Abstract: A device in a stackable shopping basket of the type that at the underside thereof is provided with wheels and that at the upper part thereof has a draw-handle hingedly fixed to the upper edge of the basket. The handle is larger/longer in comparison with conventional such shopping-basket handles and has the purpose of making it possible to pull the basket behind rolling on the wheels in connection with walking through, for instance, a shop where purchase is made. The handle which is in the form of a U-shaped frame has, at the respective ends thereof, a first part of a deflection limiter formed as crescent-like circle segments that are arranged around the hinged ends and intended to co-operate with a corresponding second part of the deflection limiter that prevents pivoting motion of the circle segments past a certain arc angle and being in the form of two stop blocks, which are fixedly arranged adjacent to the edge of the shopping basket at the attachment points of the hinged ends.

Abstract: A portable tool box for facilitating transporting of tools to a desired location through a crawl space includes a container receiving tools to be transported. The container includes a base wall and a perimeter wall extending upwardly from the base wall to define an interior space of the container. The interior space of the container receives the tools when the tools are positioned in the container. A top edge of the base wall defines an open end of the container. A lifting handle is coupled to the container. The lifting handle is graspable to permit lifting of the container when the container is to be transported. Each of a plurality of wheels is rotatably coupled to the container. Each of the wheels rolls across a support surface to facilitate transportation of the container across the support surface.

Abstract: A travel cooler includes a base, a handle attached to the base at a first location, a plurality of wheels mounted to the base for rolling movement of the base by the handle, and an insulated container having sidewalls supported by the base and defining an interior, insulated space for receiving and preserving perishable food items. The handle is removably attached to the base such that the handle is detachable and removable from the base. The base is configured to receive and retain the handle at a second location when the handle is detached from the base at the first location. The handle generally extends upwardly from the base when attached to the base at the first location and generally extends horizontally relative to the base when attached at the second location.

Abstract: A stroller assembly has a frame assembly with a front and a back. The stroller assembly also has a handle coupled to the frame assembly and positioned near the back of the frame assembly. The handle has a central section between a pair of side sections and the side sections extending further rearward than the central section relative to the back of the frame assembly.

Abstract: A metal grip for T-bar according to the present invention has a T-bar, a front wheel, a front wheel fork, a board, and two or more rear wheels. The metal grip includes a locking bump and a metal grip. The locking bump is for locking the T-bar to the front wheel fork. The metal grip has a band portion, a fastening device, and a plurality of locking hooks. The T-bar is assembled to the front wheel fork for the locking bump on the T-bar to be locked between the locking hooks of the metal grip. And the band portion and the fastening device enclose and hold the assembled T-bar and front wheel fork.

Abstract: A three-in-one transporting device. The device may be converted for use as a two-wheeled dolly, a four-wheeled, flat-bed truck or a standard display table. The device incorporates a design that utilizes a lightweight frame fabricated from tubular materials. The frame has vertically and horizontally extending sockets for receiving tubular leg and handle structures to selectively form the desired devices.

Abstract: A hand-truck for supporting and transporting the load placed thereon includes a stowable handle. The stowable handle is positionable between a stowed position, a locked position and an infinite number of positions therebetween. The handle is accessible by a user at each position. The hand-truck can transport a load by hand and is accessible to be lifted by a forklift from any side.

Abstract: A trailer includes a convertible handle having a handle portion, the handle portion pivotally attached to a tongue portion, the handle portion having a first gripping portion end and a second clevis end and an intermediate pivot, the handle portion being pivotably shiftable about the pivot between a first disposition presenting the gripping portion end proximate an end of the tongue portion and a second disposition presenting the clevis end proximate the end of the tongue portion. A method of operating a trailer is further included.

Abstract: A tugger cart is provided for transporting a load about a factory or the like. The tugger cart includes a support frame and a wheel assembly operatively connected to the support frame for supporting the support frame above a supporting surface. A bed is rotatably mounted to the support frame and is rotatable about a vertical bed axis that extends through the center of the bed. The bed may be locked in a predetermined position by a user. The tugger cart also includes a handle assembly slidably connected to the support frame. The handle assembly is movable between a first retracted position and a second extended position.

