A support structure may be carried by the harness assembly. When the harness assembly is secured to the user's body, the support structure may extend forwardly from the harness assembly in front of the user. The user may stand or walk as he or she comfortably operates the laptop computer or other item supported on the support structure.

Abstract: A portable collapsible writing desk for a notebook computer preferably includes an arm rest assembly, a desktop assembly, a column assembly and a base assembly. The base assembly is attached to a bottom of the column assembly. The arm rest assembly is attached to a top of the column assembly. The desktop assembly is moveably retained by the arm rest assembly. The collapsible writing desk may rest on the base assembly, or rest on an end of the desktop assembly and an edge of the column assembly. A retractable handle may be extended to carry the portable collapsible writing desk for a notebook computer like a suitcase.

A buckling tongue for holding an electronic device is disposed on the first bottom board, and a covering element covering and positioning the electronic device is disposed on the second bottom board. An electronic device can be covered and positioned through the arrangement of the buckling tongue and covering element. When intending to operate the electronic device, a user lifts the top lid and folds and positions it under the bottom plate, or disengage the buckling tongue to release the electronic device, thereby supporting the electronic device in a standing-up use.

Abstract: A device for holding a book or electronic viewer on a platform in which a clamping mechanism allows mounting to a supporting structure such as a piece of furniture. The clamp includes a V-shaped piece able to be fit to a corner of the furniture piece and securely engage a narrow overhang. A set of stretch cords are provided which each has tips each receivable in one of a field of holes to form loops holding corners of various sized item to the platform.

Abstract: An exhibiting rack for loading a billboard or bulletin board is disclosed. The rack includes a fixed frame and a movable frame. The movable frame is mounted by a board to be exhibited and linearly slidable against the fixed frame. The movable frame is disposed on the fixed frame and an extension stem is disposed therebetween. A fixed end and action end of the extension stem are connected to the fixed frame and movable frame, respectively. The extension stem exerts a force on the movable frame to support the movable frame with a board to a desired height.

Abstract: A storing mechanism for an electronic device includes a base member, an upper cover, and a protective cover. The protective cover is used for covering a rear surface of the electronic device. The upper cover includes a first upper covering plate, a second upper covering plate, and a fixing structure. The protective cover includes a connecting ring. Due to engagement between the connecting ring and the fixing structure, the protective cover is fixed on the upper cover. The fixing structure is disposed on the second upper covering plate and arranged at a junction between the first upper covering plate and the second upper covering plate. Consequently, an upper cover angle between the fixing structure and the first upper covering plate is changeable when the second upper covering plate is bent relative to the first upper covering plate.

Abstract: A support includes a base frame, a rotatable frame, an adjusting knob assembly and a spring element. Each leg of the base frame has a through hole formed with a protrusion and an L-shaped sliding groove. The rotatable frame pivotedly coupled to the base frame through a first shaft, which is rotatably inserted into the through hole and formed with a plurality of inner teeth. The adjusting knob has a guiding rib and a plurality of outer teeth respective to the inner teeth, and the guiding rib is slidable in and along the guiding groove portion and engagable in the engaging groove portion. The spring element surrounds the second shaft of the adjusting knob, as compressed between the protrusion and the insertion portion. Through operating the adjusting knob, the relative angle of the base frame and the rotatable frame switches between adjustable and fixed.

Abstract: A case or cover for an electronic device such as a tablet computer is disclosed. This case allows the user to protect and personalize their tablet computer. The case allows the user to position the device for viewing in either portrait or landscape mode and does not require the user to hold the device in the desired orientation. The case may have a distinct hinge, with a stop that limits its rotational travel allowing the user to prop the electronic device up, at a desired viewing angle.

Abstract: A rotary positioning structure is disclosed for a frame. The frame comprises a housing and a spindle hole disposed on the rear of the housing. The rotary positioning structure comprises elastic members and a rotary stand. Each of the elastic members comprises a tenon and the elastic members are arranged on a circular path surrounding the spindle hole. The rotary stand comprises a rotary shaft and a groove. When the rotary shaft is inserted into the spindle hole, the groove engages with the tenon so that the housing is supported in a first upright position by the rotary stand; also after said rotary shaft is inserted into said spindle hole and then the rotary stand is pivoted on the rotary shaft, the groove engages with another tenon of the elastic members so that the housing is supported in a second upright position by the rotary stand.

