a covering material that includes a resin material having viscoelasticity in a temperature range of 10 to 40° C. and covers the hand-held part main body. A hand-held-type article includes: the hand-held member described above; and a main body that is joined adjacent to the hand-held member and functions when the hand-held member is gripped.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for stabilizing vials during a contents transfer, the apparatus having a flat base from which vertical arms rise from each end, and having a stabilizer band segment above and parallel to each side of the flat base to provide stabilizing support to at least one fluid vial when the fluid vial is up-ended over a base vial during a contents transfer.
Abstract: A holder for draining a viscous fluid from a bottle, of the type having a neck and a mouth, is disclosed. This holder comprises a base having an outer perimeter, a plurality of elongated, support members that extend from the base's outer perimeter and are foldable upward so that their ends approach each other at a point on an axis which extends perpendicular to the bottom of the base. The ends of the support members are flared and concaved outward so that these portion cooperate to form a structure, when the support members are folded upward, for receiving the neck of a bottle that is inverted and placed in the holder. The members are held in their upward folded positions by an elastic band which is placed around the outside of the support members in the vicinity of their concave outward portions.
Abstract: An apparatus for holding a viscous liquid container in an inverted configuration includes a base member defining a central recess for receiving the cap of the viscous liquid container in an inverted orientation. An upstanding handle member is attached to the base member and includes telescopic arm elements to accommodate containers of various sizes. A lever is pivotally coupled to an upper end of the handle member that is movable between a first configuration for urging the container toward the base member and a second configuration displaced therefrom for releasing the container. The lever is spring-loaded for movement toward the first configuration. The viscous liquid container may be selectively secured between the base member and lever for storage or use.
