Abstract: A miter table for portable circular saws in which an arm movable in a vertical plane is pivoted on a horizontally disposed base, and a fence is pivotally mounted on the base and movable to various angular positions for holding material to be cut. A carriage is mounted on the arm and is movable forwardly and rearwardly thereon, supporting a saw for performing the cutting operation as the saw moves from the forward to the rearward carriage positions. A platform is attached to the fence and pivots therewith and is provided with an arcuate forward edge with a scale thereon for assisting in adjusting the fence to various angular positions.