The easel includes first and second legs each having a coupling member at an upper end that is pivotally coupled to the cap plate at a respective receiving area. Each receiving area defines a cavity configured to receive a respective flange therein, each flange being movable therein between opposed stops such that each of the first and second legs are movable between open and closed configurations. Gas springs are operatively coupled to respective legs. The easel includes support structures for holding an artist's canvas. A ground stake is pivotally coupled to lower ends of each leg for selectively anchoring the easel to a ground surface.

Abstract: An apparatus for displaying cards and papers in the workplace includes a central shaft portion having a pair of ends, with each end including a generally semicircular ring portion adapted to capture the slots of one or more cards. The central shaft portion may be releasably captured in a channel of a universal mount or a single- or double swing arm portion. Removal of the shaft portion from the channel permits the shaft portion to be split open along a break, thereby opening the rings along breaks in the manner of a split-ring binder. Alternatively, the shaft portion may be used alone (without a mount or swing arms) to hold a quantity of cards. The swing arms may be hinged upon a base portion and attached to the chassis or peripheral surface surrounding a computer video monitor, so that the swing arms and shaft portion can swing forward and around to fit the user's viewing preferences. When affixed to a monitor, the semicircular rings facilitate easy installation and flipping of slotted cards and/or papers.

Abstract: A flexible mounting system for supporting a sign from a rigid structure for minimizing damage that might result from an impact force on the sign is disclosed. The flexible mounting system includes a flexible sign mount having a support bracket secured to a sign and a stationary bracket releasably securable to a rigid structure such a bollard. A flex element can be interposed between the support bracket and the stationary bracket to permit the sign to translate and rotate relative to the rigid support when the sign is subjected to an impact load.

Abstract: An adjustable display holder is disclosed. One embodiment provides a display arm and a display base, wherein the display arm is pivotably connected to the base, and the arm and base have a tongue and groove arrangement, wherein the arm may be elastically deformed to connect to the base, and the arm may retain a shape that arranges the tongue and groove in a way that resists relative pivoting between the arm and base. In this manner, an adjustable display holder may be easily configured without compromising the utility of the display holder.

Abstract: A portable document holder for use with an electronic device includes a supporting body, a first retractable mechanism, a holder body and a second retractable mechanism. The first retractable mechanism is connected to the supporting body and movable forwardly or backwardly in a first horizontal direction. The holder body has a bottom pivotally coupled to the supporting body such that the holder body is rotatable in either a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction and a shooting angle is defined between the holder body and a lens module of the electronic device. The second retractable mechanism includes an extension arm coupled to an upper edge of the holder body and two extension arms disposed at bilateral sides of the holder body. A holding space of the holder body is expanded in a vertical direction and/or a second horizontal direction when the extension arms are extended.

Abstract: A document stand including a base and a post attached to the base. The document stand includes two document supports. Each of the document supports includes a top end, bottom end and two sides. Each of the document supports includes an upper surface and a lower surface, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of each of the document supports are defined by the top end, bottom end and sides of the document supports. There is a rotational body rotatably mounted in the post. The rotational body includes two sides which can be accessed on either side of the post The two document supports are mounted to the rotational body with one of the two document supports on each side of the rotational body and therefore either side of the post. The two document supports can be rotated in relation to the post by rotation of the rotational body.

Abstract: A portable book holder capable of expanding to fit various size books. The base includes an upper section that is capable of being extended in order to accommodate books that are taller. Additionally, there are two book supports that are adjustable outwardly based on the thickness of a particular book. The two book supports are also adjustable with a semi-circular base adjuster thereby allowing for the adjustment based on the width of a book. The portable book holder easily folds out to form the book support and easily folds up for portability.

