Abstract: The present disclosure, pertaining to the technical field of tree skirt stands, relates to a cross-type tree skirt stand including a plurality of tree skirt stand units that are engaged with each other, the tree skirt stand unit being formed of two fixation bars that are rotatably connected to each other, an insertion member and an insertion slot being respectively connected to upper and lower ends of the fixation bar, the insertion member and the insertion slot being engaged with each other, one of the fixation bars being provided with upper and lower retaining protrusions, a tree skirt fixation member being connected to a side wall of the insertion slot. The tree skirt stand according to the present disclosure has a small volume, and is convenient to be transported and stored. In addition, the difficulty of deployment and disassembling is lowered.

The foregoing prevents a user, such as a child, from entering the pool water when the alarm system has been activated.

Abstract: The present invention is a device for use by infants or pets which provides a fence for use by infants or pets to confine their activities within a restricted area so that caring of the infants or pets can become easier. The present invention comprises an assembly of fence plates rotatable in relation to each other, wherein the adjacent fence plates are assembled with each other by means of a rotating axle. The fence has a bottom portion which is disposed with fixing members. The present invention assembles a plurality of the fence plates to form a fence. The fence is fixed on the ground by the fixing members to prevent it from sliding. When infants or pets are put into an area restricted by the fence, they can enjoy sufficient rooms for activities. It is also possible to prevent the infants or pets from escaping out of the fence and to confine their activities within a restricted area, thus accidents due to absence of care could be avoided.

The interior of the horizontal tube is divided into an axial through hole and an axial embedded trough. An indented axial guiding notch is provided on the corresponding location of each interior wall of the embedded trough. The vertical tube is divided with a plurality of axial tube chambers. The integrated connector is made up of an insert piece and a slide piece, where both can be connected either in single-point pivot connection or into a single piece. The slide piece is provided with a protruded guiding bar corresponding to the guiding notch of the embedded trough. The single-piece type of the integrated connector will suit for the landforms where the vertical tube and the horizontal tube are perpendicular to each other.

Abstract: The present invention provides a fence system for homes, buildings and the like. The fence system according to the instant invention includes panels constructed and arranged to be pivoted between a vertical orientation and a horizontal orientation. When connected to permanently mounted posts in a vertical orientation, the fence panels may be utilized for privacy and/or security. Pivoting the panels to horizontal position during storms, such as hurricanes, reduces or eliminates the damage caused to the fence by high winds and/or wind-borne debris.