Abstract: The invention concerns a device in wheeled walker or rollator, comprising a frame member (2) having a lower end (3), a handle support rod (4) having an upper end (5), a brake-control means (6) arranged at the upper end (5) of the handle support rod, said brake-control means (6) being movable between a neutral position and a brake-application position. The rollator comprises a wheel (7) located at the lower end (3) of the frame member, the distance between said wheel (7) and the brake-control means (6) being changeable, a brake element (8) located adjacent the wheel (7), an upper force-transmission member (9) connected to said brake-control means (6), a lower force-transmission member (10) connected to said brake element (8), and a coupling means (11) for coupling-together said upper and said lower force-transmission members (9, 10).

The chassis comprises a first side and a second side, an anterior end and a posterior end, at least four axle retaining members, at least two walls defining a gondola channel for the elongate member. The first side comprises a gondola channel which is defined by a first wall and a second wall. The gondola channel has a front end and a rear end. The front end of the gondola channel abuts with the first wall and the rear end abuts with the second wall.

Abstract: A dolly for moving a bendable roll of material such as a carpet and bending it to fit into a confined space, such as an elevator, includes a primary section capable of supporting a first portion of the roll and having ground-engaging wheels, and a: secondary section pivotally connected to the primary section and capable of supporting a second portion of the roll. The secondary section is pivotally movable relative to the primary section from a lowered position in which the secondary section provides either as a longitudinal extension of the first portion, or in a raised position with the roll bent. A stop member limits lengthwise movement of the roll along the primary section. A carpet roll resting on the dolly may be bent at a central area by lifting the secondary section to the raised position and applying downwards force on the central area of the roll.

Abstract: A fishing caddy apparatus kit includes a housing having a bottom wall and a peripheral wall that is attached to and extends upwardly from the bottom wall. The peripheral wall includes a front wall, a rear wall, a first lateral wall and a second lateral wall. A pair of axles is attached to the housing and each has a pair of free ends. Wheels are attached to each of the free ends. A plurality of containers is provided and each is positioned in the housing and extends upwardly above an upper edge of the peripheral wall. A female coupler is attached to one of said axles and extends forward of the front wall. A plurality of pulling members is provided. Each of the pulling members is selectively engaged to the female coupler. A fastener is removably extendable through the female coupler and an engaged one of the pulling members.

Abstract: A system for moving building materials, such as brick, stone, tile and similar items, at a work site including one or more mover dollies and one or more hand carts. The mover dollies generally comprise an elevated platform on which the building materials are positioned and wheels or other similar mechanisms by which the mover dolly may be repositioned at a work site. Building materials are loaded on the mover dolly and a hand cart is used to locate the mover dolly at the work site where skilled masons may remove the building materials in connection with building a structure. As building progresses, the mover dolly may be repositioned without unloading the building materials. When the supply of building materials on the mover dolly is depleted, the mover dolly is reloaded and returned to the work site using the hand cart.

Abstract: The present invention is directed towards a portable, insulated container with lid; particularly towards a portable insulated container with lid and attached tray for movement between a stowed and elevated position above the surface of the container lid capable of supporting various items thereon while simultaneously allowing the user to lift the lid of the container to access the interior; more particularly to a portable cooler with an attached retractable tray constructed and arranged to be readily positioned by a single user at various elevations above the surface of the lid.

Abstract: A stroller handle assembly has a handle with a grip part. The handle is movable from an in-use position extending from the stroller frame to a collapsed position lying adjacent and parallel along the stroller frame. The assembly has a bracket for attaching the handle to the stroller frame. The bracket has one part configured to allow rotation of the handle sideways away from the in-use position to a partly collapsed position. The bracket has a different part configured to allow the handle to rotate to the completely collapsed position adjacent the stroller frame.

The exercise stroller device comprises a base unit, a plurality of wheels secured to the base unit, and a seat secured to the base unit with the infant receivable within the seat. A first handle is pivotally mounted to the base unit and a second handle is pivotally mounted to the base unit opposite the first handle.

Abstract: A room service table includes a frame, a tabletop including folding side portions and wheels. A push handle assembly mounts to an underside of the table and includes a handle portion and a hinge body portion. The handle portion includes a grip, a support portion and a hinge pin portion. The hinge body mounts to the tabletop and includes barrel portions supporting the hinge pin portion. The hinge pin portion has a tab formed in an end thereof engaging a complementary slot formed in the hinge body portion. The slot includes a first section and a second section that receive and retain the tab for aligning and securing the handle at the use position and at the storage position. The biasing member urges the pin toward the slot. Rotation is accomplished by sliding the handle axially so that the tab disengages the slot and rotating the handle to the desired position and then releasing the handle.

