    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a combined packing slip and shipping label provided into one form. The shipping label is attached to the packing slip along a line of perforation. The packing slip is provided with adhesive on three of its perimeter sides for securing it to a liner material. An interior portion of the packing slip, bordered by the three adhesive sides, is devoid of adhesive. When the packing slip is folded along a line of perforation, it is disposed intermediate the shipping label and the liner. Perforations also delineate the interior of the packing slip from the three sides of adhesive for removing the packing slip therefrom. Also, a remote end of the packing label opposite the packing slip is adhered to the liner. This construction maintains the remote end of the shipping label secured to the liner as the combined form is run through a printing device.

To gain access to the information an end user need simply to break the seals. The attachments can then be accessed and the detachable panel or can then be simply removed from the box and used or returned to the manufacturer or company.

Tacking adhesive patterns may be disposed substantially parallel to the top and bottom edges of the intermediate to hold the first panel second face to the second panel second face adjacent the top edge and second fold line, and to hold the fourth panel second face to the second panel first face adjacent the first and third fold lines, when the intermediate is folded about the fold lines.

    Abstract: A sheet mailer construction including a standard size paper sheet having two horizontal score lines and two horizontal perforation lines, forming a top flap, first and second panels, a tear-off panel and a bottom tear-off strip. Left and right vertical perforation lines define left and right sheet side edge tear-off strips. The user on his personal computer formats the desired indicia to be printed on the three panels using his (desk top ink jet) printer. After printing, the left side, right side and bottom tear-off strips are torn off, the tear-off panel is folded up towards the second panel, the first and second panels are folded together, and the top flap is folded onto the outside of the second panel. The mailer is mailed to the recipient who breaks the seal of the sticker holding the top flap to the second panel, unfolds the mailer, reads the printed information on the inside surfaces of the first and second panels, and tears off the tear-off panel.

    Abstract: A pattern of horizontal and vertical perforation lines are cut into a sheet to define a pair of combination mailers with a disposable sheet margin around them and a sheet margin between them. Other formats aside from this “two-up” format can be used if desired. Each of the mailers includes a postcard connected to and adjacent either a business card or a rotary card. The user then designs on his computer the desired indicia to be printed on the postcard and the business card or rotary card of each of the mailers on the sheet. The sheet is then passed through a printer and the selected indicia printed on the mailers. The sheet can have a calendered infeed end to improve printer pickup and feed. The printed mailers are then separated from the sheet along the perforation lines, stamped and mailed to the intended recipients. The recipients then separate the custom printed business or rotary card from the postcard and retain the separated card for future reference.

As the surface layer of the detached card (3), it can be written or printed upon, even if the back of the card is plasticized by a film (23) embedded in the substrate material. The writing or imprint can no longer easily be modified through the peeling adhesive layer (22). This makes the card considerably more tamper-proof than earlier cards.

    Abstract: A system for folding a sheet of material is provided. Creases are formed in the sheet representing fold lines for the sheet.
