Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for bonding a structural component to a rail. The method includes (a) positioning a bonding agent in a plurality of blind holes defined in a bottom surface of the rail, (b) positioning a spacer in each of the plurality of blind holes, (c) positioning the structural component into the channel such that the structural component rests on each spacer, wherein a first gap is defined between the structural component and the bottom surface of the rail, a second gap is defined between the structural component and a first sidewall of the rail, and a third gap is defined between the structural component and a second sidewall of the rail, and (d) injecting the bonding agent into the channel such that each of the first gap, the second gap, and the third gap includes the bonding agent.

Abstract: A process and form for casting a concrete light pole base having a decorative upper portion with a configuration for mounting a light pole. The form includes a base having an opening in which a resilient insert is positioned. The insert has openings for holding threaded ends of mounting bolts and for positioning wiring conduits. Ends of the bolts extend from the insert into the mold cavity. Different inserts may be used to accommodate different light pole mounting specifications. A first form section for shaping a decorative upper portion of the light pole base is positioned on the base, and forms for shaping the cylindrical lower end of the light pole base are secured above the first form section.

Abstract: A steel coil protection structure supports a steel coil stably, keeping it from dropping to affect road safety or endanger lives of operators. The protection structure includes a bottom seat, foundation units, side seats and carrier blocks. The bottom seat is a quadrilateral plate and each end side thereof is the foundation unit, forming a gap between the foundation units. Each end side of the foundation unit is the side seat, tilted deliberately toward a center to form a bevel. An exterior side of the side seat includes a recess, facilitating users to transport the protection structure. The carrier blocks are fixed above the side seats and have an excellent slide-proofing and vibration-absorption effect to truly locate the steel coil on the protection structure, preventing the steel coil from sliding to cause danger.

The first support element comprises a frusto-conical support portion defining an annular rim at an outer periphery thereof, an inner surface and an outer surface on opposite sides thereof. The first support element also comprises a base portion which connects the first support element to the second support element. The second support element comprises an outwardly flared support portion defining an annular rim at an outer periphery thereof, as well as inner and outer surfaces. The second support element also comprises a base portion which connects to the corresponding base portion of the first support element. At least a portion of the inner surfaces of the first and second support elements forms a receptacle or spherical object contact surface.

Abstract: According to the disclosed embodiments, an advanced crucible support system is described that allows for greater heat flow to and from the bottom of a crucible, while also preventing excessive heat from reaching a heat exchanger. In particular, a “crown” support base is described that provides heat flow throughout the system, yet with various features to limit the amount of heat reaching the heat exchanger. Also, according to one or more additional embodiments, the functionality of the crucible support is adapted to be leveraged by a crucible manipulating device. For example, the support plate may have features designed within it for enabling lifting devices to interface with it, such as a plurality of slots for insertion of a “lifting arm”, such that the entire support plate assembly, as well as the crucible itself while on the support assembly, may be lifted and transported as a single unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to concentrating sunlight. In some implementations, a concentrator includes a plurality of reflector support structures and a plurality of reflector segments associated with each reflector support structure. Each reflector support structure formed to include a curved surface that receives an associated reflector segment and a bottom portion that distributes the weight of the reflector segment along a surface area. Each reflector segment includes a reflecting surface adjacent a flexible element such that the reflecting surface reflects incident sunlight light. In some examples, the reflector support structures may comprise a light weight material such as a polyurethane and/or the reflecting surface may be 5 mils or less.

Abstract: A device for elevating and securing a melon is provided. The device includes a ring defining a height, and three support members extending from an upper facing surface of the ring in an equally spaced-apart arrangement. A related method for supporting and elevating a melon using the device is provided herein.

Abstract: A fuel tank support system for providing a lightweight yet strong structure for supporting propane tanks above a ground surface. The tank support generally includes an elongated support pad having a platform, a base plate connected to the support pad, and a plurality of internal supports connected between the support pad and the base plate. A plurality of pairs of upper retainer rings extends from an underside of the platform to define upper receiver slots, and a plurality of pairs of lower retainer rings extends from an upper side of the base plate to define lower receiver slots. An upper end of each of the internal supports is received by the upper receiver slots and a lower end of each of the internal supports is received by the lower receiver slots. Handles, bottom grooves, and internal ribbing are also used with the tank support.

As the base has a groove which has a inclined, and the bottom of the tablet PC can be inserted into the groove, so that the tablet PC can maintain at a relative tilted position with respect to the horizontal plane, then the user may comfortably watch the screen of the tablet PC. In short, the stand has the advantages of a simple structure, small size, low cost, convenient carrying.