Abstract: An extension handle apparatus is provided for a wheeled chair which includes handle support tubes for supporting one or more wheeled-chair handles. The extension handle apparatus includes an extension support portion and an extension handle portion connected to the extension support portion. A pair of clamping plates are provided, wherein each clamping plate includes an extension-support reception region and a wheeled-chair-handle-support-tube reception region. Clamping fasteners are connected between the clamping plates, and a retention assembly is connected between the clamping plates for retaining the clamping plates in opposite positions with respect to each other. The wheeled-chair handles are a fixed distance from the wheeled chair. By using retrofitted extension handle apparatuses of the invention attached to the handle support tubes on the wheeled chair, the effective distance of extension handle portions from the wheeled chair can be adjusted as desired.

Abstract: An accessory cart having a J-shaped frame for removable mounting of a spray gun to convert a conventional airless paint sprayer into a line striper to paint lines on parking lots, curbs, warehouse floors and other pavement surfaces, and which can alternately be used in conjunction with a traditional line striper in cramped spaces or between parked cars, and which is easily converted from a 3-wheeled device to a 2-wheeled device for painting curved lines, and which permits adjustable positioning of the spray gun at a desired location on the cart to optimize the spray pattern in a particular application.

Abstract: A walk-behind implement, e.g., lawn mower, having a handle assembly, and a handle assembly release apparatus for use with such an implement. The release apparatus, in one embodiment, may permit unlocking of the handle assembly from a first operating position relative to a housing of the implement. Once unlocked, the handle assembly may be moved, e.g., pivoted, to a second storage position. In one embodiment, the release apparatus may include a lever member that may be actuated by the application of a force applied by an operator's foot.

Abstract: A push handle for a child's vehicle has an elongated body with at least two elongated tubes of different diameters configured in a telescoping relation where the tube(s) of smaller diameters are slidable within the tube(s) of larger diameters between an extended state and a retracted state. The tubes include a top tube with a top end and a bottom tube. The bottom tube is fixed to the child's vehicle. A grip is mounted on the top end of the top tube for gripping by a user's hand. A locking mechanism is disposed within the body for locking the tubes in either the extended state or the retracted state. A release device is disposed on the body and activated for remotely unlocking the locking mechanism so that the body may be moved between the extended and retracted states.

Abstract: A convertible handle having a tongue portion and a handle portion. The handle portion has a clevis proximate a first end thereof and a gripping region proximate a second end thereof. The handle portion is pivotable with respect to the tongue portion for manually towing a towed vehicle that is attached to the tongue portion using the gripping region or attaching the clevis to a towing vehicle.

Abstract: A dolly for moving a bendable roll of material such as a carpet and bending it to fit into a confined space, such as an elevator, includes a primary section capable of supporting a first portion of the roll and having ground-engaging wheels, and a secondary section pivotally connected to the primary section and capable of supporting a second portion of the roll. The secondary section is pivotally movable relative to the primary section from a lowered position, in which the secondary section provides a longitudinal extension of the primary section, to a raised position. A stop member at the first end of said primary section limits lengthwise movement of the roll along the primary section. A carpet roll resting on the dolly may be bent at a central area by lifting the secondary section from the lowered to the raised position and applying downwards force on the central area. The invention also provides a process for bending a roll using the dolly.

Abstract: A cart for transporting objects is provided. The cart includes a base structure supported on a plurality of wheels. An elongated tongue is telescopically mounted to an underside of the base structure and is movable between an extended position, wherein the tongue extends in front of the cart, and a retracted position, wherein the tongue is disposed under the cart. A hitch apparatus is mounted to the base structure at the posterior end thereof. The hitch apparatus includes a hitch for receiving a tongue of another cart and a locking assembly for locking the tongue to the hitch. The locking assembly includes a pin movable between locking and release positions. A tongue actuator is connected to the tongue and is operable, upon manipulation by an operator, to move the tongue from the retracted position to the extended position, while a hitch actuator is connected to the pin of the locking assembly and is operable, upon manipulation by an operator, to move the pin from the locking position to the release position.

