Abstract: A hand cart for a vehicle is provided, which includes a cart which is provided in a luggage board of the vehicle and has wheels mounted on a bottom surface of the cart, and a handle rotatably mounted on one side of the cart. The cart, which is in the form of a movable tray, is provided in a trunk of the vehicle to improve the productivity.

Abstract: A stable stand or cart for one or more gas cylinders includes a T-shaped base assembly having a forwardly extending base member and a lower rear cross member with three casters fixed to a lower surface thereof. An upwardly extending frame includes two upwardly extending telescoping tubes and an upper cross member fixed to the tubes. An upper and a lower C-shaped support member are fixed to the upwardly extending frame and a clamp is provided to fix the distance between the C-shaped support members. The stand or cart also includes a first flexible belt, four guide members, and a central positioning member for positioning the central positioning member for different size gas cylinders. A second flexible belt extends from the central positioning member around the gas cylinder or cylinders to hold the cylinder or cylinders to the stand or cart.

Non-limiting example assist arrangements include a leading wheel, a leading variable radius wheel, a trailing wheel, a step member, and combinations thereof.

Abstract: A golf bag cart front wheel foldable device includes a fixed mount, a movable mount and a front wheel frame. The fixed mount has one end connected to the bottom tube of the cart frame and the other end provided with a fitted end. The fitted end is in pinned connection with a buckle at its one side. The movable mount is capable of being seized by the buckle and is joined fixedly to the fixed mount by a hinge. The movable mount has one end provided with a fitted end which is physically in harmony with the fixed mount. The front wheel frame has a top end connected fixedly to the movable mount, while its bottom end is joined to the front wheel. Through loosening of the buckle, the movable mount is not seized, which enables the movable mount and the front wheel frame to rotate with respect to the hinge, and the front wheel is then leveled for folding purposes, to achieve great handiness in maneuvering.

Abstract: A mobility assistance device that employs a movable handle assembly and an extension support, both of which are movable between retracted and extended positions. The handle assembly is positioned when extended above a seating surface and provides leverage for a user to use his/her hands to assist in rising. The extendable support extends from a guide element along the floor beyond the center of gravity of the device and user to prevent tipping and to provide stability. When the extendable support and handle are disposed in the retracted position, the device is used like a typical cane, walker or rollator.

Abstract: A wagon comprising a body portion, the body portion including a plurality of side portions, each of the side portions comprising wire or plastic sides. The wagon also comprises a plurality of reinforcing metal strips on a top and bottom of each of the wire sides; and a plurality of metal strips which extend from the top to the bottom of the body portion. Finally, the wagon includes a plurality of tie down straps in metal or plastic straps extending from a top portion of and side of the utility wagon. When an attachable leaf chute is combined with the utility wagon, it can also fill individual bags with leaves. The attachable leaf chute slides into and then is attached to the utility wagon.

Abstract: One embodiment of a carrier for carrying articles and luggage may include a case member. The case member may include a container and a lid pivotally attached to the container. The carrier may further include a railing arrangement, which may include a plurality of telescopic members and a plurality of rail members. The plurality of telescopic members may extend from the lid, and may be extended and retracted. The plurality of rail members may be disposed horizontally on the plurality of telescopic members for extending and retracting the plurality of telescopic members. The extension of the plurality of telescopic members may enable the railing arrangement to assume an open position for configuring and defining a confined space above the lid to receive the luggage therein. The carrier may further include a plurality of wheels, which may be coupled to the container for moving the case member and the luggage.

Abstract: There is provided a walker apparatus having a brake, a braking handle, a brake wire, a brake rod, and a brake rod assembly. A gripping member connects to the brake wire. The gripping member includes a plate having a first end, a second end and an aperture near the second end. The plate connects to the brake wire near the first end and the plate slidably receives the brake rod through the aperture near the second end. The gripping member includes a clamp that engages the brake wire via a set screw. The gripping member is spring-biased to remain free of the brake rod in a non-actuated mode. When the braking handle actuates the brake wire, the plate tilts with the first end elevating relative to the second end, thereby causing the plate to engage with and abut the brake rod for thereby actuating the brake rod to brake.

The support members align respectively with and extend from the elongate members to distal ends of the support members. The support members have apexes extending towards the upper ends of the elongate members. A second pair of ground-engaging wheels operatively connect to the distal ends of the support members. A bag member with flat bottom wall is mounted over the upperside and extends upwardly defining an internal compartment and an upper end opening. A reinforcement member can be optionally added to the bottom wall to enhance its structural integrity. A user tilts the bag assembly and pulls it from handles mounted adjacent to the opening causing the wheels to roll and the assembly to easily move with its contents.

The carriage is comprised of at least a single, two-wheel axis and at least one motion damping device. One object of the disclosure is to provide an apparatus that allows a user to comfortably tow a child, toddler or infant while participating in a variety of exercise or general travel-related activities.

Abstract: This application discloses a fold flat wheeled carrier/wagon/cart, adaptable for a wide array of carrying purposes, including but not limited to cargo, luggage, people, and supplies, featuring optional fold flat retaining walls, handle and wheels. The wagon/cart/carrier wheel assemblies may include simple manually manipulable grips, which the user simply moves to release the wheel assembly and tires, and upon release the wheel assembly and tire is pivoted by spring biasing preferably, and/or is movable to a fold flat profile within the wheeled carrier perimeter and side elevational profile. The application provides for simple internal mechanisms for the wheel assemblies as well as unique faceplates with finger grips. In the stowed, fold flat profile; the wheel assembly may serve to retain the optional retaining walls. Manufacturing construction methods are also disclosed.

