Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to packing and presenting confectionaries. In an illustrative example, a cupcake bouquet frame may be assembled by (releasably) coupling an upper cover and a lower base. The cupcake bouquet frame, for example, may include spatially distributed cupcake holders on a continuous surface of the upper cover. The cupcake holders may be formed by following cutlines disposed on the upper cover. In a stowage mode, the cupcake holders may be substantially continuous with the continuous surface. In a display mode, when a cupcake is inserted into a cupcake holder, a portion of the continuous surface is displaced to support a bottom of the cupcake while remaining in physical connection to the continuous surface. Various embodiments may advantageously provide an easy to assemble, aesthetically pleasing, and/or cost-effective frame for creating a cupcake bouquet that resembles a flower bouquet.

Abstract: An umbrella base filled with a counterweight comprises an upper cover having a through hole in the center, a base plate, a sleeve, a ring and a counterweight; wherein, the upper cover is placed on top the base plate forming a chamber; the ring stands vertically inside the chamber separating the upper cover and the base plate; the sleeve has a tubular and receives an umbrella column, and is placed vertically on the center of the top surface of the upper cover and aligns with the ring; and a connecting piece is inserted through the base plate, the ring and the upper cover and connects to the sleeve. Or, the bottom of the sleeve passes through the upper cover and screws onto the ring. The umbrella base in the present invention is simple and reasonable in structure, stable and reliable in use, and low in cost, which can meet both usage and environmental protection requirements. It has an appearance not significantly different from that of parasol bases integrally molded by iron plates, and is worth popularizing.

The exhibition part is rotatably connected to the support frame and comprises at least one cavity, and a flowing medium is disposed in the cavity.

Abstract: An umbrella base includes an elongated receiver and a weighted housing coupled to and at least partially surrounding the elongated receiver. The weighted housing includes a bottom surface configured to be placed directly on an underlying surface and an opposite top surface. A retention system is supported on the weighted housing. The retention system includes one or more retractable straps mounted to the weighted housing, and a fastener device coupled to a free end of each of the one or more retractable straps and configured to releasably attach to outdoor furniture. The fastener device is adapted to selectively extend outwards from the weighted housing via the one or more retractable straps so that when the fastener device is attached to the outdoor furniture the weighted housing weighs down the outdoor furniture.

Abstract: An antenna mast assembly with an alignment plumb is provided which allows for increased speed and accuracy in aligning antenna masts. The antenna mast assembly includes an antenna mast. An upper end of the mast extends in a first direction and a lower end of the mast extends in a second direction with an angle between the first and second directions. The bend in the mast creates the angle between the upper and lower ends. The upper end of the mast is connected to an antenna. The mast also includes an orientation indicator near its lower end and aligned with the first direction. The mast assembly also includes a foot configured to couple the lower end of the mast to a mounting surface and a plumb coupled to the foot. The plumb includes a plumb indicator that aligns with the mast orientation indicator and indicates that the upper end of the mast is orientated vertically.

Abstract: A mobile support structure for a display device includes a cross bar having a first end and a second end, a display, a first pair of legs, and a second pair of legs. A first coupling defines a first transverse cavity receiving the cross bar and a first pair of axial cavities receiving the first pair of legs. A second coupling defines a second transverse cavity receiving the cross bar and a second pair of axial cavities receiving the second pair of legs. A locking mechanism is disposed in at least one of the cross bar and the first pair of legs. A wheel coupling includes a wheel and is engaged with at least one of the first coupling and the second coupling such that when in a moving position, the wheel contacts a ground surface and rolls the display from a first location to a second location.

Abstract: A weighted pet chew article support device is provided having a weighted structure that is designed to keep a pet within a given area while consuming or gnawing on the treat or chew toy. The device comprises a weighted member having sidewalls, a base, and an upper surface that supports a treat attachment strap. The strap wraps around a pet treat and includes a length of elastomeric material therein to prevent the treat from sliding while grasped by the strap. The base of the weighted member may comprise a non-sliding surface for use on slick floors. The weighted member itself is a resilient sack of lined material that can be readily repaired if the pet gnaws thereon. Further provided is a multi-treat attachment system that includes a plurality of elongated members attaching to the uppermost strap for securing more than one treat therewith.

