With Draft Attachment Patents (Class 280/137.501)
  • Patent number: 11400777
Abstract: A towing attachment assembly, a method of using the towing attachment assembly, and a removable towing coupler are provided. The towing attachment assembly comprising: a removable towing coupler, the removable towing coupler defining a hitch receiver end and a hitch coupling end, and wherein the hitch coupling end comprises a selectively dis-engageable coupling mechanism configured to be selectively dis-engaged from the removable towing coupler and to be coupled with a trailer hitch of a towing vehicle; and a towing coupler lock that secures the hitch receiver end within the hitch receiver.

  • Patent number: 8056911
Abstract: In summary, there is provided a front axle mounting assembly (100) which is suitable for a tractor or a construction vehicle for example. The assembly comprises a steerable front axle (130), which is typically the front axle on a tractor, and a pair of support arms (120) which extend forwardly from the main body of the vehicle. The arms are pivotally mounted to the body of the vehicle, for example, at the front of the chassis, at transversely spaced mounting points (121). The other ends of the arms (120) are pivotally attached to, and maintained at a fixed spacing, by a crosslink member (124). The axle (130) is mounted to the crosslink member (124) so as to be parallel thereto when viewed from above. By mounting the axle (130) on two support arms (120) instead of one, the effective radius of pivot of the axle is significantly increased, thereby allowing the axle to move sideways to a greater extent for a given angular displacement.

  • Patent number: 7758058
Abstract: A motor-vehicle (AV), in particular a tractor, having a front steerable device (BL). The motor-vehicle (AV) is characterized in that the front steerable device (BL) (ballast, implement, PTO) is hinged to a chassis (FR), and in that the front steerable device (BL) is rotated by a mechanism (MC) partly integral with a rotatable front yoke (11). The mechanism (MC) is activated by rotation of the front yoke (11).

  • Patent number: 7530579
Abstract: A handtruck includes a tower having upper and lower ends and a handle adjacent the tower upper end. A support plate is generally adjacent the tower lower end and extends outwardly, the support plate configured to support a load. At least one wheel is operatively coupled to the tower or support plate. The handtruck includes an ejection member for moving the load from the support plate. The ejection member includes an elongate lever having upper and lower ends and being pivotally coupled to the tower. The ejection member includes a pushplate pivotally coupled to the lever and is movable between a rest configuration when the elongate lever upper end is relatively adjacent the tower and an offload configuration when the elongate lever upper end is relatively distant to the tower. A distal end of the pushplate is in slidable contact with the pushplate when moving between rest and offload configurations.

  • Patent number: 7316407
Abstract: A combination rolling transport and fold-up seat has a detachable carry bag of waterproof, reinforced fabric, detachable snap-on wheels, and collapsible frame. The frame has a stabilizing element that allows it to stand upright and support either items on the load-bearing transport side or a person seated in the fold-up seat. A carry bag back mounting sheet forms a tube slipped over the main frame member to support the carry bag and act as a back rest for the seat. Pop-off wheels enable the flat folded up frame members to fit into a minimal storage space.