Abstract: A nozzle panel for holding bakery accessories comprising a flat panel base, a plurality of panel protrusions integral with the panel base and at least one bakery accessory attachable to the panel protrusions on the panel base. The panel protrusion includes a lip engagable with a bakery nozzle. The panel protrusion lip may be an interrupted helical thread attached to the panel protrusion, at least one nozzle engagable with the panel protrusion by twisting the nozzle relative to the panel base less than 360° . The nozzle may include an inwardly extending interrupted helical thread adjacent a bottom edge of the nozzle and may be rotatably engagable with the interrupted thread of panel protrusion. The nozzle panel may include at least one container attachable to the panel protrusion. The container may be cylindrical and include an opening at one end and a removable lid engagable with the opening.

Abstract: A holding device for use when mixing materials in a bucket. The holding device has a support base with a flat bucket placement area. At least one vertical guide extends upwardly from the support base, along a periphery of the bucket placement area. A locking cam is provided that is connected to the support base with a pivot connection. The pivot connection enables the locking cam to rotate in a plane parallel to the support base from a first position that is outside the bucket placement area to a second position that is at least in part within the bucket placement area. When a bucket is placed upon the flat bucket support base, the locking cam is out of the way. Once the bucket is positioned, the locking cam is rotated until the locking cam engages the exterior of the bucket and prevents the bucket from spinning.

Abstract: A basin which stackably interlocks with 20-inch square racks that hold dish and glassware washed in commercial dishwashers. The basin has substantially the exterior configuration of a commercial dishwasher rack and receives a plurality of dishwasher racks slacked above. The basin solid on its base and sides for prohibiting substances which drip down into it from racks stacked above from dripping onto the floor. The basin has circular indentations in the top surface or the base, trapping water and preventing it from sloshing from side to side of the basin when it is carried or moved. The basin may be loaded into a dolly used to transport commercial dishwasher racks, as the dollies typically have an open bottom. Thus, the basin can provide the water-catching function for racks loaded onto a dolly. Grooves in the basin's bottom surface permit stacking on top of a rack or other basins for storage.

In all orientations of the upper holder, an upper advertising substrate is supported by the upper holder in a vertical orientation. A T-shaped lower advertising substrate holder can be slid into the horizontal leg of the spine to support a lower advertising substrate in a horizontal orientation.

First and second parts can be adjustably connected to allow various degrees of separation between parts of the collar to accommodate different sizes of seatbelt buckles. A divider can be connected between first and second parts so that the seatbelt buckle holder can be configured to support two seatbelt buckles.

Abstract: A mounting clip for use in the construction industry. This device will be used to effectively and efficiently establish a gap under the bottom edge of a building wall board, such as sheet rock or gypsum boards. Hanging of building panels on wall assemblies in building construction projects is very common. The present invention is a gapping device which fits onto the bottom edge of sheet rock wall board like a shoe. The clip holds the sheet rock in position raised off of the floor while the sheet rock hanger permanently affixes the panel to the panel support area, typically a stud wall. The clip prevents moisture from wicking from the floor into the wall board material The clip is designed to become a permanent fixture in the final wall construction.

Abstract: A modular beverage dispenser support is described which includes a polygon body having a dispenser support surface surrounded by a plurality of vertical side walls. A coupling receiver is recessed into at least one of the side walls to allow coupling with another polygon body having a like coupling receiver. There is described a number of configurations that can be created by using the coupling receivers to connect select sides of two or more beverage dispenser supports.

The member includes a base, a pair of axially elongated leg extending from the base to define a channel therebetween. The channel of the member has a first channel side, a channel floor and a second channel side, wherein the space location control surface may contact the member maintaining a standoff distance between the one of the lower side, the front side and the back side of the substructure and corresponding one of the channel floor, the first channel side and the second channel side of the member. A method of assembling a pi-joint assembly of the present invention is also provided.

Preferred caps and bases can be formed in the same shape or substantially so, and are racetrack-shaped. Preferred towers include polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cylindrical tubing. The cap can advantageously include an upwardly-projecting fin used to align and separate two pavers positioned alongside an elevated periphery. A pedestal support system can include both periphery pedestals in addition to conventional pedestals positioned away from the elevated periphery.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to an apparatus which provides protection for percussion instruments and more specifically to device that protects the underlying musical drum instrument and its components, such as drum head and drum rim or hoop and parts of individual drums, when the drums are stacked one upon the other. In providing such protection, the invention is placed between stacked drum sets and supplies a cushion between the stacked drum and the drumhead of the drum thus prolonging the life of the drumhead and drum rim or hoop, protecting them from damage. The invention works by providing protection both during storage and playing of the instrument.

Abstract: This invention relates to a steel coil positioning structure which at least comprises a positioning seat made of plastic material. The positioning seat comprises at least one base body and two side seat bodies. The base body has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The side seat bodies each having a ramp thereon are fixed on the first surface. The ramps of the side seat bodies are disposed oppositely and directed to center so as to form a bearing surface for placing steel coil thereon. The second surface of the base body is a flat surface. In this manner, steel coils can be positioned stably on the positioning seat. As plastic material is used, manufacturing becomes convenient and quick, and it consumes fewer time and cost in loading into container without conducting pesticide application and fumigation.