The bottom is given form and some stiffness by a foam plastic pad (38) that is placed within a pocket (36) formed in the bottom (20). At the top of the bag (10), a drawstring (DS) extends through grommets (50). The drawstring (DS) is used to gather and close the upper end of the bag (10) after a folded golf cart has been placed into the bag (10) with its wheels sitting on the bottom (20). The bag (10) is made from a water-resistant, washable nylon material. The material water-resistant and machine washable. The bag (10) may be made from a single color or a combination of colors.

Abstract: An omni-directional, octagonal shaped, camera skate dolly that includes a platform having a generally planar upper surface, a lower surface and a plurality of side surfaces, and a plurality of wheel assemblies attached to the lower surface of the platform, wherein each of the wheel assemblies includes a swivel joint and a wheel. A central hole with a bar extending therethrough is formed in the upper surface, along with a plurality of tripod leg recesses and a pair of hand-hold holes. A detachable push handle assembly can be attached to the platform for movement manipulation. An outrigger assembly having a threaded post can be attached to the platform to fix its position on the ground. A fixed wheel assembly is attachable to the platform with wheels that guide the movement of the platform in a linear manner.

Abstract: An extension handle apparatus is provided for a wheeled chair which includes handle support tubes for supporting one or more wheeled-chair handles. The extension handle apparatus includes an extension support portion and an extension handle portion connected to the extension support portion. A pair of clamping plates are provided, wherein each clamping plate includes an extension-support reception region and a wheeled-chair-handle-support-tube reception region. Clamping fasteners are connected between the clamping plates, and a retention assembly is connected between the clamping plates for retaining the clamping plates in opposite positions with respect to each other. The wheeled-chair handles are a fixed distance from the wheeled chair. By using retrofitted extension handle apparatuses of the invention attached to the handle support tubes on the wheeled chair, the effective distance of extension handle portions from the wheeled chair can be adjusted as desired.

Abstract: A retractable wheel assembly (110) for a carrier (100) is disclosed wherein the wheels (120) are rotatably mounted in cowls (130), which are pivotably disposed in wheel wells (116L, 116R) on a housing. The cowls are connected with a cowl axle assembly (140) that includes a coil spring, preferably a constant force spring (150) that biases the cowls towards a retracted position. The constant force spring is connected to a retractable handle (104), preferably with a spring engagement member (160), such that extending the retractable handle will bias the cowls towards an extended position, wherein the wheels extend out of the wheel wells for use.

Abstract: A stroller handle extender for an existing stroller, for increasing the effective length of the push handles thereof, so that a taller individual may comfortably stand upright while grasping the push handles and pushing a child in the stroller, and thereby avoid straining the back, neck, and shoulder muscles. The stroller handle extender has two elongated extender handles, and has two clamping assemblies, each having an upper bracket and a lower bracket. Each clamping assembly is simultaneously and selectively attachable to one of the push handles and to one of the extender handles by simultaneously sandwiching both the push handle and the extender handle between the upper bracket and the lower bracket, by extending two bolts through the upper bracket and the lower bracket, and by threading each of the bolts into a different wing nut.

Abstract: A stroller has a direction-limiting device including a direction-limiting element movable relative to a stroller frame between a limiting position, where the direction-limiting element is inserted into a limiting hole in a wheel-supporting member of a wheel unit so as to prevent rotation of the wheel-supporting member relative to the stroller frame, and a release position, where the direction-limiting element is removed from the limiting hole so as to permit the rotation of the wheel-supporting member relative to the stroller frame. A control device includes an adjusting member disposed on an upper portion of a handle unit of the stroller frame, and a pull cord disposed between the adjusting member and the direction-limiting element. The adjusting member is operable to move the direction-limiting element between the limiting position and the release position.

Abstract: A handle assembly is coupled with each of two handle-coupling rods (3) of a stroller or a top stroller. The handle assembly includes a handle (1) and a connecting tube (2). The connecting tube (2) includes an upper end (21) received in the handle (1) and a lower end that receives an upper end of an associated handle-coupling rod. When a button (15) mounted to the handle (1) is pressed, the handle (1) can be turned relative to the connecting tube (2) to a desired orientation. Further, when the button is pressed, the handle and the connecting tube can be jointly moved along a longitudinal direction of the connecting tube, thereby adjusting a level of the handle.