Abstract: A rotating kiosk which will provide an artistic platform for graffiti artist. Each participant will be issued a card that will give him access to the process. Once the card is inserted in the kiosk and the I.D. secured, the canvass surface will unfurl electronically. Upon completion, the participant reinserts the card and the painting spools back into the kiosk. Simultaneously a new canvass unfurls and the process begins again. Periodically, the executed paintings will be removed from the spooled cylinder and a blank canvass cylinder inserted at each Kiosk location, then returned to the studio for our esthetic triage jury review. Those paintings that are deemed to have achieved significant artistic value and market potential are photographed, framed and submitted to selected galleries and the electronic marketplace for sale.

Abstract: A mount for securing an associated object such as a sign to a supporting structure having wall defining an opening therein and having an outer surface and an inner surface, includes a mounting element adapted to receive the object. The mounting element has a body having an opening therein that is defined by edges. The opening has a predetermined shape. The body has a pair of resilient fingers extending rearwardly from the body. The fingers define portions of the edges of the opening in the body. A wedge has a base and a pair of resilient legs depending from the base. The wedge has a predetermined shape adapted for receipt in the body opening. The legs each have a notch formed therein. The mounting element is positioned with the resilient fingers in the supporting structure wall opening with the fingers locked to the supporting structure wall and the wedge is received in the body opening to interfere with the mounting element fingers flexing inward, securing the mounting element to the support structure.

Abstract: A portable easel comprises an easelback and palette box joined by two lockable hinges mounted on opposing sides, the hinges having friction washers, and having knobs extending outward from shafts of each hinge, the shafts defining a rotational axis. With knobs loosened, the easelback may be rotated to a desired angle relative to the palette box, and, with knobs tightened, the friction washers lock the easelback into position. The easelback further comprises a canvas-holder having a vertically adjustable slidable lower support plate and a vertically extendable shaft, said shaft having a horizontal cross member configured with rotatable hooks for securing a canvas. The palette box further comprises a right-angle baseplate for tripod connection to advantageously place the opened easel's center of gravity at the baseplate-to-tripod connection. The easelback may comprise slots for storing canvases, and the palette box may be configured with multiple compartments for storing paints and accessories.

The horizontal and vertical bases are in the form of elongated rectangles of substantially the same size, and the vertical base placed on the horizontal base is supported for slide turning movement around a support shaft of the horizontal base. On the right and left sides of the horizontal base, the right and left side pages of a book are held down by transparent page binders having guide rods slidable in guide grooves formed inside the horizontal base. An opening/closing stand is provided on the back surface of the horizontal base. The bookstand of the invention has the four parts laminatable in the plane of the horizontal base so as to reduce the size.

Abstract: A book support is mounted to a vertical upright assembly affixed to a weighted base. The book support is selectively positionable in various horizontal positions by swinging a horizontal swing arm articulated with a pivot connection to a one end of a horizontally extending segment of an upper member of the upright assembly. The swing arm is also rotatable about its own axis longitudinal by a pivot connection with the horizontal segment of an upper member of the upright assembly. An adjustable pivot connection also mounts the book support to a free end of the swing arm allowing reorientation of the book support about an axis normal to the longitudinal axis of the swing arm. A book shelf-rack support structure is fitted over the upright and has book shelves, racks mounted thereto. A cast iron platform weights the base and has a molded plastic cover.

Abstract: A rotatable book holder includes a housing having a chamber to rotatably receive a rotary member which has a number of holes. A pole includes a lower portion secured to the rotary member, and a plate is secured to an upper portion of the pole and includes a number of holes facing toward the holes of the rotary member, to receive shanks of books, and for allowing the books to be rotated relative to the housing in concert with the rotary member, and thus for allowing the books to be easily viewed or read by the users. The housing includes a weight to rotatably support the pole and to increase stability of the housing.

Abstract: An adjustable book holder includes two primary frames, and one or more auxiliary frames selectively secured between the frames, to increase holding of more books or sheet members to the book holder. The primary frames and the auxiliary frames may be secured together with peg-and-aperture engagements. Two followers may be attached to the frames, and may be coupled between the primary frames and the auxiliary frames, and may be rotatably or adjustably secured to two seats, with gear engagements, to allow the followers and the primary and the auxiliary frames to be secured to the seats at selected angular positions.
