  • Patent number: 11780282
Abstract: A suspension damping device installed at a chassis of a mobile robot comprises a vehicle frame, a controlling arm set and a damping device. The vehicle frame is fixed to the chassis and arranged on the ground. One end of the controlling arm set is hinged to the vehicle frame, and the other end of the controlling arm set is hinged to a steering device, so the controlling arm set controls the motion stability of the steering device. One end of the damping device opposite to the ground is hinged to the vehicle frame, and the other end of the damping device faced to the ground is hinged to the steering device. A six-wheeled bionic chassis which comprises a chassis frame, a controller, a sensor, front wheel suspension assemblies, middle wheel suspension assemblies and rear wheel suspension assemblies is also disclosed in the present invention.

  • Patent number: 11148499
Abstract: A system for suspending an automobile using an air rear suspension is provided. The system may include an automobile having a body, a front axle, and a rear axle; a linkage bar connected to said body and to said rear axle, wherein said connections allow for relative movement between said body and said rear axle; a cantilever bar having a first cantilever end and a second cantilever end; a damper; and an air spring, wherein said cantilever bar is connected to each of said rear axle and said body at said first cantilever end, wherein said cantilever bar is connected to each of said damper and said air spring at said second cantilever end, wherein said damper and said air spring are each connected to said body, and wherein said linkage bar and said cantilever bar are each configured to move in response to movement of said rear axle relative to said body.

  • Patent number: 10525783
Abstract: The invention disclosed herein comprises a vehicle having improved suspension systems for wheels, motorized wheels and the seat of the user. The wheel suspension system includes a sleeve housing a non-round core snugly surrounded by an elastomeric shock-absorption material. Since both ends of the sleeve have downstanding arms forming the “forks” supporting a caster axle, irregularities in the terrain encountered by the caster exert torsion upon the core; embedding the core in elastomeric material dampens the shock.

  • Patent number: 6585240
Abstract: A vibration relief apparatus capable of reducing a frequency at a resonance point, to thereby reduce vibration transmissibility, resulting in improving a feeling in riding in a vehicle during traveling thereof. A suspension unit which is a vibration relief apparatus of the present invention includes coil springs and a torsion bar substantially horizontally arranged with respect to an X-link. The coil springs constitutes a first spring mechanism having negative spring characteristics and the torsion bar constitutes a second spring mechanism having positive spring characteristics. Such configuration permits a spring system constituted by the first and second spring mechanisms to have a spring constant about an equilibrium point set to be about 0. This permits a phase delay to be produced in a low-frequency region, so that the vibration relief apparatus may exhibit enhances vibration absorbing characteristics.

  • Patent number: 5620173
Abstract: A double-acting distributed pressure vibration proof structure is comprised of three or more than three relatively iter-linked bodies, whereof each inter-linked body is coupled with the respective end joint hinges and the middle joint hinge to the V-shaped two-arm structure, thereof the vibration spring is installed respectively on each end joint hinge of the V-shaped two-arm structure, as well as between the middle joint hinge of the V-shaped two arm structure and the inter-linked body coupled with one end of one arm of the V-shape two-arm structure. An interacting three-joint hinges structure is embodied through each end joint hinge of the V-shaped two-arm structure and the hinge structure between the middle joint hinge and the joint hinge of each linked carrier to constitute a multi-vibration absorptive double-acting distributed pressure vibration proof structure.