Abstract: A folding travel bag with a cart, which can be used not only as an ordinary travel bag but also as a cart. The folding travel bag includes: a box-shaped travel bag body having a pair of wheels on the bottom face of the body closer to the back: a folding plate having two flat plates connected so that they can be freely folded and borne perpendicularly to the body surface and so that one end of the flat plates is hinged to the lower position on the surface side of the body; a pair of wheels disposed at the leading end portion of said folding plate; and support member extending obliquely upward of the two sides of the body from the two sides of the folding plate. Both the paired wheels on the leading end portion of the folding plate and the paired wheels on the body bottom face are arranged on the floor to bear the body, when the folding plate is folded and brought closer to the side of the body surface or when the folding plate is extended perpendicularly to the body surface.

Abstract: A number of improvements for a collapsible baby stroller including; 1) allowing a vertical adjustment of the height of the handle to adjust for various heights of operators while maintaining the distance from the infant, 2) allowing the reversal of the direction of the handle to assist in maneuverability of the stroller and 3) allowing for easy removal of the handle and storage within a purse for theft protection when the stroller is to be left unattended.

Abstract: A sunshade device for a stroller includes two connecting mechanisms, a first support bracket, and a second support bracket. Each of the two connecting mechanisms includes a support member, a first pivot member, and a second pivot member. Thus, the first pivot member and the second pivot member are spaced from each other and are mounted on different sides of the support member, so that when the sunshade device is folded, the first support bracket is spaced from the second support bracket with a determined distance, thereby preventing a user's finger from being clamped and hurt by the first support bracket and the second support bracket so as to protect the user's safety.

Abstract: A bag with caster wheels includes a base frame 1 having caster wheels 6 and a main bag 3. The base frame 1 includes a stand 2 mounting the main bag 3 thereon and telescopic rods 5 joined on one side of this stand 2 or between both sides. The stand 2 includes supporting cylinders 7 into which the telescopic rods 5 are inserted to be joined. The supporting cylinders 7 are arranged between the caster wheels 6 provided at four corners of the stand 2, and are projected in a lower surface of the stand 2, so that a projection height (d) thereof is made lower than a height (h) of the caster wheels 6. In lower surface projected parts 7A of the supporting cylinders 7, reinforcement walls 8 joined to the lower surface of the stand 2 are provided. The reinforcement walls 8 are arranged between the caster wheels 6 and in a posture oriented in a lateral direction of the stand 2.

Abstract: A lightweight collapsible four-wheeled scooter with a large platform, the scooter including a height-adjustable non-steering foldable handle assembly in front for gripping by a rider, an adjustable height removable push bar extending to the rear for use by a pusher, a pair of non-swivelable wheels extending to the rear, and a pair of swivelable wheels in the front to enable steering, the scooter being capable of supporting a single standing rider or multiple standing riders, the scooter platform being capable of accommodating an optional removable seat having an optional removable carry basket.

Abstract: The mobile medical device carrier is a wheeled, human-operated cart designed to assist the operator by providing a place to secure a medical apparatus such as a Vacuum Assisted Closure (V.A.C.) device, as well as store assorted dressings, cords, and other personal effects that may be convenient to have on the cart as well. The cart is easily maneuverable, permitting those individuals using such medical devices to be mobile, despite having to be in close proximity to these types of devices. Further, the handle is designed so that the operator of the cart does not have to stoop over to reach the handle, as well as being ergonomically designed to permit the cart to be easily pushed or pulled, depending upon the user's current need.

Abstract: A convertible toy wagon includes a plastic body with side walls that define a passenger space and a bottom portion that defines a storage compartment. Horizontal seating surfaces are located fore and aft of the opening of the storage compartment. Seatbacks are pivotally attached to the wagon body and close to cover the horizontal seating surfaces and the storage compartment. A handle is pivotally attached to the front of the wagon body by a handle bracket that includes a pair of arms and an arcuate locking surface positioned therebetween. A ridge is formed on a cylindrical lower portion of the handle and interacts with the locking surface of the handle bracket so that the handle may be locked into an upright position.

The cart features a convertible preferably tubular U-shaped section spaced up from the base that pivots from the vertical to the horizontal. The U-shaped section carries a pivotable support arm engageable to either the cart handle when the U-shaped section is in the first vertical position, or engageable to the cart base when the convertible section is in the second horizontal position. A trough or flat board can rest on or be engaged with the U-shaped section when in the horizontal position for carrying utensils, food, waste, condiments or the like, as utilized by a restaurant or bar.