Abstract: A freestanding storage station includes a pair of spaced-apart, generally parallel side members and a roof that is supported by the side members. Each side member includes a cross bar, and at least one saddle-shaped, hollow ballast-receiving member that straddles the cross bar and rests on the ground. When filled with ballast, the ballast-receiving members serve to stabilize the storage station relative to the ground and enable the storage station to resist movement due to environmental winds or collision. The ballast-receiving members include a first ballast-receiving portion and a second ballast-receiving portion, and the ballast member straddles the cross bar such that the first ballast-receiving portion resides on an interior-facing side of the cross bar and the second ballast-receiving portion resides on an exterior-facing side of the cross bar.

The balloon is mounted on top of a circular balloon holder cup. The cup and the balloon are attached to an upper end of a flexible rod. A lower end of a flexible rod can be attached to a flexible or a rigid, hollow mounting pole. A lower end of the mounting pole can be attached to an upper end of a ground stake. A lower end of the ground stake is inserted into a ground surface. Also the lower end of the mounting pole can be mounted on top of a weighted base stand or other upright objects. The system is designed to display one balloon or a plurality of balloons in a balloon cluster.

Abstract: A portable base is provided for supporting an upstanding mast and particularly a davit with a jib where the jib includes a load connecting point arranged such that on application of a load beyond a predetermined limit the spacing of the load connecting point from the mast is reduced to reduce a side load on the base. The base includes bottom and side panels connected edge to edge to form a container with a hollow interior filled by concrete where at least one side by side panels forming a top wall has a sleeve extends from the panel at least partly through the hollow interior to the base. The sleeve which is welded to reinforcing bars passing through the material receives and supports the mast and is held in place by forces contributed both by the set filling material and the panels.

A bearing support is arranged inside the base cover and is hinged with a main lifting arm via a stiffened plate mounted thereon. An outer end of the main lifting arm is screwed to a lifting screw mounted on the bearing support via a lifting screw sleeve and an inner end of the main lifting arm is fixedly coupled to a set of secondary lifting arms through joints. A central portion of the set of secondary lifting arms is hinged with a set of stiffened plates mounted on the bearing support and a lower portion of the outer end of the set of secondary lifting arms is fixedly coupled to a set of casters. Such structure has the advantages of easy movement and fixation as well as practicality and convenience.

A substantially trapezoidal recess is provided in the circular pad into which the seating holes are provided, and may be angled inwardly away from the side walls, with the handle provided in the recess. At least a portion of the top surface of the handle may be aligned with the outer circumference formed by the circular shape of the pad. The circular pad may be rolled on its side wall edge. Multiple handle means may be provided.

The mounting device comprises a flexible base for placement on a mounting surface and a bendable frame attached to or otherwise coupled with the base to permit the base to be shaped to at least partially conform to contours on the mounting surface. The box has side walls with openings so that rodents can enter into the box and gain access to poison bait or a mechanical trap. The base has a lower tray for receiving a weight. A substantially air impermeable seal is formed between the bladder and a portion of the frame, and at least a partial vacuum is formed within the bladder. A method for manufacturing the novel adaptive mounting device is also provided.

The base assembly is configurable such that a base can be positioned in a generally horizontal orientation to support and stabilize a stationary structure. The stabilizer has a mass of at least three kilograms when filled with coins, sand, marbles or like materials. A single post directed vertically and divided into three separate sections allowing different height adjustments is mounted on the base. Two of the segments of the post are equipped with a motion control apparatus to neutralize to the arms' motions. A special bi-functional cap completes the erecting of the post and comprises of two opposite threaded extensions which are designed to receive the arms of the unit. Two removable and identical, trombone-shaped arms mounted on either sides of the cap constitute the racks for the hanging of garments. Two security extensions secure the bases of the arms with the post on either side.