A brake housing fully extends around a brake pad mechanism, including a means for connecting and adjusting the corresponding brake pad, to at least the outer periphery of one of the wheels for fully protecting the brake pad mechanism.

Abstract: A folding shopping cart assembly having a basket with a bottom surface and side walls. A plurality of rollers are coupled to the basket. A framework is provided for supporting the basket at an elevated height. The basket is capable of moving on rollers relative the framework between a retracted position, where most of the rollers are in contact with the framework, and a cantilevered position, where most of the rollers are not in contact with the framework. Wheels are coupled to the framework so that the framework and the basket can be rolled together as a cart. The framework can be rotated about the basket to a stowed position that enables the cart assembly to be placed in a vehicle.

The Laundry Buddy boasts a mesh-like grate on the sidewalls, facilitating the free flow of air about laundry contained within. Positioned at each end of the unit are integrated handles for use in easily lifting the basket off the ground. Further, a recessed niche is centrally positioned on one end of the unit, inside of which, a sturdy handle is easily attached via an interlocking hinged fastener. As an added design feature, this handle is comprised of retractable, telescoping components and thus rests flush against the side of the basket when not in use, extending several feet in length when fully extended to accommodate the stature of an adult user.

The voting terminal is restrained against lateral and vertical motion, and yet there is full access to the voting terminal's control panels, doors, etc. Moreover, the particular design maximizes strength and usability, and yet keeps weight to a minimum with a framework that is as light weight as possible.

Abstract: A collapsible folding stand for use with a horizontally oriented object such as a portable table saw that is attached to the stand is capable of being manipulated between open and closed positions. In the open position, the top frame is horizontally oriented. In the closed position, the stand is generally vertically oriented. To move the rolling stand from its open position to its closed position, the user needs only to lift the handle and the top frame will then move to its generally vertical closed position where the latching mechanism can then be engaged. The stand has an integrated support leg that can be selectively positioned and locked to provide increased stability for the stand. The support leg has a locking mechanism, which is operated by a single locking lever and can be adjusted to compensate for wear or degree of force needed to lock the mechanism.

Abstract: A portable voting booth having multiple voting stations combined with a single utility/storage cart. The cart includes portable voting booth stations that can be deployed from the cart with privacy shields that are formed integral and can be erected instantly for privacy. Privacy booths are placed at various levels to accommodate individuals of various heights, including wheelchair bound individuals. Beneath the retractable voting stations is an area for storage of voting materials, allowing the materials to be assembled in a remote location and sealed within the utility cart for storage. The cart then can be moved to the particular locations for the voting procedure. At the voting location, the seal can be broken and the ballots accessed. Upon completion of the voting process the cart can be resealed with the cast ballots.

Abstract: A safety improvement for the well established types of wheeled handicap walkers with safety levers attached to the walker; the safety levers begin at the handholds part of the walker and about over the rear wheel and are formed back and upward to conform to the back of the users lower arm; the user grips the handholds of the walker to walk forward; the walker, equipped with the safety levers, hits an obstacle with the front wheels, the safety levers contact the back of the users lower arms, user applies the back of their lower arm to urge downward on the safety levers causing the walker to rock backwards which in turn causes the downward energy to shift and the front wheel or wheels to lift and pass over the obstacle.

The wheel, beam and wheel bracket are attached by fasteners passing through one set of holes and traversing the gap.

The rollator has a simple structure and can be used for various situations in both folded and unfolded state.

A plurality of locating features may be placed within the container, upon a pair of opposing sidewalls. Securing sheets are adapted to fit within the locating features to accommodate a number of different articles. The securing sheets may be flexible so that they can expand to accommodate an article and to provide a compressive-type securing force to keep the article in place once inserted. Some embodiments contain securing sheets which have less vertical height than the sidewall portions of the container so that articles attached to a pedestal can be securely held within the device. A means for rolling the device may be attached to the bottom portion.

Abstract: A device (1) for generating tensile force and/or pressing force to thereby actuate at least one brake means (19) so as to brake or lock at least two caster wheels (11) of a mobile appliance includes at least one lever (5, 7) prepared for rotation thereof about a fulcrum (15); and at least one transmission means (9) disposed at the lever (5, 7) for transmitting the tensile force and/or pressing force generated during a rotation of the lever (5, 7) to the brake means (19). In addition, a mobile rack and device thereby equipped are specified.

Abstract: A trolley (10), including a trolley frame (12), a plurality of wheels (14,16), (18,20) mounted to the frame (12) for supporting the trolley (10) thereon, and a direction control wheel (22). The direction control wheel (22) is connected to the frame (12) and displaceable relative to the frame (12) between at least three positions, the at least three positions including a ground contact position, a ground clearance position and an obstacle negotiating position. The direction control wheel (22) is provided for controlling the direction of travel of the trolley (10) when in the ground contact position. The direction control wheel (22) is operably movable between the ground contact position and the ground clearance position, and independently movable between the ground contact position and the obstacle negotiating position. Further, the direction control wheel (22) is independently movable between the ground clearance position and the obstacle negotiating position.
